I like this place and I’ve never had a problem coming here until yesterday. Me and friends walked into the store the other day and there was this lady asking us repeatedly if we needed help and we kept saying no. I noticed that she was following us around the store too. After that, she came up to us with a basket and told us to put lipglosses in there so we did. I didn’t think anything of it at first because I thought she was giving us a basket for us to carry on with our shopping but I was wrong. She took the basket and said, “I’ll just keep this at the register for you guys”. I was so shocked that I didn’t know what to say or how to respond to that. Once we got to the register, one of my friends asked a worker why she would take our lipgloss and the lady said she didn’t know. And then the lady that took the basket said “We always take the lipglosses at the register.” My friend responded with, “That’s not true”. And the lady stayed silent. That’s when I knew we were getting racially profiled. I didn’t get her name but she’s a middle aged white lady with blonde hair. Her name is Jessica. This one of the worse experiences of my life shopping at BBW. She thought we were stealing.

I mean... its Bath and Body Works. If you wanna smell nice, have soft skin, need hand sanitizer or want some house smelly stuff this is the IT spot. They have lip balm too apparently lol

Love their scents and sales

The employees here are always nice and very helpful. They have a good selection of products and the prices, though a bit high, are fair. Great store when you need to get a birthday or Christmas gift.

A plethora of bath and body products with a multitude of seasonal fragrances. My only input is to bring back some of the older fragrances that were a staple for many years for me.

Theyve got some really good perfume. I got some for my girlfriend and she way really happy about it.. not pricey at all they come out with new perfume frequently so If youre a guy looking to suprises your girl with some perfume this place will do you right and ladys if you are looking for some perfume...with great scent dont look to far✌✌🙌🙌🧘‍♂️

I like the wall plug-in fragrance. A few of them are to strong and it makes me itch. This one smell nice..
