They are still not offering makeup services:( i love getting my makeup done at the local MAC when visiting a new city. The girl on the phone was very courteous though.

Love Mac products even when I get mean rude customer service always will buy!!

We arrived at 840pm, for wedding makeup for myself the maid of honor and my best friend the bride. Michelle was the consultant on, I rarely wear makeup but have used MAC in the past and remember how light it was and how it matched my skin tone. Michelle matched my foundation and applied suggestions wonderfully and so patiently given that 2 other people walked in with questions at the same time. I was frankly glad to spend my money on these great products and looking in the mirror realizing I really need to wear makeup for for how it makes me feel. Thanks Michelle, MAC for life.

I have started to work as mobile phones technician in that mall today, and noticed that a lot of people have been entering and leaving MAC store with a smile on their face and looked very satisfied. It looks that team working their knows their business very well which makes customers happy.

Made an appointment here almost a month in advance. Called the day before just to confirm my appointment and make sure everything was in the clear and all set and thank goodness I did because there was “no appointment for me and I must have made it at another Mac.” I go to this mall all the time and I know for a fact I called the right one. Plus, there isn’t another Mac that I even know of near me.

I needed help with a return and while they weren’t able to complete it due to the circumstances, Elsie and Lindsay displayed a show of excellent customer service in helping me with this matter.

I called to see if they had my summer go to foundation. They said only one was in stock! You would think a department in Nordstrom would have the quantities considering all the customers. I better hurry up and get there!

What an AMAZING experience. I had a last minute date and forgot my lashes to complete my look. I ran into Mac and Paige helped me pick out the most perfect eyelashes so I could seduce my date all night. Paige was not only helpful with the lashes but full of knowledge on how to enhance and brighten my underage area. To say the least I felt and looked pretty. Thank you Paige he asked me on a 2nd and 3rd date. 😍 I didnt get to take the best pictures due to running late but Ill share what I did take...

Rude employees who want to make themselves feel cuter by bringing prettier girls down. Shame that women cant be friends now a days. A new MAC store downstairs just opened two weeks ago the women there were gorgeous and lovely spend your money there. Soon enough this place will shut down and these women will take their overdrawn lips elsewear.

Love the products but extremely dissatisfied with the staff in Nordstrom. Aurelia assisted me as I was looking for Mac foundation-she was nothing but rude and practically rushed me out of her store as if she had enough. I will definitely go elsewhere to buy Mac products in the future.

I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks ahead of time with a specific make up artist then they called me 22hrs before my event to tell me that the person I booked with was overbooked and they would have to book me with someone else. 22 hrs on a Thursday evening is not sufficient time to book with someone else. It was terrible because I was looking forward and was so excited that I had gotten an appointment with makeup artist. It really screwed up my day to the point that I did not want to go to the event.
