This place is amazing! Im so glad I found it. Ive been doing the carnivore diet for months and looking for a good butcher shop and this place is it. Super clean. Super nice staff. The prices are incredible, and the meats! Their 85/15 ground beef is so much better than anything Ive been getting from other places. Liver was fantastic. Steaks are fantastic. Its a hidden gem. Do yourself a favor and go to Central Meat Market!

They state on their website they will try to get a speciality item if they dont have it in stock. When I called to inquire about a specialty bacon, the person said no and immediately hung up the phone. Rating is for poor customer service with low integrity.

Excellent butcher shop. I reneged on a deal for a whole hog and they still did right by me later on when I wanted another one. Wonderful people of a class all too rare in todays world.

The meat selection is good BUT something nasty that I noticed and decided not to get meat from there. The employees DO NOT WEAR GLOVES when getting the meat for you. There’s not a healthy procedure at all!

Nice people, but they sell spoiled meats. I wasted 175.00 on chicken, ribs and and steak. I put my meats in the freezer like always. When I went to use it later thawed the stuff out and it was bad funky when it thawed out had my whole kitchen smelling like dirty butt.

A hidden gem! They are so friendly and knowledgeable here. I never feel stupid asking questions and they are always more than willing to answer questions. Great service and perfect prices (would have thought they would be more expensive being a small market). Top quality meats to match top quality service.

First time shopper. The meat selection was great. The pork roast was so good. The hamburger was lein and the chicken wings the biggest Ive seen. Placed another order and was very satisfied.You wont find this quality or service at the r.egular big box supermarkets

The service is always friendly and with a smile. The store is always well stocked with all products. The meats are ALWAYS fresh and Always freash cut. The meat packs they offer are well worth the money. You can call ahead your order and they will have it ready when you get there. The service is very fast and never busy. The store is extremely clean also. They offer meat packages. Ranging from $30 to $100 packs my family an I buy the $100 pack and we have meat that lasts all month for a family of 5.

For me the chicken breasts are awesome. They have package deals. I got 24 pork chops for under 25.00 dollars. They cut them for me. At Shaws you pay for the bones. Here its all meat.

Just in the area I saw the sign. Had to go in to try the meats. Service was excellent.I bought some sirloin steak. I hadnt had a piece of steak like that in many years.. Melted in my mouth. Now to try their pork chops. I will definitely go back!!

The guys at the counter are very rude, unfriendly, and unaccommodating. They should train the rude butchers in a little customer service. Instead of feeling like a welcome customer youll feel like theyre doing you a favor by letting you shop there.

Excellent meat market with a focus on international products. Saw meat cuts that are not normally found in the US and lots of other hard to find products and snacks. Highly recommend!
