Horrible place will never take my phone for repairs again! I drop off the phone on Sunday he tells me it will be ready by 6 I call and nothing. He didn’t even give me a courtesy call to let me know the phone won’t be ready for the next few days. I call Monday tells me he needs to go purchase the glue and it should be ready within a couple hours I said ok. Once again doesn’t bother to call me to tell me he needs a couple more days. So I call again Tuesday at that point I went to go pick it up he said not ready so I told him I just want the phone back at the point even if it’s not fixed. He says the phone is at a different shop out in Massachusetts so I asked him for the address he said no it’s a private shop. So then I go check the location of my phone and said it was at another local repair shop. So at that point I get upset because not only did he not call to keep me informed on the phone but also lied to me in my face that the phone wasn’t in the area. I go back today wed and the employee there said he wasn’t there to go back at 4. So I told her if I come back and he’s there without my phone I’m going to have to call authority on him. So went back at 4 the guy flips out on me disrespecting me calling me out my name saying that I’m rude n disrespectful for trying to call authority on him that I don’t know who he is that he’s got people and money etc. and then right in front of me he breaks the phone that was already repaired by someone else and hands it to me so I walk out to call the cops he comes out takes a picture of my plates on my car and threatened to find my address and send someone to hurt me.this could of all been avoided if he would of just told me the truth from the beginning and him vandalizing my phone was so unprofessional guy must be out his mind...

5 stars ! I met the owner on a couple of occasions. Very honest and professional. I looked into purchasing a phone due to my current phone at the time being damaged and he had a great selection of new and used devices. Upon searching around at other cell phone stores for repairs and phones I made my way back to ER wireless. The owner remembered me right away and without hesitation looked into seeing what needed to be repaired on my phone. I was quoted from other stores around what it cost to repair my phone however other shops diagnosed the issue without even assessing my phone. He took the time to see what needed to be done and came close to matching. I was told I needed a new battery and charging port due to water damage from other stores. He carefully and thoroughly fixed my phone and also gave me a complimentary temper glass. He tested my phone after also ensuring everything worked, speaker, microphone, touch screen etc. High quality work and genuine parts. Thanks again. Sincerely - Chino

I came to the store to fix my cracked iPhone after I talked on the phone with the owner. He then said in a rude way that he’s busy and we should come back later. I asked what time and he said 6:30. I then told him that his sign he closes at 6:00 and he said don’t worry come back at 6:30 or give him a call, kind you I have somewhere important to be at but I rather fix my phone. I then waited around the corner until it was 6:15 then I started to come back to see an open sign and locked door. I the. Waited outside until it was 6:50 before I stared to leave. I recommend that you guys never come here. Terrible customer service !

It used to be an excellent service but now that I came back it was also not the staff that helped me now and the owner that I know is a great person every time I go is not or collides with my work schedule and the young woman is not very helpful Well, I gave him some information and they did what they wanted with the team without consulting me yet, saying that any change would tell me because I already had a budget and nothing lasted a month and three weeks and I on each trip first sent to look for and then not I had an arrangement and when I went to look for the equipment they took it to Teo side but everything went without notifying me yet telling him that he will forget that team and I bought another one they did not deliver it to me in the end he fixed it but the price is more than what he had spoken I think they did not give good service with the information and I could not talk to the young man I saw myself in this situation so the service this time leaves much to be desired
