The crew is very helpful and they certainly know what they are doing.I had an expensive Alienware PC and my guess was that my GPU was broken. I first spent $35 for the diagnostic fee which was a very reasonable price compared to many other stores. It took very little time for them to figure out that my PC case was too tiny, and the ventilation inside the case wasnt powerful enough so the graphic card got heated up and short-circuited. All I needed to do was to replace the graphic card. The solution was to install another graphic card and post-diagnostic installation and labor fee was also very reasonable, especially that it would be deducted with the already paid $35 diagnostic fee.However, once I bought a new graphic card gave it to them in a few days, we found out my new graphic card was way too big to shove inside the PC case. So they explained what was going on and we made some tweaks and provided a further solution to remove some unnecessary racks inside the built-in PC case and made some space for the new graphic card. Yet the ventilation system also needed to be replaced since my tiny PC case needed to provide more cooling ability for the larger graphic card to avoid the same GPU overheat issue to happen again.Overall, it took very little time for them to re-pack everything and made it work very well (so far). The concluding price was just a little more than 100. Super friendly, nice, patient and informative members of the shop, highly recommended.

They fix my iPhone X screen and the True Tone option disappear from the display settings of my phone, they keep saying that they didn’t do anything to the software and of that I’m aware, but that option (True Tone) disappear because Apple makes it that way so people can tell if the screen is fake or og, so if you have an iPhone 8/8 Plus or newer and before fixing the screen with these people you got the True Tone option and after fixing it here that option disappear, is because the screen is not Apple original. Also there is multiple ways to reactivate this option so you can use it again even if the screen is fake, but they “don’t know how to do it” It’s just funny that the so called “professionals” don’t know how to do their job properly. That option is crucial for me cuz it makes the screen brightness easier on my eyes without having to activate night shift, but guess that’s what you get for going cheap. I’m just saying that if you’re fixing the phone here, make sure everything works, True Tone, 3D Touch and also the brightness of the screen match the original, if you just going to believe their words that “this screen is like the original” you gonna be really disappointed. Kinda thinking on getting a refund tho.

Excellent experience...we had several computers that needed various repairs and they went above and beyond what was needed. Their pricing was more reasonable than other tech repair stores and the staff are very knowledgeable. Only thing to report is that they didnt have the work done as promised (by a week or two), because they said they became swamped unexpectedly (it was the beginning of the pandemic when people started working from home). We had to keep calling for the status, but we were ok becoming a lower priority because ours was not a rush repair. They were more than accommodating for the inconvenience. We do believe that if it had been a rush repair they would have gotten the job done faster. We will definitely use them as our go to place for any of our device repairs for now on.

Came here with an issue with my Xbox One X. The woman who greeted me when I walked in was very friendly and attentive. They took the time to figure out what was wrong with my system and communicated very well what the issue was. Price was fair and I will continue to come here for any issues tech related. Brought my laptop computer in for a major issues. The laptop hinge was broken and another panel detached. Additionally, the computer would turn on and shut off. Brought it in and was greeted by very polite, professional and attentive employees. They quickly diagnosed the issues, ordered the parts and completely repaired the computer. It feels and runs like new and the price was fair given the level of damage. Ill definitely come back if I have any future issues with my devices and very highly recommend this place to anyone.

Wow Wow Wow. I have never gone to a place to get my screens fixed on a cell phone. I thought they were a waste of time and money. I was wrong and Im glad I found this place. I read the reviews to a bunch of places and decided on this one. Amazing and quick. 15 min. and only 75.00 and my phone looked brand new. Tech at its finest and excellent service. I am bringing in my 2 other cell phones and laptop. Very very pleased.

From my house experience, it was very straight forward. I came in, gave them my phone and they fixed it. The prices are very reasonable and not too expensive. Other places have charged me at least $120.00 or more for an iPhone 7 Plus & got mine fixed for only $85.00 which was a huge deal. Highly recommend! 👍

They said that it would only take a couple days to fix my ps4 and every time we tried calling at like 3-4 pm they didnt pick up and said, we are currently closed, please call back during our buisness hours 10-7. Its been almost a week since we brought it, but they were very nice.

I brought my PS4 in on 3/2/2018 because it was saying that it was overheating and would shut itself off plus the fan sounded like a Boeing jet taking off. It was doing it after only running for about 5 minutes so it wasn’t overheating at all. I assumed it was a fan issue. As soon as I mentioned this to Gilbert he pretty much diagnosed it over the phone and told me to bring it in. I brought it in at 3:30 and he called me at 5:30 and said it was ready for pickup! Only $60 too. He told me that even though my PS4 looked clean as a whistle inside, he replaced the “thermal paste” which is what he thought it was over the phone. I took it home and ran it for like 3-4 hours with no issues. And it’s so quiet now it doesn’t sound like it’s even on. On a day with 70 mph winds, flooding, and power outages when most people were leaving work early (including myself), he stayed there and finished the job. I’ve already told friends to go here if they have any issues and would recommend this place to anyone. Gilbert was awesome! Thanks!!

Fabulous technician. I stepped on my laptop a little bit and then the screen stoped working. I brought my laptop to this store and ask if they can fix it. I was planning to buy a new one which cost $600. The guy in the store told be they can fix my laptop and it is a good computer which it is worth to fix. So I decided to let hem check. After one day they call me it already fixed and only cost me $65. I was so happy I save $600!! They are life saver!

Sorry it was Not 3 months ago that I had my computer fixed at the Pawtucket store it was a year ago. But I had to bring my Computer to the same Computer store but the one in Providence RI because I just found out yesterday that the Pawtucket store closed up at that I did not know- Having Computer problems again hopefully they can fix like they did the first time.

This store is quite subpar, especially for pc repairs. Store was dirty and was showing off random broken down computer parts for no reason, perhaps to imply some knowledge of hardware. Im not sure very bizarre to say the least. I brought my pc to have a power supply tested and was asked to leave my PC there and come back. This task should take minutes. Seemed untrustworthy so I left. They might be okay with cell phones but I dont think they really know about PCs all that much so unless you know nothing yourself better off going to a professional. 1-star it is.

Gilbert of PCTech rescued my computer and my data from one accident and from what Hewlitt Packard tech support assured me was a fatal disc crash, all data lost. I took it to Gilbert. He replaced the drive, reloaded essential programs, saved the data and put it on a new drive for a more than reasonable price. Take it from me - this is the place you want to take your computer problems. Theyre the best and certainly my go-to guys for repair and data salvaging. Gilbert - by the way - is great!!
