Always good service. Place was busy. There was a good sale this time around!Not sure if You could try things on. But, no one stopped me.Also, most items are sized as if we were in Europe. Look closely at the tags. Obvs. Its best to try stuff on. The screaming children though......

There is always something here for everybody. They are always on trend and the staff is attentive and have good customer service!

This is the review for the kids clothing only. I love their boys clothes. I never thought dressing boys was fun until I went to Zara. Comfortable trendy but not over the top. Unique looks. So much more than sailor or lumberjack or superhero. I really like the girls clothes as well. Great girls coats. Good for any girls basics. Comfortable play clothes that hide dirt.

Be aware even though masks are not required for fully vaccinated customers they didnt let me go in the store. They even have a security guy there.

Never a register open in the men’s department, long lines to cash out always.

Decent clothes but prices are way too high for what they are. i mean $70 for a pair of no brand shoes that look like theyll fall apart in a month when i can get a pair of nikes for less. the clearance sales are where its at for this store

I have three adult daughters and we have been shopping at Zara for years. This Christmas I ordered an item as a gift but my daughter received two of them so I tried to initiate a return for the one I bought. I tried multiple times through the original order email; there is no link to start a return. I checked the process several times and followed the link back to my order but could never find a link to return the item. Finally I called customer service and was told that I was 5 days past the window for returns. First of all, I am actually 4 days past the 30 window which would have been January 3rd, but what other company holds such rigid and small return times over the holidays?! The customer service representative denied my return request. I am NEVER shopping at Zara again. Their merchandise is decent but not good enough to deal with their website or return policy again....too many other wonderful stores to buy from instead. Skip Zara.

Huge Zara store with two floors, one completely dedicated to women clothing. I however found good stuff in kids section upstairs. Friendly staff, some good deals.

Very clean, large, brightly lit. All Zara stores are like this. Prices are fair, even the regular priced items. Clothing is of good quality, but for those who are normally XL or XXL the options are quite limited. The clothes are European sizing and many of the socks are one size fits all. They have men’s colognes that are very well priced and smell very good. Overall a great store and if you can find something that fits well, the clothing is of great quality and will last you a while!

Never order online - can’t call fir help to place the order when the online and app reject your address. Can only do in store pickup. No wonder Amazon is excelling at online orders, customer service. No comparison. I suppose this is what you get for cheap clothes

This is a really hip clothing store the prices can range from okay to expensive its located in Providence place Mall on the first floor masks are required unless youre fully vaccinated type of clothing would be geared towards teenage women and young women

One of my favorite places to shop at, picked up a few pairs of pants I saw online and wanted to try on. And they feel amazing at that. Zara is so worth every penny.

Cool looking clothes. My daughter likes that store. Its where little fashionista goes. so many unique pieces, mix and match to fit their big personalities! Four stars due to customer service are not that friendly.

I love this store. Long overdue. The clothes are beautiful and the price is right. Zara exceeds in quality and price point above and beyond any at the store at the mall...if you are a smart shopper, you can put some beautiful pieces in your wardrobe for reasonable price. Zara is very popular throughout Europe and I have always enjoyed shopping when I am there. So happy to finally have one within a 20 minute drive. Hope they make it.

The goods were delivered three weeks later, although I specially ordered a week earlier in order to receive the goods earlier, but not only did it not arrive on time, he was late for a week at first, I started to write in the chat that the other day I was leaving and I needed the goods to arrive but to me did not answer, began to call the service, picked up the phone and spent all the time waiting ... before landing, I wrote to the service, they wrote that the goods were delayed and that, taking into account the holidays, the goods were delayed ... I flew in, asked my friends to check the delivery ... only after two weeks the parcel arrived and then in parts .... I came back and now I can not return things that did not fit ... when contacting the chat, phone and messages via facebook they said that they had expired the return lats !!!!!! Dont be fooled by all these delivery and return dates !!!! now they all lie

Love this store. The reason Im giving it 3 stars is because the boys toddler section is non-existing. Randomly you will find a shirts or pants so you better grab them.

Always find some great fashion pieces at a super affordable prices. Mod-season sale is the best time to shop!!!

I order from zara often and I can’t complain, they always deliver on time and never had a problem with exchanging items or any issues with them overall. My experience has always been a good one.

Love the style and quality of the fabric, however be sure to try on every thing because I find that the sizes are not the same. (And yes I do know that they have regular fit and slim fit)

My wife wanted to return a dress that was given as a gift- all tags attached. She didnt like the style but they will only exchange it for the same type of dress Really!!!!! She would have been better off if the gift were bought at Dollar Tree!!!!

Rude staff and unprofessional. Staff feels bothered when you ask for help. A floor associate claimed I spilled my coffee when i happened to walk by just then. My coffee was already done (i was just polite enough to hold on to my empty cup versus randomly leaving it somewhere) also the the stain on the floor looked more of a milk shake? I did not like that he assumed it was me. Poor manners and rude. Too bad its the only Zara in Rhode Island.

Nice clothing

Zara is one of my go-tos, especially for mens suits. If youre tall and skinny, the suits will fit you wonderfully and theyre cheap. They are like a few levels nicer than h&m.

I like this store, it kind of reminds me of an H&M with really good fashion selections. The only downside is if you are tall then this store is not for you. You may find things that fit but its harder than it looks.

One of my favorite brand for clothes. . .i bought jackets from here, liked very much.

One of my favorite stores to shop at every once in a while when I can.

It has alright clothing, but the staff is extremely rude. I bought 2 blazers here to try on with outfits at home and on my way home I noticed a stain on one of them and the other one was wrinkly. So I then returned them about a week later and when I went back they werent accepting the return. Because of stain and wrinkle. So I then went and grabbed the same blazers off the racks and showed them how they were all stained. And wrinkled. And they still werent accepting it until I basically flipped out. I dont recommend shopping at this zara.

Terrible experience. Daughter bought a shirt and when she got it home it had a huge tear in the side. Upon returning it we waited for someone at the register while a worker just looked at us without coming over. Finally a cashier came over and said that my daughter could have worn the shirt and ripped it herself. I asked to speak to manager who said I couldnt prove it was like that when she bought it. She finally relented when I pointed out that we literally purchased it a few days before and how could they prove I didnt buy it that way. The manager rudely told me she would make an exception but that I was not to try and return it again. As she was giving me the new shirt I noticed the security tag was in the exact spot the tear was in. When I mentioned this she rudely told me that the rip did not happen at the store.

To the reviewer before. No offense but this is not luxury. It is a vapid copy of what luxury is. Luxury is Givenchy, Prada, Gucci, Saint Laurent etc... Perhaps compared Target it could be luxury.Ive never been a customer of Zara. Today I was shopping at Providence Place and decided to go in. I saw a pair of metallic slip ons that are a blatant copy of Saint Laurent. I was about to pay for them but it took quite a while. Only one cashier, the other person behind the cashwrap was on an iPad and then another associate joined in the viewing of the iPad. At that point I left. Without the shoes. Stores like this lack in service. They are often messy and staffed with teenagers that cant be bothered. If I was a secret shopper this location would get a 0%.
