I went to purchase a pennant for my 25th wedding anniversary paid for my purchase with my bank card their POS system crashed they charge my card and refuse to give me my merchandise I had to pay for the merchandise a second time and now they have told me they will not refund my money for 10 to 14 business days they are absolutely refusing to give me a credit because of a process through no era of my own they are holding my money hostage now I would highly recommend not going to Zales of Providence it was the absolute worst experience and continues to be the worst experience

Great customer service. Answered all of our questions, very helpful, very patient. WillDefinitely be going there again. We live in Mansfield and it may be a little bit of a drive for us but we love the employees there. The one in Emerald square mall is horrible so my husband and I decided that if we are going to spend money and get a great service it is worth the drive!

Absolutely best customer service! Went there with earrings needed a fix (were purchased 6 month ago in Zales Yonkers) immediately got a completely new pair . Did not have to wait for it or pay.Wouldn’t go to any other branches ..

Heather was absolutely phenomenal!!! I’m a sales consultant myself and I understand the importance of great customer service.Heather treated my significant other and me as guest which just makes it a warm and welcoming experience.We had gone to a previous Jewelry store and we weren’t treated attentively after the first 10 seconds of being there.At Zales it was different.From the very first second we were acknowledged and guided with full attention with a warm smile and shown some exceptional pieces of jewelry. Thank you Heather it was a pleasant experience we’ll be seeing you soon!!!!!

Diego was great! My girlfriend and I were looking to get her ring size and get a feel for her style and Diego never pressured us into buying anything and really showed genuine service to meet our needs and took time to explain different types of rings. I will definitely buy my engagement ring from Zales.

Once youve paid for your purchase, dont expect the same level of service.Ive been waiting over 3 weeks to pick up my ring after it being sized. When my fiance called to confirm that it was ready for pick up, the sales-woman on the phone was being short with him and provided him with the wrong information- telling him it was in the store when in reality it was in transit and they didnt know when it would be ready for pick up. To get him off the phone as soon as she could, she said it would be ready whenever we were for pick up.So, since i work in closer proximity to the store I took time out of my work day to pick it up. Upon arrival, the woman at the desk was not listening to me when I was trying to explain that it would be under my name, not my fiances, as they knew it would be me picking it up. It wasnt until she realized she couldnt even find the order because it was in deed not under his name, did she admit i was right. Long story short, the ring of course was not there. I tried to explain I had been waiting almost a month- which was when she felt was needed to tell me, actually it was dropped off on the 2nd so its been 3 weeks. Like really? When trying to understand why I was told to come in, she basically had nothing to say and did not apologize for the inconvenience once. A man who worked there (who actually was amazing when he sold my fiance the ring) was the only one to offer any explanation to the confusion and was nice enough to waive the fee. He also called my fiance right after to express his apologies and that he would be calling up the ladder to get something for us.Overall, they are fantastic to work with when you buy. After that- they are short and rude and clearly dont want to put effort in because they already got their money from us. We will not being coming there for my fiances wedding band as planned anymore- which is unfortunate because my fiance was so pleased and excited with his sales experience and the man who helped him.

Incompetent group of people had my ring shipped to store its been sitting in the store for two whole days with no email or phone call if I didnt call customer service it would still just be sitting in the store
