The ladies did not want to help me or my friend find any pieces. Maybe we didn’t look like valuable customers. We like to collect pieces so it was sad to be treated as such.

First of all WOW!AMAZING experience!Me and my boyfriend were greeted by a gentleman at the front door where our temperatures were taken and your given hand sanitizer right away I let him know I was in there to get my necklace that I have owned for 10 years repaired. He guided me to a back office where I met Margaret she instantly was able to send out my necklace assure me that it will be taken care of and shipped back to me as soon as possible . I have never ever had such great customer service she is so friendly so upbeat and also was able to show me around and show me some of the new goodies they had in the cases. NOT being able to shake hands and or give hugs is so hard with these tough times we are in she would have recieved both . I recieved my necklace today in the mail I have never ever seen my necklace look so good ! It is fixed and polished its like the first day I recieved it ! Thabk you so much again !

Everyone at the Tiffany store in Providence Place Mall is always so pleasant and friendly. I do appreciate the style and quality of Tiffany as a product line in general, and with a brand as established as they are the premiums are often justified. Unfortunately, The customer service representative I personally dealt with came off as rather condescending and for the mark ups tiffany is charging, they leave themselves very little room for poor customer service.

Took some time to get help tho a man brought us beverages & made the wait more tolerable with his pleasant attitude. Would have been a 5 star if not for the unnecessary wait while a single customer captivated all other employees with a story & banter.
