Had the opportunity to oversee a countertop installation that was done by GIC the other day for one of my clients and all I can say is that Roger and his crew of installers are very good at what they do! You could tell just watching them that they have worked together for awhile because they seemed to work as one - when one guy was finishing up one thing, the other was right behind him to pick up on the next task and so on and so forth. They took their time to make sure the seam was just perfect and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves when it was all done. I am very happy with the finished result and most importantly, so was my customer. Thank you, as always GIC, for a job well done!

From the first phone call to the finished product. The service was 5 Stars. The technicians were neat, clean and very knowledgeable. Paula setting up the appointments was very accommodating.

The sales girl was great to work w in contrast there manager has absolutely no customer services skills At all. After we made our installation deposit we were contacted in regards to a change in measurement per the company’s error, and our installment date had been changed w no notice given to us. When I contacted there manager she was completely disrespectful, and had a horrible attitude

Very pleased with GIC, start to finish their service and professionalism was exceptional. They had a fabulous selection of products and helped me through the process.

Called to ask if they supplied butcher block. Explained what I needed. They were very accommodating over the phone. Even asked me what color I was looking for.Drove a half hour out of my way to see what they had and was told that they dont, in fact, sell butcher block.Frustrating.

Great in counters is one place I would NOT recommend! Making a mistake on the size they cut our island or rescheduling because the truck broke down is one thing, stuff happens. Me having to call them to see when it would be fixed, them not apologizing and having a snotty tone on the call, not showing up STILL (appointment for a replacement was between 1-4 pm, it’s 5:17) and no phone call letting us know they will be late (we had to call them again) is NOT ok.
