I have to say I have only been in this store a couple times in my life but I stopped in today to get a hat for my son and I had the most amazing experience with their two employees Tay and Christine!! Wonderful souls who were helpful and showed me around this glorious emporium of wonder for our crowns. I browsed this modern Millinier and found the perfect hat for my little future space pilot. Lids for a big win today! Everyone was happy to help and they made a sale for the company because of it! Not only that, I will definitely be heading back for more headwear!! Thank you Lids for being a comfortable place to shop amidst all this chaos in the world.

Good staff and good experience

Came to the Providence place mall because this Lids has a bigger selection and my husband saw a hat he wanted to buy. So apparently they open whenever the employee decides to show up. It’s now 10:15 Sick of waiting, we left...sale lost.

Trash! ever since you moved from the other side of the mall everythings been messed up. the selection isnt as great as it always was and whenever I call, it continues to ring. this used to be my favorite store in the mall and now Im just irritated
