Dr was friendly. I did feel rushed after an HR long wait. He did apologize. Accepting new patients if interested.

Hes an awesome guy as an Audiologist, but hes a wicked busy man. Dr. Mike Lancia has a fantastic business and cares about helping people to hear as best as can be done. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.
