Honestly its a pageant dress store. A store that has little to no plus size clothes for XL women like myself.

Do not shop here! The manager and staff are extremely disrespectful and mistreat customers. While I spent 25 minutes (no exaggeration) in line, I observed the manager playing with her keys and leaning on the counter by the cashier and another cashier, literally, physically turning her back on customers… both ignoring people as they stood in line. Only one cashier (Andrea) was working like a slave while the manager and the other lady did nothing but disrespect, ignore, and looked down on people, including me. They were leaning on the cashier counter, doing nothing, and LITERALLY physically turned their back on customers, pretended that they couldn’t see folks just standing there. I attempted to go on this store’s website to make a complaint and this is what I got another 20 minutes later of attempts. You gotta laugh! The first and last time my daughter and I will ever deal with this store!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. 3 workers and only me and my friend in the store trying to find a prom dress. Workers were rude saying they didn’t have enough staff to open a fitting room??! They were doing nothing. Unreasonable and rude. Saying no returns and no try ones. This store needs to reevaluate their policies and who they hire! Will never be back. Terrible customer service and they close the dressing rooms at least 45 minutes to an hour before they close. Was hoping to purchase three formal dresses but no one could try anything on. They had the entrance to the dressing room blocked off with a rack of tried on but not purchased clothes which in fact the employee was taking items from to put away but not letting anyone into try anything on.

Just went to this location about two hours ago and did not feel welcomed by the woman working at all. She was so rude, miserable, unfriendly, and she should not be working in retail or especially on the floor knowing that you need to have good customer-service skills. I never write reviews about places but her attitude was uncalled for and made me leave the store all together.

I will NEVER again support this store. I went in there yesterday and I had a stroller where my kids were eating a snack in the stroller, not walking around or anything. A store employee humiliated me by rudely, not yelling but not talking either, saying “excuse me you cant have food in the store” and opening her eyes and shaking her head with attitude. I saw other moms in the store with strollers that had food and nothing. Plus being a mall store, im sure people go in all the time with food. I regret all the money I have ever spent in this store.

Horrible customer service! I had went to the store to try on dresses for graduation and when I went the lady expressed to me that the dressing rooms are not open anymore and they would be open the next day. I left and came back the next day and another lady said they are still closed because of not enough staff and another told me because of COVID. They are very unprofessional and I would not be shopping here anymore

The worst customer service in Providence! Purposely ignoring customers, constant eye rolling when asked for assistance, & when they did speak—their tone was so damn nasty. We noticed that this horrible behavior was mostly directed toward Black and Latino customers. Shameful!

Bad bad bad customer service the manager is super rude specially to kids she should definitely have a different approach Andol she should learn how to talk to customers. I grabbed my kids and left.

Pretty dresses

They have really cute dinner/prom/cocktail dresses for pretty reasonable prices.Shoes are also quite nice and inexpensive.Customer service could be better hut what do you expect in this generation of workers? Not much.

Horrible customer service. Cashier walked away from the counter with two customers still in line to face clothing on the shelves. They had the other customer and I waiting for a good 15 minutes before anyone came back up to ring again. Don’t go to this place to buy your clothing unless you want to be disappointed and hungry before you get out of the store.

Really cute dresses, but they run a little bit small. I also feel they do not have a variety of sizes. Some extra sizes are available online but I would rather have it in store to try on before purchasing... I wish I could keep a lot of the dresses, but if you are usually a size large(in my case), you may not find a well-fitting dress.

I wanted to know if they had a particular dress. I tried to call for 2 days and call goes right to voicemail. Called corporate office who claimed computer shows that they have the dress but cant guarantee it. They couldnt get thru either. Because my daughter really wants the dress I have to go to the store. This involves driving to the city, paying for parking just to find out they might not have it. Answer your phone!!!!!!!!!!!

Dress had a hole which I paid 24.90 for a dress and the girl in the register was on the phone not acknowledging me in the front

I put a dress on hold and when I came back It was gone and they didn’t even try to look for it. Only one old lady helped me out and actually attempted to help me look. It was the only dress I wanted in that store and it was gone. Worst experience for my first prom.

Great selection of different dresses and apparel, also the pricing is great!

I bought a dress for 40 dollars, wore it out, came home, and there were all threads and pulls sticking out in the back. I paid 40 bucks for something that fell apart the day I bought it and they wouldn’t give me my money back, not even a store credit. So if you want to buy bad quality dresses at high prices, shop here!

They have prom dresses and really cute clothes. Friendly staff.

Terrible they don’t provide return shipping labels like other stores who deduct usually 7.95 for shipping which is fine. Bought an item that was too small (coat) that cost $41 it was going to cost me $55 to send back Ups ground or 44 to send USPS guess who made out? So we are forced to keep coat and probably listing it on Poshmark or Mercari or give to goodwill. If you’re not sure of your size DO NOT BUY unless you can go to retail store with in 2 weeks.
