I went in and immediately felt welcomed, I was very informed and the paperwork was short and easy. My artist was John Hill and he did an absolutely amazing job on my tattoo. He was also very nice and informative. He got it done in good time as well. The pricing was very good as well. Just an all over great time! Best tattoo experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Timeless Image, and John Hill as well.
I went in to have my dermal removed. While doing so, Ray (so sorry if I got your name wrong!!!) gave me some suggestions for touch ups on my 3 existing tattoos. I loved his ideas and without seeing his work, I decided to take the plunge because some touch up is better than no touch up. Firstly, my dermal removal looks amazing and might not even have a scar (or at least, a noticeable one). Secondly, my touch ups are BETTER than my original tattoos. And he knocked them out in record time. The 2 other guys working there were really nice and I really felt welcome. My stuff took a bit longer, but while I was there I saw a girl get a great basic tattoo in about 20 min and another girl get a belly button piercing in about 10 min. Super fast service all around, and they are really conscientious of the time they take, since they charge by the hour. I would recommend them to anyone for piercings or tattoos and for me, best in Utah County.
First experience here was awesome. Everyone was really nice and respectful. Tyler did my piercings and he did a great job! It barely hurt and looks great. Plus, the price was about $40 cheaper than my research on other places. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get something pierced. Thanks k you guys so much!
Bri is hawt
The artists do phenomenal work. They are super nice and make ur time there fun. The facility is clean and it is a friendly environment. They make sure they meet your needs and that you are happy with the results! I absolutely love my tat. I definitely recommend Timeless Image for those wanting tattoos!!
Artist Monk did a phenomenal job on a piece on my forearm. Making sure my tattoo was perfect was a lot more important to him than getting home. They have a passion for the art and get more excited for your tattoo than you do. Oh and its been five hours since I got it done and there is ZERO irritation or swelling or sensitivity. Its like its a years old tattoo! Absolutely would recommend, dont go anywhere else.
I got my first tattoo here of a Picasso drawing on my side and I was a little bit terrified, not entirely sure what to expect and all. I shared my concerns with my artist, Alan, and he was so nice and professional. He encouraged me to go ahead and do it and described the process a bit more in depth. Once the stencil was on and it was time to start the tattoo, he started with smaller lines so I could get used to how it felt and he made it clear that if I needed a break, I could have a break. Overall, he was just super understanding and after it was finished, some of the other artists came over and looked at my finished tattoo and were all like wow so cool! which made me feel super confident with my new tattoo. The lines are clean, the image looks exactly like the original Picasso drawing, and I could not be happier with the results. Definitely will be going back for my next tattoo.
Timeless Image is absolutely fantastic. I just got my first tattoo done there and it looks perfect! Matt did it and he was fantastic, very kind and professional. Everything is super clean and organized, it really is great.
Jay gave my my first tattoo and did a phenomenal job. He made sure all was good before I left. It was a fantastic experience!
Ive had work done by Kris, Jentrey, and Randal. I love them all! Timeless Image Tattoo is definitely the place to go in Utah County for both friendly and talented tattoo artists.
My family and I have been going in for years and Ive recommended this place to all my friends. Only recently have I had terrible service. Ive arrived to appointments only to end up having them not show up or make me wait 20+ minutes. All Ive needed is a touch up on a tattoo I got there in April and Ive made two different appointments for it, both ending in the same result. I now have to pay $60+ just to get a touch up at a completely different parlor, even though I was promised free touch ups. Ive loved my service here in the past, and am saddened that I now dread the idea of getting tattoos and/or piercings. My family and friends have all decided to promptly find a different parlor. On top of everything else, theyre never open when they say they are. Do not go here, theyre ruining their own reputation by disrespecting their clients.
The place is very unprofessional and the workers dont seem to care about customers at all. I went in to get a piercing and the person who I talked to the day before was running late and then after waiting for 40 minutes they just said they werent coming in. I had to make two appointments for it to happen. Also the person who answers the calls is extremely rude and doesnt seem to care that his gruff attitude has made people choose not to go there. Anyways I wouldnt go here if you value your time, or want a good result. Its no surprise that their signature artists have all left and gone to better places, leaving behind the people that are there now.
The shop is clean and the tattoo I got was beautiful. So although the work was great some of the people are so disorganized and unprofessional. When I left the shop they said they prefer appointments so this week I called to make an appointment to get another tattoo the guy said there was no openings which was fine but then when I asked about a different day he said that all the artists make their own schedule so he didnt know when anyone would be in. Im just surprised and disappointed they dont have some sort of scheduling system. Time is money and not being able to make an appointment is a waste of time.
This was my first experience trying to get a piercing done and it was absolutely awful. I did a lot of research about where to go and read reviews to make sure I was getting a professional job but when I came in the guy pierced my septum three times and couldnt get the jewelry in a single time. He did NOT ask me about gadge sizes (I had to ask him when he was already about to start) he did NOT measure it out in any way... And if the piercing had gone through the place he put the needle in I would have had a septum piercing in the COMPLETE wrong spot. I now have three visible holes no where near the correct spot and got to have a needle shoved through my nose three times. This was not a professional job and I wouldnt be suprised if this man had never pierced a septum before.
I am over 50 years old and recently got my first tattoo. Metua is not listed as an artist on the website, so I assume he is new or is a visiting artist. He has years of experience in California as a tattoo artist and I looked at some of his work and felt confident that he was very good. I showed him the ideas that I had put together over a period of months and he captured the essence of what I was looking for. He was reliable, kept in touch, worked for a very reasonable rate, and created the most beautiful, perfect tattoo I could have hoped for. I highly recommend Timeless Image and Metua for anyone looking for a quality job. My inking took 5 to 6 hours and he offered me the choice of doing it all in one sitting or breaking it up into sessions. I wanted to do it all at once and he had no problem doing that. I have a touch up session in the next week or two, but I dont really want to change a thing. I trust Metua and will let him look at how it has healed and see what he thinks. Awesome experience from start to finish!
Oak is easily one of the most talented artists out there, if youre wanting to get a piece done give them a call and make an appointment ASAP. One of the only artists id ever let work on me =)
(Not sure who pierced it, he didnt give me his name when I asked. He had tattoo sleeves on both arms and a shaved head)I came here for my 18th birthday, calling the day prior to get my nosed pierced. I was extremely excited. When I entered the shop, it was a typical ghetto tattoo shop feel. There was lots of clutter, and it was way too packed with junk and chairs.I wanted my piercing done, and decided not to judge based on the environment, but the piercer. Boy was I wrong. I shouldve made a run for it.When he had me fill out paper work and scan my ID, he didnt even bother to check my DOB. He just threw it in without glancing at it and went to the back. While I waited it was quiet hot in there. I felt sorry for the other boy that worked there, seeming to deserve to be at a high end tattoo shop, not this junk yard.Nevertheless, he took me into a room with a chair and sat me in it. On the walls were pictures of nude girls and stickers that had I love BJs. I stayed cool, steadying my breathing, until he started preparing. This man was on something. He is either on strong drugs or drunk. When he marked my nose he had to do it three times to get it right, and even then the piercing was off. When it was finally over, twisting it in (which should happen), my nose started bleeding. Now Im not complaining about this. No ones fault. But what he did...He barely cleaned my nose. There was blood all over the stud and under it still. I was blacking out and sat down before I remembered to say something (my fault, but really?). He had me sit down, and got me water, which was really sweet. Again he was all over the place. Barely able to walk straight. I was afraid he would fall over. Then came when I paid. I did so, and started feeling sick again. Now I have low blood pressure, which is why this occurred. I shouldve mentioned it, but thought it wouldnt be a problem. After I paid the first thing he asked the younger boy was how much the tip was, and I sat there for 10 more minutes very sick and he didnt bother to say one word to me.He didnt discuss care or anything, and I had enough. I left and luckily I researched on my own to know how to clean it. But I would never go here. I came home and used 5 cutips with saline solution full of blood that he didnt clean. Worst experience.
Got my tattoo from here and love it they did great i recommend everyone to go here!
I went in the middle of June to have my daith pierced. I was so excited because I suffer from headaches and migraines, and I read that this piercing helps reduce them. Jay was the one who pieced me. He had to ask Allen how to properly do it, because he had never done this piercing. I didnt mind because people need to learn. The pain wasnt to bad. He didnt go over cleaning or healing time. I asked him as I was walking out, and that was when he finally talked to me about it.*Paid $45 for the piercing and then $10 for a tip.Week one - bottom ball came off. Went in and Allen helped me. Gave me a new ball to put on at no charge.*$10 tipWeek two the bottom falls off again and goes into my ear. I can feel it moving around. So I go back in for new jewlary. Allen helps me again, and tells me that the jewlary was stripped. So he puts the new jewlary in, and I make a trip to the ER to have the ball removed.*$10 for jewlary, $10 tip, $125 for ER and ear drops. On week three the top ball falls off. I didnt even know the top ball could come off. So I go in and talk to a man, and I ask if I can put an earing in thats the loop with the ball. He tells me his fingers are to fat, and that I will have to come back later. So I buy the jewlary, and go home. I return later that night with my old earing and my new one. Allen assists me again. He tells me that they can stretch the circle earing, but they dont have the tool for it. So I have him put the old earing back in.*$10 for the jewlary. $10 tip.Week four. This is two days after seeing Allen. The top ball has fallen off. Now I am debating. Is this piercing just this crummy or is it the shop?
I went here to get my hips pierced. I had to take them out because they were soooo crooked.
Awful place.
