We love Wilsons! Immediately when you walk in, an associate will greet you and help you out! We felt so welcome, almost like it was a family business! While I was picking out my ring, I never felt judged for not wanting to use a diamond (Ive had other locations be too pushy about using diamond). I loved how they listened to me and worked to create something I wanted! They also would text us pricing and pictures of the rings I was interested in. My ring was also better priced than any other location! Highly recommend!!

Wilson Diamonds has taken amazing care of me since my engagement in 2015! Even after moving out of Utah to Chicago, I still go to Wilsons because they are that good. From my original engagement ring purchased in 2015, to completely destroying that ring and having it remade with an added custom wedding band in 2018, to upgrading my center stone this year in 2021, Wilsons customer service, selection, and custom design house are all phenomenal, even when you are almost 1500 miles away. Their prices are better, they work with your budget, are so helpful, and deliver BEAUTIFUL craftsmanship! Im so happy with my repeated experiences here and cannot recommend them enough. After shopping around online and in numerous stores, we decided to order a ring through them, and unfortunately it didnt come back how we wanted. What shouldve been an amazing day turned into a day of embarrassment and disappointment. I came in with my fiancé on a Saturday to pick out a ring. I was so excited and did hours of research. I saw Wilsons Diamonds had excellent reviews so I made it the priority stop while ring shopping. As we entered I was so excited because of the decor and rings everywhere. Then no one talked to us for what felt like a lifetime. Not even a hello but just stares from literally all the workers on the other side of the room. I was so embarrassed and felt so much shame. Ordered a wedding ring and it came back with a lot of differences. It was pretty frustrating because we had waited a long time for it. I had engagement pictures the following weekend and they gave me a loaner ring and 10 minutes before the photoshoot I realized the loaner had fell off my finger and I had lost it! That was pretty frustrating because I wouldn’t have had the loaner if the ring was correct in the first place, but I also lost it so I don’t place the blame on them. So overall it wasn’t a great experience and it dragged on for quite a while. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because of how we were treated throughout the experience. You could tell that this is something that doesn’t happen frequently for them. They were very understanding and accommodating and did all they could to improve the situation. They gave us gift cards and discounts on the ring we ended up getting as well as a discount on the loaner. So overall my personal situation wasn’t amazing but the company as a whole and their personnel are fantastic and my fiancé and I really appreciated the lengths they went to in order for us to be satisfied with our purchase. Not to mention their selection was fantastic! We went to several places and didn’t find many that I liked, but I was interested in numerous rings from their store.

I love my ring so much! We were married at the end of 2019 and it still sparkles like it did the day we got it. I still get so many compliments.We had a great experience and help from the gentleman who showed us rings. I had mine made in yellow gold and I couldn’t be more happy.I did have a diamond fall out of one of the smaller bands within a month of having it but they fixed it in a timely manner and I haven’t had any problems since then.

When I went in I didn’t have a super good idea of what I wanted, but they took care of me so well! Also, I ended up having issues with the ring sizing but Wilson’s was amazing with helping me get it resized until it was the right size. Cannot recommend Wilson enough. Every other store had a paltry selection of rings. When my (now) wife showed them the style she was looking for, all they could offer was to custom make it.When we went to Wilson, she showed them one picture a style she liked, and the girl came back with 10+ rings that my wife LOVED. The hardest part was picking, but we ended up with a setting and diamond pairing that gets comments all the time.

When we came back to see the final depiction of the ring, Heather told us that she had worked with two other employees to explain our design to the designer. My wifes band was my idea and I showed them a picture on my phone. Just like that they tweaked their design and made the ring exactly how I wanted. Weve been married for a year and Ive come back to add to my post that my wife is still in love with her ring and it is just as sparkly as ever! No issues with any small diamonds or anything really!

The store is so pretty, and the workers were so helpful and professional! Especially Emma Joffs, who showed me around the store. She found me so many rings that were just my style and it was so fun to try them on with her!

The entire process of getting our sizes, and picking out the ring was simple and painless. SO many other ring stores were pushy and pressured us to buy, but at Wilson’s, we were free to ask as many questions as we needed and take our time. We felt no pressure from the staff and we absolutely loved our overall experience! Not to mention, the prices are very reasonable. I am so glad we chose to get my engagement ring here!
