Jenny Coy NP had very awkward bedside manner. Not very warm or friendly. Seemed put out. She was constantly looking at the floor or looking meup and down, she would barely make eye contact. Combined with that she seemed to have an attitude of annoyance at our questions. She didn’t make a great impression. She really could work on how she interacts with patients, smile, be friendly, look people in the eye when you’re speaking to them or they’re speaking to you, act like you actually enjoy your job! All of this made us doubt her diagnosis and treatment plan.

Absolutely the most unprofessional medical office that I have ever been in. The office staff here has no common sense and the billing department has no idea of what customer service is. The Doctors here are ok, but their support staff is a complete joke. Run, do not trust your own or your love ones medical care here! You will just be a number and viewed as a source of monetary gain. My wife has been a patient here for the last 6 years and she will never be returning.

I had a strange experience here. The appointment went well, medical staff was great. I explained my insurance situation PRIOR to seeing the dr. Our Medicare coverage was delayed. When I went to check out I was questioned again by another woman whod listened to me explain it the first time. She told me Id have to pay out of pocket on the spot. I asked her to print an invoice and assured her it would be taken care of one way or another. She made a big fuss and made comments like she doesnt have a penny for us and I know its overwhelming and pretended to check my eligibility and told me it says youre not eligible for Medicare as if she had authority to check my eligibility. I called her bluff how could I not be eligible? To which she fasiciously responded I know right? She got multiple staff members involved, dragging it out and tried to make me pay $187 i dont have (I told her I didnt have when I asked for an invoice)all while my twin toddlers were getting hungry, tired and fussy. Finally to end the conversation I divulged some personal information about myself that made it inarguable that I would 100% qualify for the insurance. She finally backed off and gave me a disingenuous things will get better

The staff was very friendly and the physician I saw was personable and helpful. I was also impressed by the low wait time to be seen.

Ive been here to this location now 2 times to get hearing aid molds for my son. The man who was going to do the molds time #2 seemed irritated I had to bring my 2 other children and was short with them many times during the process. The first time I didnt have to bring my other 2 children with me. It was a difficult process as it was. My children were inquisitive about what was happening. They werent getting into anything. I dont know why he had to be so short with them.

Smoothest procedure from first contact to final. My appointment was only out a few days, Friendly, courteous, and fun people work their! It was out patient Surgery Otosclerosis Stapedectomy, basically they removed the Stapes (the middle ear bone) and replace it with an artificial bone. My hearing is nearly 100% restored. Dr. Darley and his associates ARE.THE.BEST.o

I am the mother of a (20) daughter who was referred to this place and because my daughter is deaf on one side of her head and I had to work, I sent my oldest daughter (28) with her to her appointment. Both of my children were disrespected by the people in this place. They actually recorded the way that they were spoke to and I was so ANGRY that I was going to call. I sis not have to call they called me within minutes. I began by asking questions as to what the deal was with this appointment and was also disrespected by the staff. I was told that I was going to get a call from the doctor that spoke to my daughter(s) and within a few minutes received a call from someone that said they were Jen. Again I asked what the purpose was for my daughter to see them and I was told that I do not know what I am talking about and that the facilities we have had care with, do not exist and that my daughter could get an implanted hearing aid put in her skull on the deaf side to transmit sound so she heard in stereo. I told them that my daughter did not want that and was told that they needed proof of the fact that she was really deaf with an MRI or CT scan that we had done in April needless to say I will never refer anyone to this place! I was very unhappy to have been talked to like I was and by someone that only called themselves Jen not Dr anything. And to be told I do not know what I am talking about and yet I gave birth to this person and do know what is the problem with my child. She was born with Hemifacial Microsomia and that is being taken care of by real doctors. This person is followed by more people that you will ever think or know. This girl is on her 19th surgery and knows first hand how life is living with this her whole life. Please people with young children, do not use this place for your hearing issues find someone else. THEY ARE NOT GOOD!

Frankly, I was disappointed with the service and knowledge of the doctors. I have since received a second opinion and discovered that a couple of the things I was told is not true based on studies published a year or two ago regarding permanent hearing loss - needing to go on steroids within a few weeks or the hearing loss is permanent, etc.
