Horrible! Took my plasma cutter in for service, took six weeks for repair. Plus there was ZERO communication from praxair regarding the issue. I showed up to get my machine, which I had to call them about, and get handed a $317 invoice. Not only that but they didnt address any of the concerns I had about the machine. Do not go here unless you hate yourself.
