After spending two weeks working back and forth to design and produce printed promotional products for a local non-profit to be used at an event for the public appreciating local first responders for Christmas, the date of delivery for the product arrived and I texted to find out what time I should pick it up, only to be told they never received approval of the proof. A proof that was text messaged to us and immediately approved via text. All in writing. Such a disappointment.

Im an artist and recently did business with this store; not only were the quality of the prints amazingly clear and exact, but the digitalizing of the photography (which the owner also does) was extremely professional. All my request were taken care of promptly and skillfully. The owner is a wiz at photoshop and edited several of my prints with absolutely no hassle.
