Robert and his staff really impressed me. We found the perfect carpet for our basement at a very affordable price, installation included. Excellent communication, easy payment, on time installation. Beautiful work. We absolutely love it!!

Worst decision I ever made was to go to this place. terrible work ethics. The so called Manager Danny terrible. the work crew 2 of the guys horrible. I dont ever want to see or deal with these people again. my advice dont ever go to carpet warehouse save your. self from the bad service go some where else...I know I will never use them again!!I cant even give them a star.had to to post this review. only reason I gave them 1 star or it would be a negative 5 stars.

We went to several different places to get prices for new carpeting on our house. Not only were they almost 1000 dollars cheaper than the quote we got at Lowes, the carpet quality was better and they completed the job quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them and we will be using them in the future if we have any other carpet needs.

This is probably THE BEST place in pueblo to purchase carpet!! In search of low-cost carpet, we went in on Monday, selected and paid for what we wanted. Friday, the carpet installer (Max Chavez) had the old carpet torn out, the new pad and carpet installed and the mess cleaned up in LESS THAN 4hrs!! I strongly recommend checking with them before you make a purchase anywhere else!! Great job guys!!!

Im going to be honest about the way it worked out for me I paid almost $800 for my living room and a bedroom but when the guys came with witch they were late no No offense guys but only the living room got new carpet and I even got the cheap carpet so I think I got tooken for but Im just going to let God deal with that man

Shouldnt even give them 1 star but had to so I could post this review. Was promised the carpet we purchased last weekend would be delivered this morning. Tried calling and no answer. Website says they are open today so my wife drove down there and guess what? Not open. I came down from Denver this weekend to install it. Not going to be able to come back down for 2 more weeks and we have company coming and we are not going to be able to get our spare room done in time. They really screwed us. I hate being lied to.

While it appeared it was closed when I first drove up, it was, in fact open still. The guys inside were not terribly friendly, but one was very helpful. I was able to buy just carpet pad and tack strip, which was handy since we didnt need the carpet. The guy did help me out to my car and helped me load. I would go there again in a pinch, but would probably make my husband go with me because the neighborhood didnt seem to be the safest.

If you visit the store a 2nd time no one will help you because they go off commissions. You have to wait until your salesman is in store. I get it but there should be some work around.Nearly 3 weeks to schedule installation. The installer arrived late - about 25 minutes. Not necessarily rude just not talkative and won’t answer questions until his job is completed.Apparently, the customer is responsible for cleaning & vacuuming and picking up the smaller pieces - the installer will remove & dispose of the larger pieces.I think I got a fair price on carpet and installation - not a bargain but fair. I suppose I’d rather support a local business as opposed to a big box corporation.

If you want terrible service and want to get ripped off this is the place to go. We were told that we needed 98 sq yards of carpet. Measured it ourselves and came up with 84 sq yards to do the job. The salesman brought only one carpet sample which we agreed upon. When the installers came, they were too busy with talking on their phones with girlfriends or kids to listen to us. They were installing the wrong carpet. They had enough carpet to do another room. Talking to the salesman in the office was like talking to a moron. We paid and got the hell out! Never again for these people!

Nice store with a good basic selection of floor coverings. Staff has been helpful and they have always come throug in a pinch. We have used them frequetly over of the years for our rentals. These guys know more than the staff at the big box stores. A true gem in Pueblo.

Carpet Clearance Warehouse not only installed the carpet incorrectly and snagged it numerous times during his return visit to inspect my fathers installation he admitted they used the wrong tool and said to charge him for the huge mess and said heres a 20 year warranty. Laughable and sad at the same time. I have never heard of such terrible service. To admit fault and not rectify the situation is baffling.

The people there are willing to work with your and dont pressure you into buying outside of your budget.
