Way overpriced on items this is supose to be a place where you can get stuff at least a little cheaper than Walmart or Safeway n king soopers and needs an make over for sure very dirty. But employee was very helpful and friendly.

Its a fairly small store, yet i had a bit of difficulty finding what i was looking for. yet i found flour in multiple spots. everything does seem to be mostly organized. Im pretty sure i just had a one off experience. will update my review should things change in the future

They were fully stocked on a holiday weekend. Which was awesome. We did not struggle to find anything and they had every thing and then some . Will probably return again.

Its ok. The fruits and veggies arent really fresh. Ive seen rotten and moldy ones there. But they take care of it as soon as someone says something. They also dont have allot of what people are looking for but they are cheap and they get busy

They sell bolillo rolls 3/$1. Great deal. $1/each at King Soopers. If you go after 2 p.m., give or take, they will be fresh. They are driven down daily from Denver.Checkers could be faster. They need to figure out self check.

This is a nice little store. Very clean and neat. The workers are very friendly and accommodating. Their off brand snacks, condiments, and other items actually taste very good. And the price is super reasonable. Produce is good as well. I use my SNAP card and earn bonuses for free produce the next time I shop.

This store is just down the street and is quite the jewel of our neighborhood. The meats are good, prices are reasonable. The store brands are good quality. A section has a Mexican bakery the produce is hit and miss. Sometimes its good and other times its bad.It keeps us from driving 20 minutes to the big supermarket. We want to see our neighborhood thrive

I love save A lot!! Its so convenient for my needs! HOWEVER since day one Roxanne is rude inconsiderate and hateful she has A BIG MOUTH shes unprofessional has zero class zero integrity! She needs education on all of the above! One day shes gona cross the wrong person!!

Finally, their remodel makes them look like a credible supermarket. They still need some work on getting fresher produce but otherwise its a great place to shop.

How did you know I had a confrontation with, of all people, the manager. He is the most condescending, worse customer service skills Ive ever seen.28 years started as a line cook at 16y/o 1984 went to Assistant Kitchen Manager. Promoted to Kitchen Manager, kitchen manager of the year 1st year in. Promote to associate manager, 2 years General manager. Youngest General Manager ever Promoted. 3 years General Manager of the Year. Two years running 8 years later promoted to Regional manager in charge of 6 stores. 10 years 16 stores and Regional of year two times.This manager allowed employees too go off on me right there in their store. This manager is a pontificate of a manager. He doesnt like to be told. He get even. He is determined to make sure you know whos boss. He should manage his employees to do the extra step. Instead there training consists of making sure they do the extra step.I go in snd immediately was told to put package down over there and pointed to a closed line. Put on top of the line closed, very much open. I go to freezer get my item and go through line and go get my package and I get package and go home.I get home and the package is a hat and a scarf that looked like trash with a receipt for $1.99 paid. I was immediately sick and shocked. $45 at Big R gone. I thought the person I have saw my bag and took mine because he could see more value than his.THESE STORES LIKE ONE THINK THEY DONT HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT HAPPENS IN THERE 4 WALLS. ID MR MANAGER YOU ARE SHAMELESS WHEN YOU TELL ME YOUR NOT RESPONSIBLE. PLEASE YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING IN YOUR 4 WALLS. YOU SHOULD.youve got theft theft theft from right there working there. The lady I said did it I was mistaken. Standing there waiting for you for almost an hour, which is something Id never had done to a guest is make them feel uncomfortable or lack of empathy or sympathy for their loosing something of value in your store. I didnt mention that is condescending, hes arrogant when he should be humble. Heres an example: so when you got here how long did it take to get here. I said 15 minutes, then he said writing it down ok about 10. I said what are you doing. Well he changed the subject then he says what did you get here. I said about ago if not 1 and 15 minutes. Thats a researchable time frame. I told him it was an employee that took it. She went crazy and while I was waiting I from all my years of experience figured it out.I let the manager babble. All Im going to say stand back where you, Mr manager made me wait an hour and watch your employees work. There is one you should know right away that is not really who you want her to be. She stealing from customers and I bet youve got a theft problem. This employees is walked by when I was getting cashed out. I one I thought he hair was pretty and perfectly combed..the girl I saw was the one who took the cardboard pushed my bag into the cardboard and went the back. Even you told me you couldnt see

This is a great store for basic grocery shopping. They have the store brand and some name brands. It is a real time saver when you need to pick up a few things or need to stock up; the prices are very competitive.

If you dont mind paying a little bit more this is a good store, the staff is super friendly. I went in for a few things for dinner and the experience was a good one. The only thing I can tell you is take bags with you and all will be fine. They have a bitcoin atm, an atm and Amazon drop center to pick up packages. So of the brands are way off but the food is really good so stop in and tell them moose sent you.....

I will never shop there again. I had shopped there for years and really enjoyed the experience. My family is highly at risk for covid and they no longer care about the consequences of exposure.

Would have gotten a better score but there were customers in the store with no mask on and noone said anything. The cashiers let them check out and everything not cool the store even had a mask mandate sign at the entrance. 👎👎

Disappointed. I havent been in a Save A Lot in years and did not realize that you now have to buy bags and bag your own groceries. If I had known this, I sure wouldnt have bought so much. Being disabled makes it difficult carry boxes and bags are easier. The cashier could have mentioned buying bags before pointing me to boxes so I can box up my purchase. I dont think I will go there again unless it is for one item. If they cant arent able to at least make bags available and visible, they dont deserve my business. And the little girl cashier was pretty rude when asked about bags after seeing them post checkout. She said that I could have bought some and bagged my groceries. Not if the bags are not in sight during checkout.I do not recommend this store for its service.

The store is really nice and updated now! They did a good job remodeling. The prices for the products are still really good. There is an okay selection of a little bit of everything, mostly knock off brands. They do not provide bags when you check out, you have to leave with a box or a cart full of stuff. The cashier asked if I was a rewards member and I said no. My mom was next in line and she wanted to use her # but it was too late, then she started scanning her things and didnt use the rewards thing for us again! :(

This grocery store is now a great place to shop. It was a pretty painful experience before, but they have remodeled, and got better shelves, top shelf lower for kids and seniors alike. Staff is better, still just as hard working. Yes, I would recommend for quick stops.

If you like rotten produce and your groceries just thrown into your cart to get smashed and broken. Ignored when you ask the manager to not throw your items dirty carts and dirty looks. Then this is the place to go.

I wish we had a Savers here in Colorado Springs. When I go to Albuquerque I try to always make it to Savers. Has the best prices, everything is organized and has plenty of fitting rooms. My favorite part is on Tuesdays senior citizens get 30% off!! I just wish the more of the staff spoke English.

I love going to Save-A-Lot. Ive been going to them for years. I started going to them where my grandparents live. We used to do a lot of shopping there and what we couldnt find there, we would go elsewhere for it. It is fun for the whole family. Low prices that everyone would love. I highly recommend going at least once in your life to see for yourself.

Love the new remodel and low prices clean store, But the employees!! theyre maybe 2 nice friendly ones( the one kid who you can barely hear speak to you and the older lady with the short blonde hair legit only decent nice employees), all the others are always on their phone pretending to stock shelves and or frozen area, the one lady at night time with the red hair and glasses likes to whisper things underneath her breath as she walks past customers which is totally unprofessional along with the remodel they should have rehired all their employees to have nicer more customer service oriented ones...
