Terrible customer service.I an trying to teach my eleven year old how to conduct business, so he waits in line, patiently, to make his purchase.He goes to the same clerk twice, after waiting in line. Clerk tells him, twice, to go wait at the location of his items.After twenty minutes of this, I go find the clerk, who is, apparently busy fishing his hands around in his pockets, mouth breathing, and staring at the wall.Then, said yo-yo gives me, another customer, attitude when I ask him to help the kid. Whoever is managing this store, dump this clown. I did not get his name, but, if you fire the stupidest looking guy, you are probably right on the button.

Not one of the best locations. Nonetheless, carries all the same products and is stocked well and clean.

Yesterday hubby and I bought 2 wooden work benches at 129.00 each. Brought them home and found one (1) box did not have the draw faces in the box, should have been four (4) draw fronts in each box. Called this morning and was told to call Harbor freight decal to manager. Any way Tom the manager was every helpful. Told me to come and get the fronts out of another box. All and all Tom is great. Store is great too.

Im amazed at the quality of the Icon tools (Taiwan made). Harbor Freight has gone from last resort to front of my toolbox.

Had what I needed, a caulk gun at 1/3 the price of Home Depot and painters tape for 55% less. Got fast help to find the items. Quick checkout.

Was charged for an extra item, and immediately hopped back in line to have the overcharge put back on my card. The cashier asked her supervisor for assistance in doing the refund. The supervisor without saying a word to me proceeds to start processing my refund as a gift card. When my wife and I say something he proceeds to respond with an additude. This isnt the first time Ive had issues with management at this store.

I was looking for a painting sprayer. The person at the register told me where to find it very specifically. They also helped me take it to the car.

Its a ok place to get stuff at a good cheap price . Most of it is made in China which means you buy it again and again and again and again and again.

Average store. Dont like that they dont have coupons any more. You have to pay to join their club to get the cheaper prices. Çlerks were ok, most of their products are good.

Im a do it yourself type of person so this place is great for myself and others like me. A person can find just about anything there and at a reasonable price.

The store has always been clean and organized whenever Ive been in there. Ive never seen any associates just standing around. Theyre always busy stocking, but are more than ready to assist you. I like that they carry a variety of items that are sometimes sold at Walmart, but at a cheaper price, better quality and come with a lifetime warranty.

Always an awesome time and you can never leave with something. Friendly staff and cleanliness!

Great place to get tools at a decent price but be ready to wait in line. Also make sure you read any items needed to put together any bug purchases from them. We needed to buy several additional tools to put together a trailer and a greenhouse.

Customer service was good. But the stock was low on many items. As for the other customers, they were rude and disrespectful to many of the employees there. I feel bad for the workers that have to deal with people that have no common sense, decency or manners.

Good place to buy cheap tools. most hand tools have a warranty.

Have had a harbor freight 12k winch for less than a year used once and the solenoid went out. Went in to talk to management regarding getting a replacement and was basically told buy our new APEX model we cant help you with your issue. So in the trash their winch goes and Ill deal with another brand.

Reasonable quality qnd low priced tools. Harbor Freight has fulfilled its niche. Management of this store seems to be above average. The most helpful staff Ive experienced in twenty-plus years.

Excellent staff. They have all the tools you may need at a low cost, so if you want disposable gloves, buy them elsewhere since after the $ 4 pandemic they went up to $ 20 :( I recommend them for the rest

Always have loved this place. Shop around with the classic buyer beware attitude and youll be fine. There are some things that you should know not to go cheap on, but they have some basic tools that can last just as long as much much more expensive brands and sometimes even beat them on overall versatility at times.

Clean store and somewhat friendly staff, definitely the place to get new tools for the best possible price.

Took me months before I went back because of the lack of customer service. Have it another shot, didnt work out. Stood in line for about 5 minutes, the young man behind the counter asked for help twice and everybody else was too busy. Including the guy that walked by have a few orders over th3 radio and went into the office. It will take me longer to go back if it all.

Harbor Freight is off in overlooked I forgotten but every time I go in there the customer service is amazing they always have what I need and their prices are fairly reasonable.

Went in for something they were out of! They dont do store to store, either.So, if I wanted what I went in for they have it at the Pueblo store!With gas being what it is, do I really want to drive 40 miles for a 7 dollar part. No, not really! BAM, Amazon!

I love being able to have an alternative to Home Depot for a wide selection of tools at low prices. I recently needed a flashlight and loved the variety of choice here.

My experience was very anticlimactic. Although they have a wide variety of tools and adult guy toys, everything was of the lowest quality. Which did make the prices lowest in town. But u get what you pay for, right.

The merchandise is good..love going into the store. The bad rating comes from their customer service one lady cashier feels that she needs to answer the phone instead of taking care of her customers very rude. She has no idea how to multitask . The manager Tom shouldnt be a manager and the assistant manager Brandon he was okay until Tom interfered.

Harbor Freight always has the best deals on tools so you cannot beat it regarding price. On the other hand, there is a lot of second-rate stuff so you could wind up with a junk item if you dont do your homework. I would personally recommend most of their Pittsburgh Automotive line if youve got car work to do.
