After a recent small accident, Jerry and the staff at 99 got me in very quickly to get it fixed. He received the new bumper on a Friday, painted it, and had it ready for pickup once I got back into town on Thursday. The quality was very impressive, the paint matches exactly, and it looks brand new! The front desk staff has always been very helpful on the phone and in person. Will definitely be coming back!

We were on our way from MD to TN and got rear ended badly and these wonderful people took our vehicle in right away and got it drivable for us within minutes and charged next to nothing so we could get back on the road to continue our journey ASAP. Great service. Very friendly and helpful. The prices were a lot less than what I expected. Place was closed, but stare trooper called them late at night and the went to pickup my vehicle from the interstate. If they had a diesel mechanic I would have felt confident they would have provided a great service at the correct price. Thank you very much.

I had my engine work done there and they did a excellent job with my truck. They didnt have the part i needed for a good price and they called and recommended that I buy the part which would be cheaper if I bought the part and they put it in. That means alot to me that they are not out to gouge anyone. I strongly will recommend everyone to let them do your work to your auto . I cant believe the people that write a bad review for this company this company has been nothing but nice and respectful people and very professional.

I can’t say enough kind words about this place. Our car broke down on the highway on our road trip. They were able to tow our car, drop us off at a hotel and they got our car in first thing in the morning to fix it. Everyone was very friendly, and the repair cost was a lot less then we expected. This company towed my truck after an accident on I-81. The staff was exceptionally courteous. I explained that I was trying to leave town and wouldnt be back until the following Monday. Sherry cleaned out my truck and bagged up all my belongings. She did a great job of cleaning the truck out. I checked the truck on Monday and she had gotten everything out, seat covers, cup holders, etc. Very professional and very nice. She refused my tip and told me to write a review for the company instead. They made an unfortunate situation less stressful.

Sherry, Barry, and the entire team and 99 Care Care are the best. They worked with my insurance company and all I had to do was drop it off. My truck was fixed in no time and it looks so good, you cant tell it was in an accident. The icing on the cake is, they noticed I needed a state inspection and an oil change. One quick call to me and they got it done. How wonderful to have a full service shop that looks out for its customers and pays attention to detail. Refused to work on my car because of a relationship with my cousin (NOT ME) that happened over 30 years ago. I was shocked!! I was referred by a mutual friend. I paid $200 for them to order part for my car. A week and a half later, I called to see about it. Was told to come get my money. They shouldnt have even taken my money or at least called me to come get it. I had to call them. Thats not good business practice. Unbelievable!!!

They are the best! We always take our vehicles there. They are very friendly & the service is excellent.

My wife took her car there for repairs and body work. Knowing we might not be able to afford the repairs she asked them to do the repairs before the body work. We needed an inspection after the body work. We were both told over the phone that the car would fail the state inspections because of knots on the tires, after personally inspecting the tires and having someone in the tire business inspect the tires there were NO knots on the tires. They also claimed the knots that were NOT on tires made the car hard to steer. After questioning the knots they still argued with me over the phone and then argued with my wife. They assured us the car was fully repaired and good to go other than the knots that were NOT on the tires and offered to sell us tires. They did the body work 1st and said we could pick up the car. When we got into the car it literally made it into the road because it was running so poorly. When we called them they acted suprised, and in short, tried to tell us it was fine when they had it. They agreed to make things right after we complained just to keep the car for another week, nearly a month and a half total, just to tell us they couldnt figure out what was going on based on the codes the computer was giving them. I urge everyone considering giving them their business to go elsewhere. After literally telling me and my wife we were lying and denying to my wife what they said to me and denying to me what they said to my wife they only proved to me to be untrustable or beyond incompetent to be able to do the work they claim they can do!

Seriously some of the best customer service I have encountered at a garage in the NRV. They are my first choice for any car care needs. I showed up with my service engine soon light on recently and they had a new alternator installed and had me on my way in less than an hour for way less than I could imagine. They stand behind their work and will go out of their way to make it right.
