The boat they rented us was very nice. The lunch food was good and reasonably priced and the restrooms were clean.

We rented a pontoon for the day & we had a blast. Everyone at the Rock House was so friendly & helpful.

Best thing to happen to Claytor Lake in years. I have always said that if someone would sell great food on the water then they would do well. Best part is that the Rock House now does that and way more!

Fantastic place to launch, dock or store your boat. Food and service are outstanding. Michael is a top notch Bentley Boat Dealer. Honest, best pricing and really stands behind his products. Rentals are always clean and in fabulous working condition.

Great atmoshere. Brisket, wings, and Mac & Cheese were good. Also learned that Parmesean cheese wedges is what I know as just cheesy bread.

We rented a pontoon boat for a day and had lunch as well. The boat was clean and ready to go. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. When we returned for lunch the food was good and there was plenty of it. I highly recommend this business!!!

The boat was in good shape, clean,. The girl at the counter had very poor attitude very dry, I was told the gas in the boat was full. Once I got out of the Pier it was only 3/4 full. Thought I would mention it once I got back,, they showed no interest in making adjustments. I have rented the pontoon boat from them before. Not the best experience this time

Very nice staff. We rented a pontoon for the day and arrived at 10 am to pick it up. The pontoon we were given was not the bentley as pictured. We the boat out and within the first 15 minutes, the motor lost power and stalled, but cranked back up and ran ok. Throughout the day the motor would continue to do so and eventually would not run full throttle as we brought it back in at 5. I let the employees know that it was not running correctly and one guy working there responded, yes, the people who had it the day previously told them the same thing. Another employee told me it was a pontoon that was rarely used and mostly used just for towing or things like that. We had a fun day on the lake, just hate we were not given what was advertised and then given the last resort i suppose. Not sure if will will use them again.

First time there, they need more menus! The beer was nice and cold!

These guys are great. We rented a boat for the day. Picked it up at 9. Had it until 5. Brought it back- done. No problems. Boat was as advertised and the folks there were friendly and helpful.

The food was prepared fresh, and seasoned wonderfully. The atmosphere was family friendly, with an upper and a lower deck to accommodate patrons. There was live music for those who chose the lower deck. The staff was proffesional and courteous! We will definitely go back. It was a wonderful way to spend an evening with friends and family!

Food was a bit pricey but was really good. Beer was cold and the band was awesome. If they bring back Barren Minds dont miss them. Bunch of young kids playing old school rock!

Hadnt been here in over 30 yrs. Happened upon it trying to find a place to get the dog in the water.... discovered food and music. Dog friendly (a must in my book). I think they needed help in the kitchen and at registers... folks seemed to be frustrated w the long wait for food and drink. Id certainly return, esp when there is entertainment.

The atmosphere, the food, the people. The employees most of whom are young adults were so polite, well-mannered, energetic! The live band, Reflections, that played sounded really good and the selection of music was great!

We rented 4 paddle boards to take on the lake and enjoy some family time. The staff were very courteous and the process was simple and easy.

Very convenient place to keep a boat for a couple of days. And the staff is very nice. We had kept our boat at Conrads in the past. But Im glad I called here. We liked it much better. We travel here with our boat from Ohio and we will always call here now

Mike and the crew work hard to make sure your needs are met! Mike and Greg really go above and beyond when you have issues with your boat to get you back on the water so your day isnt ruined! Staff was nice. They recently redone the boat ramps which are now as good as the state parks. They were redoing the inside of the store so Im sure itll be nice too. Just hate they are getting away from the fishing crowd and making it into a bar.

Great place. We stopped to get gas in our pontoon boat and the attendant came right out and helped us get in position to get the fuel. I also purchased minnows and shiners for fishing. They have a good selection of food items to include a restaurant with live music on the weekends.

Was up visiting family from SC so didnt get to spend much time here but would like to see more! Beautiful lake!

Easy access to boat launch. Mike Burchett (owner) is friendly and accommodating, live music on the weekend is always good, cold beer is available, food is a little pricey but in line with lake pricing. Nice accommodations to sit and eat or listen to music.

Great company to deal with especially when issues come up. Will rent from them again.

Its more than a boat marina... Its also a social hub that also turns into a music venue on weekends in the summer!! Great pizza and adult beverages too!! They recently also had a BBQ food truck there for their Friday music event! Great staff, patron and bands!
