I have tried, but CAN NOT, WILL NOT, shop again!Months ago they made a mistake spelling paw paw on a Bible, so I had to pay for another Bible, half priceSecond aggravation I needed four Bibles. Three purple. I called and called just to be told over a month and half didnt have any. I called to cancel and low and behold they just came in???Today I said I was going to try really hard to make sure it was a pleasant visit. I Said several times to the woman behind the counter about this being for a coworkers mom passing. She said write her name on this paper. I go out in the store and when I came back to pay she showed me and the Bible just had the mothers name! I said it does not have in memory. Woman said you didnt write that on the paper!Keep in mind I have helped at our work for two years so they always have put in memory. VERY VERY POOR customer interaction

I had a UPS package to be returned. There were issues trying to do the return. Three staff members jumped on and did their best to resolve it, all while being patient, kind and funny. I was having a rough day and the UPS issue was very aggravating to me. Thanks to the wonderful way the staff assisted me, it all worked out to the positive. Grateful for their EXCELLENT Customer Service today!!!

Love the selection and convenience. Also the manager is very friendly and helped us with gift suggestions. My daughter loves going in there too!

A nice selection of books, Bibles, videos, cards and decorative gift items of a predominantly Evangelical Christian variety, and they will order in items not in stock. A friend of mine came up short on funds once and they didnt fuss about the item theyd special ordered in for him.

I can always find the perfect gift when visiting Emmanuels.
