This afternoon a friend of mine went in with gym bag. Was told by a cashier had to leave it up front. A woman with a big handbag was in there and was not told to leave at the front. manager was called and my friend asked him if he thought anybody that comes in with a big bag is a thief he shook his head yes. Not everyone is a thief. That manager should be reprimanded. I will no longer shop there

The greatest TSC Ive ever had dealings with. Blew out the tire on my box trailer on the interstate. Not only were we able to get the supplies we needed to fix it but they also sent a fantastic employee to us with the tire and rim and jack so we would not have to leave the box trailer detached on a hill. Couldnt be more thankful to them and will be giving them my business from this point forward.

I called to see if they had what I was looking for ... and the gentleman was kind enough to make sure they had it, which they did ... very helpful staff good selection . It’s great to have such a store in our community!

Went into the store to return an item and one of their employees named Bill was very rude will never shop there again.

The employees at this store are always very nice. But, dont buy a real Christmas tree from there in an unopened wrapping. If it is a disaster, they will not allow an exchange or refund.

One day I purchased a Cub Cadet Mower . People were friendly and helpful .Few days later I wanted to buy a Porter Cable grinder. I Was told it wasnt in stock . I offered to buy the next grinder that cost more, it wasnt in stock . I asked for more options but by this time I could tell the boy wasnt wanting to look anymore . I was going to suggest looking in the back or something . By then he wasnt wanting to help ..I bought one at Walmart .

I ordered a Heater Online that indicated it was in stock at this store. Without any explanation, the order was cancelled. I called when the store opened and a lady told me they did not have any in stock. No apology made and no attempt to make any resolution. I will be exclusively shopping at Rural King in Fairlawn now. They have excellent customer service and wouldnt dare treat their customers this way. And dont bother responding and pretending like you care. Too little too late.

My experience at the Pulaski Tractor Supply was very very disappointing the employees there followed me around like I was some kind of thief I had plenty of money in my pocket I asked the guy about some go-kart tires and I guess I didnt hurry up and get in there quite fast enough for his liking I looked around with my boyfriend and we were in there maybe 45 minutes cuz we had never been in that store before and the lady came up to my boyfriend and asked if she could help him and he simply replied he was just looking around and she told him well sir your girlfriend went outside which I had because I was going to sit in the car to smoke but they treated him like a criminal and like I said we both had plenty of money in our pockets to buy whatever we needed in that store so whoever goes to Pulaski Tractor Supply the blond haired lady who works there make sure you let her know to not follow you around and treat you like you are someone who is nothing but a thief I will never ever go back there again rude and the old guy also rude only reason I gave it one star is because you cannot not give it one very very disappointed

Great place to get my dog collar batteries. They have a lot of really great wild bird items like bird food bird feeders bird houses.

Theyre very rude and act like they know everything. I went in the store a few days ago to get ducklings (for my grandfather, who has a farm with ducks on it) and they were very rude when it came to me getting one wrong item (cedar chips) and acted like I was an idiot (I had never personally bought the ducks along with the supplies) and that I was incapable of having them, not once told me what I really needed and I had to call my grandfather. Then called yesterday to see how old they were to make sure they were given the proper care, and they were snappy and disrespectful over the phone as well. Definitely will not be doing business with anymore and neither will my grandfather. We will drive an extra 45minutes to an hour to get better service.

Went in for some bungee cords. They didnt have what I was looking for but I picked up some beekeeping stuff and parachute cord because I needed them anyway. Theyre my first stop when I need something

This is my go to supplier of pellets for my pellet stove. I buy pellets every year and the prices here are the lowest around. It also has a wide variety of feed and wild bird seed. A nice place to stock up on items.

Generally like tractor supply. Some employee tent to be more busy socializing than customer care. But the store over all is clean and organized.

When i need general supplies for my tractor I can find it there. Specifically if u need tractor tire tubes or tires they have usually have them. Chain saw supplies are there also.

The closest feed store near me so if i need something in a hurry i go here but hate to because of how rude the workers are to me and how clueless they are. If you work at tractor supply please learn what a halter is.
