These people blatantly lied to me to get me to change my fathers oxygen supplier. They told me they could get him a portable concentrator but now its been going on two years and he still doesnt have one. I will be reporting them to Better Business.

So polite and helpful. After dealing with Advanced Home Care, this place was awesome. I received oxygen for a year from this office. Again, polite and helpful.

I would give negative stars if I could, the most incompetent billing department Ive EVER had to deal with. God help anyone who needs a CPAP, they are life changing devices that will make you feel like a new person... distributed by folks that cant answer the simplest of questions. The worst part is that Ive heard that Lincare is actually one of the better companies to deal with in the area, so I can only assume that all of the other medical equipment companies in the area hire exclusively from local zoos or preschools.

Dealing with Lincare has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Our primary contact at the Pulaski, VA office was rude and incompetent. Each time we called we were given inaccurate information that contradicted what we were previously told. The service was so bad that we elected to start over again at considerable expense with another in network equipment provider. Personnel at the corporate office were easier to deal with but Lincare needs to significantly improve their customer service.

I had a very bad experience today when I called Lincare in Dublin, VA. at 3:40 p.m. EST. I called became my Bi-Pap machine stopped working and needed help. Normally, they are very nice to me but today was a nightmare. I spoke with Jennifer who was talking to a man (flirting) and she didnt want to hear anything that I had to say. She treated me like a nobody and talked really loud and fast. I have heart problems and she got me upset.Three days ago, I called at lunch and spoke with a man who said that Genie was out for lunch and that someone would call me back for my supplies that I need for my Bi-Pap machine (headgear, mask, filters and tube). I havent heard from anybody at Lincare.I left my phone number for Tony to call me back. He was out in the field, so I will wait and see what happens.

Horrible customer service!! Late on delivering items needed, actually still haven’t received them...2 hours late. When your client makes accommodations to be there to accept delivery, be on time. Office couldn’t get in touch with the driver and just hung up on me. If you can, find somewhere else to get your stuff. Horrible!!!

These guys are AWESOME! They take the time to find out what your needs are and make sure you are completely taken care of!
