So glad we went with a local business for our flooring! We bought an old house where the top floor (3 oddly shaped rooms) was carpeted. Everything worked out exactly according to the estimate. Zach, the artist who did our floors, said itd take about 5 days and it did. They ripped out the carpeting, and then pretty much alone, Zach cleaned it all up, leveled the floors as needed, laid the planks of luxury vinyl perfectly, added new base boards, painted & touched up, and even did an amazing job on the closet flooring. Since the house was built in 1906, the rooms & closets are of not cookie cutter dimensions; despite the weird angles and unevenness, Zach created a 3rd floor that looks like the refinished ground floor (original maple wood floors)! Do yourself a favor & go with Higginsons over the big home places. Youll be very happy you did!

Very nice and caring staff! They have a great selection and I found what I needed here. Probably better choice of floor materials than anyone else in the area.

Higginsons Flooring is my choice for all my flooring needs. Great prices, product and staff always kind and helpful.

They were only supposed to do the living room and the hallway. However when we came back they had done the 3 bedrooms as well. The baseboard heater was pulled off the wall and the phone cord that was originally behind the molding was now laying on top of the floors with staples still on it where anyone could step on it. They also removed molding around our front door and never put it back. I have pictures of it all.
