Not the best grocery outlet Ive been too but its getting better. They could really improve their frozen section and bakery items. Cheese is not bad. Produce not bad. Wine, getting better. Im just thankful theres finally one nearby!

The Manager Melinda, at Grocery Outlet is very unprofessiona needs to work on her customer service. She was very much rude, not helpful and avoided questions. Despite the manager on duty, not very good at their job nor do they know what theyre doing; the cashiers that were working would do a better job at being a manager than the current manager employed. The cashier Meghan that help me did a excellent job. Meghan has great customer service and will do very well wherever her future takes her.

Store is clean, well organized, and the prices are good for most items. Many off brands to try for a better price compared to traditional grocery stores. Staff are very nice.

Decent prices on some things. They tell you how much you save, but it isnt always the lowest price- it could be in comparison to a very expensive store in the area.

I drive over from Moscow once a week to shop here, and it’s well worth it! It is definitely the nicest/cleanest grocery outlet I’ve ever been to and by far has the best selection. I have found several items that I used to get at the co-op in Moscow and they’re 1/3 of the price! Don’t get too attached to any one product, because selection changes frequently, but that’s also part of the fun!Great prices on protein bars, high-end condiments, fancy ice cream, beauty products, and organic berries.

Most affordable place to shop for groceries and more in Pullman.If youre a fan of change, and mixing things up this is a great place to shop.Its an outlet store so some food might be close to expiration so pay attention to the sell by dates.

Sometimes you can get a decent deal. Not impressed with the dairy.Bought cheese. Looked fine upon purchase. I opened the package a week later and saw mold. The expiration was months off.

Great craft beer selection and lots of different products to choose from. While the savings may not be as amazing as they advertise them to be, the prices arent bad and its fun to shop here.

They had wheatabix for a hot minute but me, my wife, and my parents bought them out! Plus theres always a good deal and the employees are really nice.

Okay prices but for limited products. Lots and lots of unhealthy options. More so than healthy decent ones.

Other stores must have huge markups, because I have no clue how these guys make money with the prices they have, but I am sure going to give them some of mine.

They are very clean and check out was quick even when they are busy they open up other check stands just to keep the flow of customers going.

I came in this afternoon and had had a terrible day. I came in in a bad mood didnt expect that to change. And I got Colten as a checker. What a breathe of fresh air! Made me laugh dispute myself. Colton was knowledgeable and kind I do appreciate the help. And I will be back as a result.

This is ok. One clerk didnt know how to pack the bag and then he didnt use the bag i had bought and when I went out the wind stole my bag.......

While I didnt notice much of a difference in prices between Wal-Mart and it, the atmosphere was friendly as well as the employees, and it was clean and inviting

LOVE this place. As good as Moscows WinCo but you can use credit to pay. Has just about everything you need here. I will shop at Grocery Outlet over Walmart at every chance I get.

Really good deals if you pay attention

What a great addition to our city! I had some conversations with a neighbor and a few other folks and we all agree that, bottom line, this is a great add.Honestly, NOT all of the stuff here is an incredible deal. The prices that they list as normal MAY be the manufacturers listed price, but its NOT the price that youll ACTUALLY pay at most places, be it Walmart, Safeway, Winco (though they will be closer to Safeway which is more expensive). Milk, for example, is cheaper at Walmart. Truth be told, Winco often has even better deals and their transparency in pricing is top-notch with the up-to-date prices youll find everywhere else.BUT, there **ARE** some good deals, especially on things like chicken tenders, the specialty ice creams, etc. The other thing that I liked was that I thought the produce was of really good quality. I got some green onions and cilantro here that was good. Have you ever got the cilantro at Walmart? Its a disaster. It holds for a few days and then is totally gone (as an aside, Winco keeps their cilantro on ice throughout the whole process and it lasts a long time). But the produce was really good quality, and the presentation was top-notch.The other thing is, and this will sound silly, but they have Gatorade Zero in their cold point-of-sale refrigerators. Its not cheaper than Walmart... its set to whatever the normal pricing is on this (98 cents up to $1.00) but if you went to Walmart, it would be room temp on the shelf. So, this last Saturday, I had a pickleball ladder tournament at our fabulous new pickleball courts in Pullman and stopped here on the way to get a few COLD Gatorades.The store is also very clean. I have no doubt that the owners of this franchisee, who are local, take pride in what theyre doing. Again, great addition to Pullman and I wish the owners all the success in the world.

I went to a different grocery outlet than the one I normally shop at. Let me say, the grocery outlet in Pullman, WA was amazing. The store is smaller in size but has more likable options and brands. Everything is set up nice and the checker was helpful and polite. I got $524 worth of groceries and household products (tp, ibuprofen, etc) and it came to a total $307. Thats over $200 in savings. With another hundred I can essentially feed a family of 5 for an entire month. I will be returning to this store in the future. Bring your own bags though, if you dont want to pay for them. They do charge for grocery bags but most everyone around here is doing that now.
