A friend sent me to Delta Hearing and I have been very pleased and happy with their services. I bought my hearing aids elsewhere and had a wire break but didn’t want to go back to my original place. They got me right in without an appointment and replaced the wire so I could hear again, you won’t find that most places if you’re not their customer. They treat you like family I’d say, courtesy and respectful and are there to help me and that’s a great feeling! I will continue to go to Deanna Stevens and I highly recommend her!

Deanna Stevens in Punta Gorda really knows what she is doing and has the knowledge and skills to help your hearing needs. I am 67 years young and have had tinnitus since I was a young lad. Regarding hearing aids I never understood how a hearing aid would be able to lessen the sound in my ears. I put it off way too long. Deanna was able to examine my situation and provide a very welcome solution. It turns out being able to hear, really puts the tinnitus sounds in the background now. I really should have done this years ago. I am still learing what the sounds are that I hear now. There was so much I was not hearing this is amazing. Thank you Deanna for getting me back on track. I think Grant and Deanna are great, if I have to come and see them and don’t have an appointment they always work me into the day to get anything fixed. The location is very convenient.

The battery in my hearing aid stopped working. When I called my audiologist he told me her retired. He told me to call Delta Hearing Service. I called and explained the issue I was experiencing with one of my batteries. I also explained that I didnt know if they were still covered by warranty. They told me to come in, they would handle any issue i was experiencing. I went in, they sent my hearing aid back to the manufacturer. When it was returned the reprogrammed both hearing aids, and set it up on my phone. Great job, I will be returning for all my services.

After doing my research and finding Deanna in Punta Gorda I am so happy. My hearing aids are so comfortable and I can hear my daughter clear across the room. Also I can stream my phones calls through my hearing aids and TV.

After many years of living with a hearing problem and buying MD Hearing aids; which just amplify sound, I decided to do the research to find the best hearing solution for me. You may improve hearing without an audiogram but you can not optimize your hearing ability without knowing your hearing levels and frequency range. Also there are many many hearing aid solutions but only about five manufacturers that really have the technology to tune hearing aids to your exact needs. Delta gave me the hearing test and analyzed the results, helped with HA selection for my requirements, made sure the fit was correct, made adjustments over a two month period so my hearing was optimized, showed me what adjustments I could make, how to preform proper maintenance, and setup future visits to insure my hearing improvement success. Thanks to Delta Hearing my hearing has improved greatly.

My initial attempt to replace my hearing aids was through the company that Humana Florida had recommended. I was extremely disappointed. I am especially pleased with the support, help, and overall assistance that Deanna and Brad - Deanna’s support assistant. Besides being the most flexible and cordial audio team I have ever worked with in Florida, Deanna was able to answer and explain every question I had. Including questions I encountered with anew insurance policy which it claimed to offer.They worked with us on pricing and a payment plan. Not only am I pleased with the service, I am most happy with the hearing aids she recommended. As for as performance my very expensive hearing aids I previously wore for approximately 7 years where woefully short of the performance and hearing clarity I now receive from the rechargeable Octicon’s are supported in every way. I speak from 40 years of experience. This is fantastic!I highly recommend that anyone seeking assistance in improving their hearing make a stop by and visit with this young lady and listen to the options she offers and lets YOU experience before you leave her office.

Deanna, the hearing specialist, definitely knows what is the right way to test a persons hearing abilities! She is patient, and explains everything to her clients without pressuring a purchase of a hearing aide! However, she will help you understand the why and what of your need when it comes to hearing loss. I chose the right place with a competent hearing specialist!

I have tried 2 other sets of hearing aids for my tinnitus, I have tried ear drops for the ringing and nothing worked. Deanna put new Oticon hearings aids and it instantly helped with my tinnitus. I have never been more comfortable with hearing aids than I am now. I can now comfortably sit in silence and not hear my tinnitus.

Just had my hearing tested and Deanna also cleaned my ear canals for me. It was fast, easy, and she is very knowledgeable. She said my hearing was very good and we did not need to go into any more detail, which I appreciated.

Grant was our first experience with hearing aids. He was always there for us and then Deanna came out and visited us in our home when we werent able to come into the office. They have always taken good care of us and we couldnt ask for better!
