My credit rating was shot due to some legal issues I had. The entire staff that I worked with was able to get me into a used car that I felt was worth the money and ran well, even with 167,000 miles on it. Yea Toyota!Okay, I have to pay a 29.99% APR, but I knew it was going to be high going in. Didnt expect it to be *that* high, but thats not the fault of the dealer. Besides, Ill get ahead of the payments and get it paid off sooner than the load is for.Jared and Hayden were especially helpful, and I didnt feel pressured in any way. The price of the car was within $200 of CarGurus pricing, which I trust. I didnt feel at any time like they were ripping me off, or doing something to take advantage of me.Im really happy with these guys.If you need a car, especially if you have bad credit, dont be afraid to go here. They may not get you in exactly what you want, but they will get you into a solid, reliable automobile.

The worst dealership ever. They dont do a full check on their cars, I bought a 11 flex and it had no oil, no transmission fluid, both turbos were bad, ended up putting 8k into it a week after I bought it.. and they didnt even own up to their mistake. Never going back

I didnt end up buying a car from here because I had too much negative equity in my current vehicle to be able to make it work, but I still wanted to leave a review.The people here are super nice. The car salesperson was around my age and he was one of the nicest car sales people Ive actually ever talked to. All around just I really kind person, I didnt feel pressured at all. Listened to my description of what I wanted it in a vehicle and toured me around to help find me one that I liked the most.The finance team and owner were also really nice. Overall, it seems like a really genuine dealership with a family-like atmosphere. I was sad that I wasnt able to get a vehicle from them, but when I get my current vehicle sorted out and Im able to buy a new vehicle Im hoping to come back here because I really liked it. They did everything they could to help me, I would highly recommend them.

The initial car I bought ended up having a slew of issues....the dealership did everything in their power to make it right with the original car but the mechanical issues were persistent. I dont feel that this was at any fault of the dealer or the mechanic...it was an 04 Jetta with lots of clues that we were being lemoned, but we thought we had already figured out all the issues initially, and i was able to talk them down on the price of the car because of that. However, in hindsight as someone who doesnt work on cars as a hobby, should have chosen a better commuter car. About a month in, I was over the Jetta, Jim (my amazingly patient sales rep) was probably tired of hearing from me, so I went in and buckled down with a bit of a bigger budget (financed about 1/2 of the new car since I paid $4k outright for the first car) and they got me into a 2016 Kia Rio with 80000 miles on it and I freaking LOVE IT. No issues, simple switch-over, kind & professional service. I wont lie, this is experience was a bit of a shitshow but it has a happy ending. Im grateful for all the service members on this team. Used cars are tricky- everyone here made the best out of a bad situation and I cant be more grateful for their help.
These people are not very helpful. They dont do in house financing. They dont work with you to get a car. Only if you make a lot of money. Or if you have all the cash in hand. But if you have a huge chunk of money to put down, a few months of payments, then pay the rest off in a few months, they dont accept that. They dont care about helping people who are lower income. The finance guy at this location said he would get back to me, and never did. I would never in my life give this business money.
I had been shopping for a used car for a while now, looking at quite a few dealerships throughout the past week, with all the ones I went to it was clear they only really cared about clearing a sale and making as much off of me as they could. Edgar and his team were thankfully the exact opposite, immediately they helped me and throughout the buying process were extremely helpful and happy to be helpful with anything I needed. I left with a great car with absolutely no issues in amazing condition. Needless to say I know the first place I’ll be looking when buying a newer car In the future
I really could not recommend this place enough. I purchased a camper van here a couple of years ago from Jim & Randy that has been a dream. They have mechanics on site who inspect every vehicle so they can communicate honestly about the mechanical condition & I found their assessment to be completely accurate. They were also an absolute pleasure to work with & gave me a great deal. So when I recently needed a new day-to-day car I decided to go with them again - even though it took 2 hours, 3 buses, & nearly 3 miles of walking to get there from where I live - because I so appreciated my first experience & wanted to give them my business. I was able to work with Jim again. We went on several test drives & I ended up with a fantastic Volvo I am thrilled about. Both times I felt that I was treated with honesty & respect & if I ever need another vehicle Im going straight to In-N-Out. You should too.

The last thing anyone wants to do at 9 months pregnant with kids already in tow is car shop. My husband and I had looked around for weeks and were constantly disappointed. I am absolutely head over heels for this dealer! They have gone above and beyond for me in making sure I got the car I wanted. No one was ever pushy or weird to me and you can tell every employee works together as a team which is very refreshing. I wouldnt go to another place, this dealer feels like buying a car from a friend with the safety of a dealer.The battery was dead in my new car even after being jumped once and driven so they jumped it again and told me to go down the street to get a replacement no charge. I talked to the guy at Buget Batteries and he said after all the business he gets from dealers, In-n-out auto is his favorite. Let me start by saying, I had a pleasurable experience, First of all thier lot is in clean and well organized. And the guys are no where near pushy or anything close to the typically seen billy bob with chains. Edger and his buddy (i cant remeber his name) personally helped my girlfriend find the exact right car and insurance, when she had a hard time finding insurance. Edger offered my mother coffee while we test drove one of the cars. You can tell they actually care. I will definitely recommend them to everyone in the future who needs a car.

I had such a great experience buying a 03 BMW 325i from the very start, finding the car I wanted on cargurus to finishing the financing. Hayden was great with getting my financing, the Apr is a little high but thats no fault of theirs and the fact they were able to get me financed at all and as quickly as they were is nothing short of a miracle! Sold me a nissan pathfinder with a broken heater core, heater hose assembly and overflow tank. After fixing all of those problems had to fix the idler pulley and the tensioner pulley and now have to do wheel bearings. All within 2 months of purchasing.

Since 2003 we have purchased 8 used cars from private parties from online listings, with only two vehicles bought new from dealerships. I have an aversion to buying from dealerships and used car lots. I told myself that I could judge whether a private seller was truthful or not, but car salespeople were a breed not to be trusted. Besides, I stuck to one brand of cars that I was familiar with and I could detect flaws through my familiarity.I started my used car search two-and-a-half months ago, a little while before Covid 19 had the world shutting down, with the thought of acquiring one of five models and a maximum price in mind. The virus limited the number of cars available on the private party online market. People were hanging on to the reliable makes I prefer.About a month ago I visited a new car dealership because they had a used car in their inventory that interested me. Before the visit I ran a CARFAX, but when I visited the dealership and looked at the car, I found flaws that led me to think that the car had been in a rear-end accident since the CARFAX was last updated. The taillights were brand new on the 2005 vehicle, the trunk lid was not aligned and the glass on the rear window had once been pushed forward to the extent that there were patches of paint missing from the upper sill just above the glass. This strengthened my dislike for visiting dealerships and used car lots even further.But in a more recent review of online availabilities, I ran across a first-generation Acura MDX (I prefer the design of this SUV) with low mileage and priced competitive with the private seller market. Heaven forbid, it was being sold at a used car lot! The ad for the 2004 MDX was on the CARFAX used vehicle site and the report was favorable. So, against my instincts, I made an appointment (we were in the midst of COVID 19) to see the car, thinking, “okay, here we go with the used car salespeople!”My wife and I arrived, and the car was waiting and parked away from the other cars.Stephanie greeted us and left us alone to inspect the interior and exterior of the car. After an adequate amount of time, Jim came over with the keys, took a copy of my drivers license and my wife went for a test drive on suburban streets and the freeway.We returned to In-n-Out Auto and parked in front of the office, Jim came out of the office a little after our return. He was very unobtrusive and let me speak as I made an offer. He went into the office, had some numbers run, and came beck outside to make a counter. He allowed my wife and I privacy to discuss the price and we agreed to his counteroffer.Jim asked if we could wait to have the purchase agreements and the bureaucratic mumbo-jumbo written up, and fifteen minutes later we were invited into Stephanie’s office to sign papers, write a check and exchange pleasantries.The name of the car lot, “In-n-Out Auto” is meaningful. There was minimal haggling, no uncomfortable moments, no waiting, no excuses for “I have to speak to the manager,” nor other sales tactics. The two people I dealt with were as pleasant, and as straight forward as I could have met in a private party purchase.Thank you, Jim, Stephanie and In-n-Out Auto!

So I just recently bought a 2001 dodge ram 1500, the truck looked nice but I had some concerns, it was too late to take it In for an inspection, I got the truck and finally took it to my mechanic 2 days ago for full inspection, the truck was posted at 8000 and dropped to 7100. After the inspection the damages in just the front end are over 5000 alone and thats not getting into the motor.. the truck has been deemed fully unsafe. Im done being screwed over by dealerships. Everyone needs to watch it in what they buy and get it inspected by there own mechanic first to see whats going on.
One of the best car lots around hands down. Jim and the team at in-n-out are amazing and very personable. Not your avaerage salemen trying to push you into a decision, or sell you something that is going to fall apart. I was a first time buyer and they were extremely helpful and honest about the vehicles and prices which can be negotiated. They worked with me all day showing me trucks & letting me test drive whatever I wanted all by myself! When I found the truck I wanted Jim thought he heard a little squeak come from the back of the truck. So just to be safe they looked EVERYTHING over and went ahead and put new rotors on it. After all their meticulous picking and looking through the truck it was all good & I was on my way out the door.
Jim was amazing. He was more than willing to help me get the best car in my price range and when there were issues he was more than willing to get them fixed. He listened to me and didnt make me feel like a bother nor did he push me into something. Im so greatful thanks to him and In-N-Out auto I got my first car and I couldnt be happier. I highly suggest going to this place.
