I went for a covid test today. They said my appt is tomorrow. Wrong. I won’t even be in town. 30 mins after I left, I got a text saying my results are in!? And how would I like to pay? I called the store and I’ve been on hold for over an hour. 2- 30 min holds. They hang up after 30. Americans.. we need to ditch companies that don’t give a rip about us!! So Walgreens, I’m done with you and I did NOT take a covid test today and I owe you NOTHING!!

Courtney the pharmacist should be fired for her unprofessional conduct and treatment of customers. We made an appointment online to get a COVID-19 and Flu shot vaccination. Just because we failed to tell them that we also wanted a flu shot (even though the app makes you elect a flu shot, I can’t assume that the staff of Walgreens can see our elections online or not. We don’t work for Walgreens and they should improve communications between their systems and staff) Courtney got super rude by slamming her clipboard on the table because it was told to her last minute that a flu shot was expected. She proceeded to still have an attitude and started yelling at the top of her lungs and insulting us for pushing back. If she can’t handle being a pharmacist and exemplifying sensitivity and basic customer service, she should consider a career change. First and last time I will ever come to this Walgreens. The most Horrible pharmacist I’ve ever encountered.

Worst Walgreens costumer service ever! The cashier (don’t know her name) was an older lady and was super rude and impatient with my checkout. Even manager tried to calm her down to not be so rude, I will never return to the WG, if she can’t have patience she shouldn’t work there and make the customers feel bad. I think she just didn’t know how to work the digital coupons and transactions. Never again!

Worst pharmacy i have ever been to. They are always out and take days sometimes weeks to fill one prescription, they have the worst customer service i have ever had.

Excellent store!! I really like the employees that work there especially Annette. There is another lady with glasses too that is nice. Annette is always friendly, kind, sweet and consistent with her warm friendly demeanor. Annette greets everyone with a smile and great service to all no matter what!! The store is always clean and sanitary!! I feel safe and my visit is always a pleasure! Keep up the great work Annette and other staff!! Your happy, satisfied customer will continue shopping at this location no matter the drive!

Had to go to customer service, because my item rang up wrong.i I said to the cashier Melissa that the checker at the front end needed some help he didnt seem to know what he was doing.He handed my receipt to me and was done with me without saying Thanyou or maybe have a nice day? So I explained to Melissa I told him Thank you and he said welcome, I said no you should thank me, I would think that is part of his job?? Well Melissa said that was rude, she said we hire alit of people with disabilities, ok so how would I know if he had disabilities?? She had a very bad attitude, unbelievable!! I said I cant believe you can talk like that to customers.... I said I would be talking to her Manager, she said she would let her know.. Why would I want to shop here after her awful attitude!!

While my experience was decent, Mary the cashier, was extremely rude to the lady in front of me. The lady in front of me was trying to return a lipstick with her receipt and she couldn’t get it to scan. Mary had said insert your card. Customer did that but the product wouldn’t scan so she said a few half sentences not making sense then grabbed the card from the reader and slammed it on the counter and said “I said not yet!”The whole transaction was cringe and unneeded. Making the customer feel bad like she was the problem. Customer turned to me and said, “ I’m so sorry this is taking so long.” I returned with, “ you’re quite all right. It’s not your fault she’s having issues. You are fine:)”There was no reason for the rudeness, inconsideration, and brashness. Do better.

Very clean and I was welcomed to the store when I entered and the store was well stocked with all the items I needed.

Really helpful employee! We came in and were in a tight spot. The Absolute Evan helped us out and was super understanding and friendly. So many thanks to him and the store.

Worst experience ever with the pharmacy drive through if u have a surgery and u need a description don’t you ever think about this place because you wait for at least one hour to get it

Yesterday I had surgery at about 11 oclock. My prescription is were not complicated. However, this location messed up my prescription in 3 different ways for a total of five hours. First, problem was said it was not approved. I called L&I and they said it was. Second, the resident doctor at my surgeon office signed my prescription. This should not be a problem because they work in that same office, they are both doctors. Thirdly, when my doctors tried 15 times to send over the right prescription signed by the right doctor, they could get it through. I called to make things right, my doctor and L and I said that they have never experienced much of an issue. I had to return to my surgeon and hand delivered my prescription again. I had been out of surgery for 5 hours without pain meds and complained to the pharmacy. When I returned an hour later with everything right, I was turned away. I have shopped this pharmacy for the 14 years. I WILL NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Infact, I highly discourage anyone from purchasing their meds from this pharmacy.

Its a friendly place and service is good.

If I could give these people a 7+, I would. My fiance and I have been working to print invitations for our upcoming wedding; this has not been an easy endeavor because he works nights and I work evenings and therefore rarely see each other. However, from managers to cashiers, everyone at this Walgreens has been helpful, hopeful, and supportive, I had very specific ideas of what I wanted, and when the designs I chose were not quite what I wanted, the staff allowed me make changes to the designs, working with me until everything was my idea of perfect. It took three trips, and five attempts, but I ended with exactly what I wanted. Thank you, so much.

I want to comment how wonderful Annette the cashier is. She remembers my chiwawa Frank from 10 years ago as I used to bring him in. Annette is a genuine kind hearted person, wish there were more people like her in this world.

The quality of todays staff is poor! At about 6:50 PM on January 5th, I walked in. When I was at the checkout counter, the service attitude of a male employee was very bad! Not a polite word from beginning to end! Very rude behavior makes me never want to walk in there again!

Great service and knowledgeable in photo department. Staff went above and beyond service with helping print a 16x20 picture. The picture was for one of our family members memorial service. We didn’t have the greatest pic to work with but they gave me so many options and was very patient with me during this sensitive time. It actually turned out wonderful. Thank you #4404

They have the absolute rudest pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with! The pharmacist wouldnt even look me in the eye to tell me the mistake she made about not filling my prescription. Apparently nothing is ever your fault if you wear a white coat at the Walgreens. Must be nice to be perfect like them...

I have 2 sick kids the pharmacist was rude and asked us to move so they could help the line behind is because it was gonna take a minute to get the prescription ready well with one pharmacist on staff that would make our wait EXTREEMLY LONG and uncomfortable with sick kids. I do not recommend this place terrible customer service . If I could give negative I would!!!!!

Jody in the pharmacy is very rude and closes the pharmacy early. When my husband and I went in to talk to the manager, Jamie, about it, Jody scurried off quickly to go sit in her car. Now, Jamie the manager was great but wasnt the highest up manager so she gave us her bosses card and was very apologetic. Sadly this not the first time Jody has been a problem according to employees. We are going to call on Monday to speak with him but until Jody is gone I will not be supporting Walgreens and paying for her paycheck.

This Walgreens needs to fix their microphone system for interactions in the drive through. Its unbelievable that they think its acceptable to constantly say Im sorry I cant understand you the microphone is really bad. This is a healthcare service and it should be high quality.

This pharmacy is the most convenient to our home, however I think we will be changing to Costco. There always seems to be an issue every time we have something filled and a couple of the people working in the pharmacy and depressing to deal with (although there are a couple good ones as well).

Lauren in Pharmacy is an EXTREMELY Rude and insecure FAT PORKER. I drive my wife anywhere from now on except here at this location. Walmart or Costco are Billion times better.

Prices may be a tad bit higher than Wal-Mart for example, but the service beats them hands down plus the rewards program is amazing. Im constantly getting $5-10 off on my receipt. Wider selection too.

The associates in the Photo department are awesome, unfortunately the pharmacy is a complete opposite. Many times I have been notified the prescriptions are “ready” all to be told I need to wait, not in stock or comeback later. It’s a horrendous waste of time and frustrating beyond words. It’s the same prescriptions every month on the same day for the last two years. The amount of money in pharmaceuticals you would think a person could receive basic customer service. Lastly, my wife was correct (I’m sorry Babe). Go to Safeway. You might have to walk in but at least they treat you with dignity, respect and actually care about the human.

Such wonderful people who work there. I love coming in almost every day and seeing them.

One of the better Walgreens to shop at. The area that it is located can have a lot of traffic at times though.
