Made an online order. it’s been a week I haven’t heard anything as far as an update of when I can come pick it up. I tried to call the store nobody answers I tried to email customer support nobody emails me back just going to have to cancel the order and go to the store and physically get it myself. You would think that they would support people trying to avoid in-store purchases but for some reason they are making it impossible for online orders to get for filled in a reasonable amount of time even with the situation at hand
