Spelt my name wrong on my vaccine card and I have no understand in how to fix it. However the appointments are super easy and nice to navigate and they were great with everything else
Not happy with RiteAid. I called in my prescription for my thyroid medicine just before my bottle was empty. I went in to pick them up and they said it was only 60 days on a 90 day prescription and they cannot refill it. Well, considering that I had it filled there the last time and I only took one pill a day and I ran out at 60 days I’m thinking I was shorted 30 days. No, they say it can’t be their fault. Hmmm…it’s not like they are narcotics, they are thyroid medication! Do I have to count them at the pharmacy before I leave? Shame on you. I have great insurance and have been a loyal RiteAid customer. Own up to your mistakes.
Typically very good. However the hours are wrong. Due to their COVID clinic at 8pm the Pharmacy closes at 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. As I went to go pick my prescription up, operating hours still say 8pm. It would behoove you to update this in case someone comes for their prescription operating on the understanding that it is still an 8pm closing time. Thank you
This Rite Aid has the most angry and meanest workers. Especially in the pharmacy! They do not accept out of state EBT cards and the pharmacist was yelling at me how bad her day was and how much worse it will be when she needs to do what I need help with. I didnt catch her name. By far worst customer service in Puyallup!
The drive thru pharmacy told me they would text me in “20 minutes” when my medicine is ready.I waited outside patiently for over an hour before going inside and they had it ready for an hour but Said they forgot to check the box.Ok I understand... mistakes happen.But the lack of remorseful customer service is what ticked me off.I told the lady people are out here waiting in pain and discomfort and it’s not fair to the customer.Not even a single apology.My comments were just a further inconvenienceThe least you could do is PRETEND to care.Rite aid has Walmart customer service with whole food prices
Always an issue getting your medication. Takes hours to fill or refill and they don’t care. After months of this happening my family is finally switching to a different pharmacy. Very disappointed and frustrated.
Had an appointment for the second Covid shot at 7:57 pm today. Talked to several people in line who were also booked at the same time, as well as those who were walk ins... its been 45 minutes and not even an explanation why... there is one person administering shots and she is exhausted.This is broke!
I gave one star because there isnt an option for a negative mark. I went in to buy an 18 pack Henrys beer in the can. The price on the beer in the cooler was $9.49 according to the yellow sale tag that say valid through 7-25-20. When I got to the register it rang up wrong so I asked what rang up as. I told the checker that it couldnt be right.They called for a price check and the supervisor showed me the price on the beer that was on the shelf (not the cooler) that was not on sale. I had to convince her to go look at the sale tag in the cooler. She first pointed to the 12 pack of bottles and tried to tell me that was it. I had to insist that she come look at the sale price on the 18 pack of cans. When looking at the sale tag and seeing that I was right, she became very angry, ripped off the sale tag off of the rack, crumpled it up, and said it was the vendors fault and they wouldnt honor that price. She very curtley told the very nice checker to give me that price. Instead of being apologetic about it she seemed very angry that I had bothered to get the sale price that was posted. No apologies from her, but the checker was very nice and apologetic. The supervisor was extremely rude. This is the second time this has happened within two weeks, the same over charge. People with that attitude shouldnt work with the public.
They could kill me too. I went to pick up my prescription and they gave me a bottle with all my information on it but inside was wrong pills and I took the pills for 4 days before knowing it was the wrong so be careful with your prescription
I came in looking for something that was gonna make or break my day and they were out. I wont go into details, but the manager not only gave me all the help he could, but enabled me to do what I needed.Great experience and I will swing by every day Im in the area.

They could of killed or seriously injured my 2 year old daughter. I went to pick up cream and they gave me a huge bottle of pills 💊 with my daughters name on them and tried to bill me for them and said they were my 2 year old daughters prescription. They then said they were so busy they “accidentally” mislabeled the prescription. If I had gone with the flow and believed what they first said my daughter could of been dead or in the hospital with organ failure because they tried to give a 2 year the wrong prescription! Stay Away!!!!!
I visited the Rite-Aid located at 9502 176th St E, Puyallup, WA 98375 the morning of 10/27/18. I received good service but had to inform the manager of extremely dirty bathroom toilets. She tried to blame the previous nights staff but the black ring of bacteria in both bowls is from an extended period of time without being cleaned. Please keep your facilities clean #Rite-Aid.
My Dr spoke with the male pharmacist who failed to process my prescription. I spent an extra 45 minutes of my own time and another 15 minutes of my Drs time compensating for his incompetence. My family and I are no longer customers.
Went to the store for a purchase, but was overcharged for it. Not only did they ignore the pricing that was labeled, when I told them about it, the customer service representative sarcastically said sorry about that. I called another Rite Aid to verify the pricing, and I was indeed overcharged for it.
Rude, crappy, RUDE service!!!The 1☆ is ONLY because Google doesnt have a NO or 0 stars option. I would give 4 stars for the employees in the pharmacy BUT Rose the supervisor, has a nasty attitude, I was actually surprised when I asked to speak to somebody in management. Her excuse of theres only 2 of us here for her attitude & repeatedly sighing was unacceptable.RiteAid was having a sale on their vitamins/supplements. I was overcharged about $33 because the discounts werent applied to my bill. I had to wait for 5 other customers in line to pay before the other cashier even called Rose back up to the register. I just asked for a refund at this point, but that took her at least 10-15 minutes & 2 registers before she actually figured it out. I was in my car when I realized she didnt return my receipt. Of course, that was at least another 7 minutes before that issue was resolved.I also work with the public, and being rude, and speaking to customers the way she was talking to me is completely unacceptable. Management sets the standards that we, the employees must abide by. Obviously, this isnt the same for Riteaid. I just wonder if Rose wouldve had the same attitude & remarks had I been a white woman? Her behavior was uncalled for. I will never go back to this store again.
Its good for a convenient stop when I need to get something quick
This place never has prescription ready in a timely manner. You may come two hours after the prescription was sent in but are still asked to wait 15-20 min and then when you call they out you on a hold. It’s horrible wait times and customer service... if they can’t keep up on their orders they need to hire more people to fulfill the needs of the customers.
Maybe the staff should think twice before they assume Or treat people of color a certain way. If your going to enforce your policy of “no backpacks” you should make sure your enforcing this new policy to everyone. You checking on me 5 times is not needed for a 2 min. trip in the store.
