My experience with Alpha & Omega was great!! Isaiah & Claudia were so friendly and courteous!I dropped off two watches for my dad. One needed the clasp to be replaced and both needed new batteries and they were old. It took a few days because a part needed to be ordered specifically for my dads watches. Therefore, overall, Isaiah did a great job on my dads watches and I really do recommend this shop. The price was good! Also, I like to support local businesses.

Nice little family run Jeweler. Went in there for a small part, Watch smith was very helpful and price very reasonable Nice welcome atmosphere. I will use them again.

Im not sure how they got this rating when theyre never open.. dropped off my jewelry for repair a month ago and they havent been open since.. ive called and left voicemails.. nobody called me back so at this point, i took it as a lost!!

Phone line did not work, sign at the store said they were open but the door was locked.

Friendly but the offer given to me was very low...dont recommend selling your jewelry here. i got much more literally any other place. 2 stars because it wasnt a terrible experience but the price given to me was exceptionally low
