This is a terrible place to work. The IT director is a 25 year old kid whose last job was making sandwiches at Arbys. He has no interpersonal skills, life experience and runs the department like a dictator taking personal offense when someone smarter and more prepared than him comes along and offers help.

Warmoth is a great company to work with. I had an idea couple of years ago to build three guitars using wood from one of the church pews my father built over 50 years ago just before he died suddenly in an industrial accident. I got the idea and picked up the church pew on December 3. I contacted Warmoth immediately to make sure I could pull this off by Christmas. The had all three necks and all of the hardware on my door, as arranged by December 17th. I had never built an electric guitar before (thanks youtube) but their precision parts made the whole project come together. Its actually my favourite guitar to play. The other two guitars went to my brothers as gifts. We finally have something from dad.

I ordered a neck from Warmoth and received it last week. Since then, I cant get my hands off of it. The accuracy, craftsmanship and the attention to details, by far exceeded my expectations. I wish I could thank the person who build this neck in person. Im an experienced guitar builder and I also have dealt with many custom shop guitars from almost all manufacturers. In other words, I dont get impressed easily. With all that said, Im happy that there are still companies out there like Warmoth, that are US based and work hard to prove that quality products can still be made in this country.

One star for now, but I will wait to see how they handle the problem, and edit appropriately. I ordered a custom built roasted maple neck and set of tuning machines. After 5 very (!!) long weeks, I rushed home from work to open it up and get my guitar project up and playing. Then I saw the giant chunk of fingerboard extension that was broken off, and also that they forgot to send the tuning machines. After calling, I was asked to take photos, wait for a return shipping label, send it back, wait for it to get there (WA to OH), and then wait for them to decide what to do. Hopefully Ill have my guitar project done sometime before Christmas...

Great company, very very quality products. Not only do these guys put out amazing quality products, they also have superb customer service. I will never not recommend Warmoth! No they didn’t pay me to write this, it’s just that when you actually care about your products and customers, you get some happy people!

Best quality bodies u can get

I ordered a pickguard for my stratocaster from these guys, they have options for a lot of things, but one thing they forget to tell you is that it does not fit all models, they give u options for mounting hole differences and pickup differences, but they do not tell you about pickup positions being different depending on what model you own, mine would not work because my humbucker hole was too low and if i tried to install it, nothing would line up right, when i asked about returning it, they said sure go ahead, but they were not willing to pay for it, even tho it was a problem on their end that i had no way of knowing about, so instead of paying for shipping twice that i wouldnt get refunded, i had to contact my bank to dispute the charge, terrible customer service, never buy from them

There guitar body give away is a scam. And after talking to the company about it. The decision was to block me from commenting on Facebook! Then after two phone calls to the company they(Jason) owner? laughed at me for saying I have mental health issues! And cussed me and hung up on me! They will not respond to emails or calls back! I will never shop or recommend a company who treats people with mental health issues like that! They even told me I was too poor to be a customer!

Excellent! I ordered a Black Koina strat body and finished it with a hand rubbed finish and then built it up after that with a maple neck 9.5 radius and Dimarzio super distortion pickup in bridge position and it came out beautiful! It looks real nice and plays like a high end American strat! I even took the time to antique all the hardware and the guitar is just Beautiful!! Thank you Warmoth! 👍👍

All products I received have been excellent in workmanship, Including a custom bass body they made for me.
