Purchased a 1000lb hydraulic cart. Upon opening the package found the cart in used condition..very used. One caster had a puncture hole. This was the last cart in stock. They gave me 20% discount which barely covers replacement caster cost. Not to mention the time to swap the casters. Please do a better job of checking product upon accepting returns.

Always love shopping and browsing. A shame a shoplifter is allowed to just run out the door. No one allowed to stop them and no security for the fine associates and their other customers. Shame shame!! It just means the price of my goods cost more so people can freely steal.

Theres so many tools I always come out with several more than I went in there for.

We love coming here! We love going to most harbor freights, but this one has by far been are absolute favorite! The people that work here work as a team and it shows. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and they treat you like they know you when you walk through the door. If somethings out of stock on the shelf they are sure to offer to go in the back and look for it. Thats something that most other harbor freights dont offer to do. This place is always neat and tidy and again we love love the employees. I wish other businesses would run this way.

Always love harbor freight. Always great prices, clean. Friendly staff.BUT they werent reinforcing people needing to wear a mask. I get employees not putting themselves at risk by enforcing, but there should be a security guard or designated person there to reinforce masking or no entry.

Probably the nicest Harbor Freight that I have been in. The staff was friendly and even helped me load my new generator up.

This harbor freight is rather well stocked and maintained. Customer Service was superb.. Was looking for an air compressed staple gun and the gentleman who was helping me wasnt overly pushy about a certain brand. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable enough handling the one I picked out... OH BUDDY I got this more than handled 😆🤣😂

When you need tools or equipment this place has really good deals majority of the time

A good place to get many tool related items to a few items automotive accessories, as well as household items as in scissors, electric drills, stools,etc. Use theyre coupons save even more or join there membership for 2 years and all coupons are automatically applied.

Had to go to the Puyallup Store - which didnt excite me because none of the stores had what I needed in stock except them but a great group of helpful employees.

A good place to get cheap tools, there tools are mostly good quality but they also sell stuff that looks like its from the 90s and would have been low end then but if you avoid the cheapest stuff there stuffs pretty good

Nice shiny new Harbor freight. A lot of stuff packed into a small space makes for fast shopping. I did not see as much of their premium Hercules line in this store as in the Tacoma store. But all the staple items are here. Certainly worth a look

This is a huge Harbor Freight with a massive selection. The employees are friendly, and the store is kept well stocked and well maintained. As usual, if you need fair quality tools for only a few uses, this is the place to stop, and with their newer high-end lines, they have a lot more to offer now.

Great place for cheap tools that get the job done at least once. In most cases that’s all you need it for. No it’s not professional grade going to last 20 years kind of stuff, but you are paying a fraction of the cost. So take what you get. Have to say though I bought the Blue Hercules 4 1/2 inch angle grinder. It was the 8amp or 11amp I can’t remember exactly which one it was the highest one that they sell, for I think around $50 with coupons and I have beat the heck out of that for two years now. I used it all day every day some days cleaning scrap metal, cutting tile with it you name it and it just keeps on going. I have not had a single problem with it. That thing was worth every penny of what I paid for it And it has just as much power if not more than the name brands for a 1/4 of the cost. Would’ve rated five stars except for checking out can be slow as there is usually only one checker and the gentleman likes to talk and talk and talk and answer the phone and talk some more when there’s 20 people in line which is frustrating but, what are ya gonna do? 🤷‍♂️

They have all the low price tools but its like the dollar store they always break but theyre so cheap that you can buy another one and I would say theyre awesome weve had a I think its called a lug nut remover and weve had it for almost like five years and it never broke its awesome harbor freight has the good deals

Very disappointing experience. Online inventory showed an item in stock at the Puyallup location and when I arrived they said it wasnt in stock and the online inventory doesnt really work, terrible excuse but it happens. They informed me that federal way had it in stock and I can go get it there. Not sure if they called or used the inventory system that doesnt work but when I arrived in federal way, they didnt have it. Told them what happened and I got the same excuse as I was given in Puyallup and a sorry about that. No solution offered and no attempt to remedy the issue. Terrible customer service. Mistakes happen, its how it was taken care of that correctly earned the 1 star.

Bought a torgue wrench and tools. When I got home the torque wrench didnt function correctly. Took it back..not a problem to replace it. Maybe this is the way they get you to buy MORE tools on the second visit....I did!

The Puyallup harbor freight is well stocked has a better selection than the one in Tacoma or Lakewood and the staff is friendly and helpful

I really do like this place. A lot of stuff is rated and priced good, better & best, so if I need a tool, but will use rarely & a rental is not much lower in price, I would just as soon have the tool. Also higher end tools are usually competitive in price and quality of the two big box stores (usually). Great for little things in the shop that are handy to have, also when I need to stock up on batteries, 20 minute drive one way is worth it to me, although I usually wait till I need something else, or before I do run out. Staff are friendly and helpful, I like it anyway, and once they have one in Bonney Lake, Ill hardly ever have to go to Puyallup.

I just moved from California and this Harbor Freight location had all of them down there beat by a mile the staff was so courteous that they found me additional savings on my purchase because I was a few dollars short on the total amount I would have given them five stars but havent given a five-star away to anybody yet

Harbor freight is a great place for budget tools. Of course there are some things you wont want to buy budget versions of, but a good stop for simple tools or emergency replacement

Went here with my bf for first time other day. So many tools! Such good prices. Could not believe prices were so low. This is a store for people who like tools. I dont like tools, but still found the experience very pleasant. I found a flint fire starter tool and now I will become the best survivor woman there is, so thanks Harbor Freight.

We went there to get my honey some tools and to be honest me too. Great sales and prices. Just not enough carts. Ours was so full and he got most everything he needed and I got tools I needed too. The gentleman that checked us out was so helpful and took his time with us. Love this store. Will definitely go back and highly recommend this store.

Terrible experience! Went in with plenty of cash in my pockets to completley refurbish my garage with a new workbench. Upon telling an associate that I would like to purchase a specific workbench I was then told by a Manager that the specific model I wanted was not in stock (this was not marked on the display model), that it was also not predicted to be in on any current delivery trucks and also that he had no idea what I had to do to even purchase it. Are you freakin serious?!?! My God people are lazy these days!

Harbor freight used to be a tool store for Guys that cant afford good tools., but now I actually buy all kinds of quality tools backed with warranties that perform almost as well as other famous brands.

Looking for timers and the gentleman helping me walked me over to where they were in stead of simply saying row such & such.

They were out of the white caulk I needed. Also did not have the small appliance bulb I needed. I still like the place and the staff was friendly and I will go back for other stuff another time.

They didnt have what I wanted. I was looking for individual wrenches or individual sockets to create a tool kit for my motorcycle. I had to order on line the individual tools I needed.

Tools are perfect if you know what to expect. They are usually so cheap In price, that if they make it through 1 complete job you are money ahead. If not they will almost always exchange it. If it last a lot longer, well then hell you got yourself a bonus!!! Only thing I’ve had issues with is the employees willingness to pick up the pace. It’s great the old guy at the register wants to chat it up about life lessons, but there are 15 people in line and some of us have work to do.

Aside from having only maybe a 5th or less of the floor space the big outfits have, Harbor Freight packs a ton of value in the space they do have!. Harbor Freight is ideal for the diy crowd! Excellent price point for commercial or enthusiast!.

Always one cashier! When you have 5 employees walking around and a line of customers waiting to pay that means get another cashier.

No one seems to know where items are in the store. Sent to multiple locations by different employees when looking for a file to sharpen a chain saw just as example. Lack of inventory.
