From the home visit by Mike to determine how we should proceed through the prewiring and installation by Jay, the experience has professional. We had others companies visit and propose solutions, the problem was they didnt really talk to us about what we wanted. Mike and Jay are both technically knowledgeable and great communicators. We found everyone at ASI to be helpful and easy to work with at all stages.

Awful poor quality customer service, a guy name Mike Lindbo treats customers and potential customers awfully!, the did the wiring in my house for computer network, phone and home theater, and it was horrible! loose cables everywhere, they hide the garbage of the wall plates inside the wall! awful horrible work! And when you call then for customer support they question them selves if it is worth helping you with an issue, horrible!

Jay installed a Control 4 touch screen remote into my home theater system. The Control 4 is intuitive and easy to use. Jay, because he wants things to be right, also adjusted the audio and surround sound settings on my 8 year old system, so that it now sound better than ever. and playing my old favorite action DVDs is like a new and thrilling experience.
