Horrible management. We have heard of multiple cases of what I consider elder abuse by Cal Am upon the residents here. They constantly ignore the protections afforded renters by the State of Washington RCWs, as they are an out of state ignorant landlord.

I love the park, quit and people are all friendly. My dog has many friends also.

Mobile home retirement community right on the Puyallup River. Very peaceful. Good fishing off your back yard if you happen to have a river spot, yet it would take catastrophic flooding for the water to ever reach your home. Recent personal experience!

Managment is not responsive to needs of customers. Maintenance of park owned carports and sheds is non existant. Ive personally been waiting been waiting 16 months to get water leak repaired from roof of carport into shed. Alex (site manager) has repeatedly promised to expedite repairs. Evengoing as far as

I stayed there at Janet Adams,(Shawn Durands)and i lost evreything i owned. I was lied to about damn near evreything. The manager isnt even straight . They are not all bad people.I did what i could to keep to myself.They didnt like that.The blond guy that cuts grass is a back stabber. And i hope they get to see it coming when they get there karma back. I am still in the dark about it all.
