I brought my wife’s Nissan Ultima and to have the AC system done, I wasn’t in a huge rush but they got it back to me after three business days working awesome and for half of what we thought the cost would have been, which helps me out greatly because I’m on a fixed income as a disabled veteran and my wife is currently going to college. Thank you Good’s Automotive for helping me out and for providing the veteran discount that so many businesses don’t. I will be using you as my go to mechanic from here on out, and have already sung your praises on the ride home when I stopped to get a drink in my nice cold car.

Good Automotives is a great place to take your vehicle the people there are very friendly and honest and care about your vehicle. From the time you walk in the door and drop off your keys you know your Vehicle is being well taken care of.😉👍 I have 2 nice vehicles and I wouldnt trust anybody but them to work on my cars. My son brought his one week new to him car that he bought at a dealership to Good’s. He needed a new alternator and he lives close and decided to leave it with Good’s Automotive for the weekend.Kayleigh checked my son in and took the car to a fenced “ secure” location. He got word that the car was ready to be picked up.He paid for the work and was driving out of parking lot and noticed the shift console slide cover was cracked. (It’s a cover that sits under the gear shift).He called Good’s when he got home and talked to Kayleigh and she requested a picture of damage. He sent her the picture and was told that the manager, Joe would call him. He waited until the late afternoon and decided to call him since he had not called. Joe said my technician said he didn’t do the damage, but that he would ask him again and call back. He did call back and said that he trusted his tech and would not be making it right by fixing the damage.I overheard the conversation and wanted Joe to know that I helped my son look at that car before he bought it and the only cosmetic damage to that car was a small chip in the windshield. We even have the dealership photos to prove it was not cracked. Even the day we dropped his car off at Good’s automotive to be worked on, I had been in the car trying to turn the car over myself and that the damage was not there before we had dropped it off. We do not believe the tech, mechanic or Kayleigh who actually took the car after we dropped it off meant to do the damage, but it did happen in their care. We just wanted them to make it right. The part is even inexpensive. My son paid a lot of money to get the alternator fixed and when you drop off your car for service, you don’t expect damage along with the expense of fixing your car.We will not use this car repair place again and am writing this review to caution others. We understand mistakes can happen, but a trustworthy, honest car repair place would do the right thing and make it right by fixing the damage. Not only will Joe not make it right, but he was argumentative with me. He never even saw the car before or after. Besides all of this, the car was returned filthy. Right there tells us there was not care when it was in their possession.It’s a shame this is how they treat their customers who spend a lot of money getting a repair done. I asked “Joe” if there was someone above him we could talk to. He said “No”! Will Goodfellow is the owner and I would think being the owner he would want to do right by the customer. “Joe” wouldn’t give him that opportunity. Sure am wondering if “Joe” is lying about who he is. Wonder if the owner would lie about his name to a dissatisfied customer.BEWARE!!!!

The mechanics here know how to get the job done in a timely manner with no run around. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff from the front office to the shop. Im very happy with the service here and will be coming back!

I was told they could align my motorhome but when I arrived they said my rig would not fit on their rack.

What I love about this place is the people are just real. Kaylee (probably spelled wrong) is warm and friendly. They are honest about repairs and what you need done. I love their wall of information where you learn a little more about their team. Finally, and to some most importantly very fairly priced. You dont feel like you getting overcharged at all. I brought my car here after my alternator went out and when I came to pick it up the transmission panel cover was cracked and it wasnt like that before I dropped it off I had just bought the car a week before and the car was perfect.I reached out to them to make it right and they didnt want to.

I was referred here from Oreilly’s in Graham and what a blessing they are from the start.They have highly skilled mechanics and out first experience was a Subaru head gasket replacement.
