Call adathealth because my mother was getting out of the hospital and needed a good company for oxygen.As I explained to them we had problems with the previous company,And needed a good company that could show us how to use the equipment properly.When the tech came out to bring the oxygen he showed us exactly how to install and use the equipment, we are so grateful

These people are awful, they seemed perfectly fine when I went into the store to get my first round of supplies. The guy I spoke to was very helpful, and it all seemed like it would be perfectly fine. But then I tried ordering over the phone a few months later. I called in to a very nice woman and put in an order before I was eligible for benefits, just by a few days. I didn’t get my order. I called in, the man said that they needed me to come in so that they could get the download from my sd card. I already went to my check up so they should’ve already had it. No calls for another month. I call again and tell another nice woman what happened, she promised I’d get my stuff. I get called 2-3 weeks later from another woman double checking my address. I just got the box of the second order today on 3/31. This started before new year’s. They’re flaky, unreliable, do not go to these people.

I had great customer service the staff was very helpful getting my supplies was quick and easy. It is great to know that afterwards if extra supplies are needed for my CPAP machine it can be done by phone

VERY UNORGANIZED!!!I tried to be proactive and get them everything they needed from my insurance, but they dont know what happened to it.I tried to schedule in advance due to my work schedule, but they wouldnt even schedule me until they heard from my insurance. So I waited. Called back a couple days later, they got approval from my insurance 4 business days ago but never called me. Now, I have to wait another 5 days for my appointment.If you have all the time in the world, have fun, but if not, let this be a warning.

I switched to Sound a couple of years ago after getting completely fed up with Performance Home Medical. At Sound, I can order online when I need to, which is every 6 months. I do not get non-stop calls telling me I am eligible for new stuff, like before. I was annoyed to have to go into the office the first time, but I was treated well and they were respectful of my time. No complaints.

Always had good service in the office in Puyallup, particularly Colleen. The main office however is not as easy to work with.

The worst company to deal with.. My CPAP was making weird noises and was told it probably was getting ready to quit.. Asked what the process was ? Have doctor send a prescription in and usually only takes 2 days to process. Hah!This started March 26th and it is now April 19th.. My doctor had to send 5 separate faxes to these people, with the last one being on a form that they sent..Well today is 4/23/19, after calling last Friday my insurance had approved for a new CPAP, not sure why they had not notified me. An appointment was scheduled with David for today 4/23... David was very helpful and explained everything about the new machine..I am happy that I have a working machine now..It is too bad that the customer service end seemed to screw everything up and was not convenient for my Doctors office to send 5 different faxes.. with new info required each time..Thank you David for your help in the end and got my machine 1 week before leaving on vacation.;

The only reason I ever ended up dealing with these crooks is the original company I dealt with went out of business. (affordable medical supply) these guys are only in it for the hustle and got-ya! just opened a bill from them for $44 with no explanation. come to find out its for something they think I owe from 22 months ealier and blamed it on insur co. Instead of any kind of logical costumer service. I get a long winded email explaining how they are right and Im stupid. And a generic invoice printed the same day as the email. A two star average rating is always earned! no one person can do it alone. It takes many people angry enough to take the time to help others avoid bad businesses like this. Sure wish I had read up on these guys before I stepped into there TRAP. sad

August 2018 I went into this location to be fitted for the CPAP, receive training on the use and cleaning, get the initial supplies, informed on what my insurance covers and how their company resupplies me with the gear/ supplies I need. Its alot of information and I remember sone things are replaced every three month and others six months, etc. Well come Feb 26th I realized I should have been automatically contacted by them and replied as I was over 6 months and never heard from them so I called them.This entire organization/business is messed up. So Feb 26th I called them to inquire about my resupplies. After being transferred to one group to verify my original vist and to make sure they updated the system I was then transferred back to the group I originally called to get my supply order in. They were all confused as to why I wasnt contacted after thr girst 3 months for supplies and also after the 6 month mark for supplies. So they proceeded to verify what I use so they can put the supply order in. During this time they say we show your insurance as AARP and Medicare... I have no idea how they got this in their system as when I had to physical go to the branch location to get the machine, be fitted with the equipment, and be shown how to use & clean it I have them my insurance card so they could verify it and any associated cost. But none the less they have nothing on file. In fact the have to ask me questions like, when was my first visit to them, my follow up visit to my doctor, etc. This which has already been given to them during the first three months because its a requirement for using the CPAP. So after all this they then say the put in the order and Im responsible for any cost, which is understandable however on my first visit they checked my insurance and I know that it covers it, at least thats what they verified and tokd me then. GOOD IM ALL SET! They should now do what they were supposed to do at the 3 month mark and automatically send me resupplies.March 1st I get a voice mail message to call them. I call them back on March 4th. They state they were calling because in due for my 3 and 6 month period resupplies... I asked them if they were kidding me because the pervious week (I explained the whole story) I called them. He said there is no record pfd that occurring or any order in the system. I then said let me guess, my insurance in your system does AARP & Medicare. He said yes. I couldnt believe it. Are you kidding me. So I had to do the entire thing over again. Give them my medical insurance, verify what day I went i to their local office, when I last seen my doctor, what machine and equipment Im using, etc.This business is completely unorganized and incapable of taking care of their customers is all I can say about this adventure.

I tried to get supplies for months after they went to central phone service. After multiple calls and promises supplies would be ordered. Nothing has arrived.The service in Puyallup was 5 stars. Now no one helps or does what they say they will do. This organzation should be investigated by the AG.Sad uncaring organzation with no accountability..

Sound Oxygen sent my wifes CPAP order to their partner, Verus, as their CPAP supplier. Verus completely dropped the ball, never sent out the supplies, nor contacted my wife to discuss THEIR error in her insurance. She has now been without supplies for 5 months. After two weeks now, going round and round with Verus to correct this, we gave up, called the doctor to have the supply request sent to a different company. We will NEVER do business with Verus OR Sound Oxygen again!If there were any way to give less stars for this review, Id do so.

I got my CPAP Machine there a year ago and it cracked putting it together with water in reservoir. I woke up with a puddle under my machine so i took my washable parts to bathroom sink to clean it with healthcare soap Ive used since my aide days... Im getting better but something like headlights or angel lit up my room and shocked me awake. I got up cause it was my scheduled time to turn machine off. It said plug at my power strip was coming unplugged so it wasnt charging. I unplugged the end that attaches to the device and it stopped working. Im going there to get it repaired. Thank you for the good nights sleep!
