This place is seriously awesome. Everyone is super friendly and professional. They accommodated tracking down a specific tire and even matched a price request. The team works fast and are super efficient, then when trying to talk them they are attentive and patient. Couldnt ask for more. Im very happy I came here vs large tire chain. Go here, you wont regret it!

Always a great experience. Professional, quick and thorough. I needed 3 new tires and unfortunately tire guy must not have secured one of the rims and it was missing when I got home. Retraced my route and luckily found the rim. It was broken but they were able to precariously secure it with a plastic tie down. 👍

I went in for a pair of tires. They were fair and honest. They didnt try to upsell or add on things like some other places do. Next time I need tires Ill definitely be back. They do get busy, so go early!

Probably the fastest service Ive ever had on my tires. Theres no lines because they are so quick and professional. Needed some patch work done on a tire, no fuss, no issues they looked at it and immediately said they could help. Reasonable pricing, and fantastic service. Will come again.

This place is a find in Quartz Hill! Knowledgeable, friendly and fast service, with lots of options for same day service. And if they cant do same day, they tell you, and help you plan what they can do. Never had an issue with work not being done on time or budget, which is definitely a plus.

Many years ago, I needed my rotors turned. They did them quickly and perfectly. Man I should’ve read these reviews before I went back on 9/11/20.Needed brakes inspected. They said my lower control arms were bad along with the front brakes. We were going on a weekend trip and told them we needed the car by a certain time. They said they would have it ready by that time. Tried to call around that time, no answer. Went to the shop. Car was sitting on jacks. Rotors had been turned, but nothing else was completed. No one was working on it.Receptionist said the mechanic was in the restroom. She kept encouraging us to leave and she would call when it was ready.We stuck around. 30 minutes passed, no mechanic. Mechanic finally showed up. He started working but didn’t have the right tools to do the lower control arms.Receptionist said it would take longer than expected. Told them to finish the brakes and pack it up. They overcharged us for front the brakes. Said they inspected the rear brakes and they were fine. Got a second opinion. Other mechanic showed how the brakes were not fine.Stuff happens, I get it. Communicate with me instead of lying. These people lack integrity and will never see there again.Buyer beware.

All I can say is Gary is my man when it comes to tires. Not even Costco can match his prices. Been doing business with him for a real long time. There is a negative review by Will Smith posted below. Its a fake. There is no receptionist at tires xpress. Its either Gary or Brad.

Only place that has tires for my car. The guy at the front counter is really nice and I should know his name. But honestly I barely drive my car so only change tires once I year. I would recommemd this place over any other tire place in the AV.

I didn’t feel that they were incredibly straight forward. I believe they try to take advantage where they can. Went and got two “new” tires for $80 which was a great price so I took my girlfriends car back a couple weeks later. Asked for four tires and they quoted $262. When I asked why the price was so different they said maybe I got smaller, used tires before. I let them know that I actually got larger tires before and were told that they were new when I got them and they kinda just seemed shocked and shrugged it off. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way so I went to a tire spot up the street where I got a better price, a free rotation, and they informed me that the tires I had on were the wrong size and offered to put on the right size. (Quartz hill tires did her tires last time) So basically Quartz Hill Tires tried to charge more to put on the wrong tires and they also made it seem that I was more than likely lied to and there were used tires put on my car a couple weeks ago. Was happy with the price originally but I don’t like misinformation. I felt it was only right to give people a heads up that you may not be getting what you pay for. A few options within a mile that will give you a better price and be more straight forward.

The people here are so awesome!!! AAA called and asked them to stay open late just so I could get my tire fixed and they agreed! As promised, they were waiting for me when I arrived. The service was friendly, fast, efficient and the cost was more than fair!!! Id recommend them any time over any other tire shop Ive ever been to!!!

The only tire shop Ill go to! Great prices but the service is what is amazing, I have been there several times for four new tires for different cars and each time I am in and out in less than 30 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable staff is a plus.

The folks at Tire Press are always friendly and quick to make repairs. It is rare to have to wait long. Help them by checking busy times online.

I waited for 20 minutes outside and no one acknowledged me, then I went inside where someone was on the phone and I waited another 20 minutes for him to tell me they were backed up and would not be able to help me for several hours. I will not be going back

Shopped around for new tires, and they had the best price around. I arrived at 10am on Saturday morning and had 2 new tires put on my vehicle in less than 30 minutes. They also noticed one other tire needed air, so they took it off and checked for leaks, found a minor leak and repaired it free of charge. So to sum it up, excellent service and prices and i will be returning when my other vehicles need tires.

Went in for an alignment, they were spot on professionals, even test drove vehicle prior to a alignment, verified the issues and were quick to resolve. Got my alignment done faster then expected. Very friendly, helpful and understanding. True professionals, a prior shop I had gone to didnt even lift my vehicle up to check issues with front end suspension, let alone test drive it. So Im very happy that this place went above and and beyond by test driving before and after alignment, double checked wne verified all adjustments and got me back on the road in no time.

Had to go in for a realignment and some new tires. I was hit right on the back wheel and it really messed up my car. These guys were able to fix it no problem! Very affordable, and quickly done. Staff was extremely friendly too!

Dont leave your car here and wait for a quote. You might be surprised when you pick up your car.I left my car for a break job. The man at the counter said that they have three cars head of mine and it would take 1 hour before they can check my car. So i left my car there. 20 minutes later i get a call from a mechanic who told me it would cost $223. I went to pick up the car a few hours later and unbeknownst to me the man said the total was $323. Exactly $100 more than what the mechanic told me. I had my ear budson when the mechanic quoted me and i m pretty sure he said $223, not $323. Get your quote before you leave your car here.

Great local shop. Owned locally and generally is still priced very well. My family and I have been going to this shop for many years and plan to continue. I cannot imagine purchasing tires or getting alignment anywhere else. As a shop they seem to genuinely care about customers and this is why even living an hour away I make a point of buying tires here. I cannot comment on brakes or other services as I do all that myself, but I have talked to people having brakes etc done and they are loyal to the shop just as I am.In short, good to great prices and still actually cares about good customer service.

Amazing guys. I lost my wheel lock so they plugged my tire and charged me $5!!! OMG really???. What can you get for 5 dollars these days. They were so amazing. Then I found the wheel lock and went back and they fixed my tire and charged me $15. Again just so amazing. I love these guys and Ill always go to them from now on. They totally deserve all the 5 star reviews
