This lil concealed coffee shop has an amazing aire of peace and tranquility. The owners have created a very unique aura to this establishment that I believe is well worth the visit. Great place for friends and conversation

Cute coffee shop with neat trickets you can buy like candles and cards. i really liked their chai latte! my friends thought the vanilla latte was a little on the sweet side, but still enjoyed their drinks. prices are reasonable. covid precautions followed too!

Amazing little gem in the AV! Absolutely the best customer service. The drinks are great as well as theor pastries. For my fellow Vegans they offer Vegan and gluten free pastries/cookies as well which is a plus!

I came in here today to try a new coffee shop closer to home. And I am not disappointed! Very cute little place inside, awesome customer service and the coffee is delicious! Ordered a pop tart they offered and it was really good as well! I will definitely be coming back!

I started a tradition with myself to visit Sagebrush Café each month before walking the Prime Desert Woodland Preserve nearby. I really enjoy how kind everyone is and how scenic the outside seating area is as well. Great place to sketch, read, or meet friends! I love asking the batista their recommendations. Great coffee and great experience!

Im a frequent flier at Sagebrush! Their rose milk tea is fantastic as well as their seasonal honey vanilla latte. Its a great place to study or meet up with friends. Theres a nice little garden space to sit in when the weather is fair. The staff are super chill and friendly too.

Love this little coffee shop. It’s a nice little escape from the AV desert. I always get my same boring almond milk latte but they have a bunch of fun drinks too. I’ve tried the food there a few times and it’s always been good.Try their avocado toast and sandwiches. The staff is always friendly and the crowd is fun to watch. They have a cute outdoor area too!

First time here, wanted to check it out due to the reviews. It was nice and cozy, and the peppermint mocha I got is really good without being too sweet. I just had to take away a star because the lady working at the counter looked unhappy to see me when I walked in and remained that way throughout the entire transaction, which isnt a good feeling when youre new to a place. If thats the way she looks normally then she should at minimum greet someone and/or smile when they first walk in. The guy working at the counter that made my drink was pleasant though.

This is a real gem when it comes to coffee shops. Warm, cozy, and inviting. Its clearly a local business that focuses on the local community. It has a nice display of local arts. Baked goods that are homemade treats. A drinks menu with creative selections not found at the chain coffee place. When Im thinking coffee, Im thinking Sagebrush.

First time I went here I thought it was a cute shop, some where I can see myself hanging out and doing some work. After I ordered my drink that quickly changed. The lady who took my order was very rude looked at me funny when I asked a question about the menu and turned her head sideways. She looked like she could have been the owner because she was telling the other employees how to make a drink. I figured that maybe she was having a bad day then my husvand came home and told me he went to the same shop himself and said that the lady who was making his drink seemed to get frusturated when he asked if they could do a certain accommodation. He described her and she seemed to be the same person that I dealt with. Its ashame because I was looking forward to find a nice shop near by that I can go to often but customer service was just not there.

No coffee shop beats this place for taste and atmosphere. Its super cozy and beautifully decorated, with a nice contemporary feel. Their outdoor seating is also wonderful, even though youre right off the street the shrubs add a really nice amount of privacy and quiet. Early on a summer day you really get transported to a little Oasis. I love coming here with friends to catch up, or on dates with my husband, and most especially for the coffee. Ive never been there late enough to try the sandwiches but Im hoping to do that soon. Cant wait to go back.

Great beverages, menu with lots of variety, cozy and trendy atmosphere. I see mostly college kids. Its nice to check out their seasonal art exhibits. Parking lot is small, but Ive never had trouble finding a spot. Also a fun area to walk along the street and check out other shops.

Charming. Quaint cafe with a delightful garden. Very tasty pastries and wonderfully fresh and robust coffee and teas. Peaceful oasis in the heart of quartz hill. You can relax wirh a good book, people watch, or enjoy some quality time watching the sparrows search for tidbits that may have fallen from a plate or two.

Great coffee, helpful employees, and a very nice atmosphere. Its relaxing, clean, and stylish but it feels local not uppity. They also have a cool selection of books and other random things you can buy, as well as beautiful canvas prints from local photographers. Its in a nice quiet area.

Just go and have their avocado toast. Its delicious. The atmosphere is very trendy and most seating is outside. On a nice day its the perfect spot to soak up some rays, drink a cup of coffee and reminisce with a friend. And I just have to mention the avocado toast again....so good!If youre looking for a Starbucks experience, dont bother. This is a much nicer feeling place where time slows down for just a bit.

Stopped in for a break while out for the morning. The place came highly recommended. Had a bagel with cream cheese and a small cup of house brew. The coffee was okay. A bit watery. The bagel came toasted and was fine. Had to pay 25 cents to use a credit card. A bit of a surprise. If the weather had been better, sitting outside would have been nice. Inside on a chilly day it was warm with sunlight streaming in through the large plate glass window. A bit artsy and full of young custoners. Obviously a preferred hangout. Happy I took the advice I had gotten. Now I know what it offers me.

Excellent coffee, excellent service, excellent pastries. Strongly recommend the blueberry coffee cake. The frosted blends are good too. Fast. Nice atmosphere. Lovely place to sit. Better drinks and environment than any other place in the AV.

I was so happy to find out that Sagebrush was still here. The ambiance is very relaxing. The outdoor space is well put together. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the drinks are fantastic. I had their special honey vanilla chai tea latte, and it was delicious and refreshing. Highly recommend the drink and the cafe!

I had my first experience here yesterday at the arts and crafts festival they host and it was awesome. The coffee is fantastic, the pastries are delicious and the overall atmosphere is a refreshing change from most places. The staff was friendly and efficient even on a day when it would have been completely understandable for them to be a bit frazzled since it was so busy. Im going back today with my husband to just enjoy the great coffee and atmosphere. I love being able to support a local, non chain place too.

Thank goodness for this place. They are the only people in Lancaster and Palmdale who know how to make coffee. I have tried several places and this is the only one that serves good quality beans, and doesnt give you a latte when you ask for a cappuccino. A life saver.

Cute coffee shop. Small, intimate place. The coffee is good, pastries are good, good location, clean, parking is very limited and customer service is okay. Not bad but not great either. I like to support the local small businesses but customer service needs to go up a notch. Especially when competing with big coffee shops.

I have really enjoyed this coffee shop since finding it. I have been going there for a few years now. The owners are so kind and very supportive of the artist community. I only order one coffee flavor from them but they have many to choose from.

Great food, the steaks are what you order . The right cut, tast, and very tender. O and the Atmosphere is great, nice place for family or friends . Big enough to have a party.

Really one of my favorite places on Earth. Their staff is abundant, helpful, friendly, clean, respectful and really all you can hope for in a coffee house! The space is utilized amazingly and even features local artists work! Outside seating was perfect for the rain and really gave me the experience I wanted.

This has been one of my favorite coffee shops to drink and eat at for the last 4 years. This is definitely a buy local cafe and you can tell that the community really values them. Their coffee and food always go well together and everyone who works there are great.

I’ve never had a horrible experience here. Until today. My friend and I came in to enjoy some tea and eat our food. Little did we know no outside food was allowed. It’s not posted anywhere visible for us to see. We ordered our drinks and sat down to enjoy. We’re not bothering anyone, we’re in the corner talking amongst ourselves. When an employee approaches us. A tall man with glasses. He loudly tells us “we don’t allow outside food in here, we want it to smell like coffee and not Panda Express” which I understand completely. If they could have politely told us we would have left just as quickly. But instead he was rude and said it loudly in front of everyone in the shop. It was humiliating. It’s not That hard to be nice and treat your customers with kindness, even if we did break a rule we didn’t know exsisted. Not only was he rude but also everyone behind the counter was extremely rude and I felt like a bother the entire time I was there. Customer service is not that hard and these employees obviously need a lesson in it.

Small corner coffee shop with light food, friendly staff and fresh pastries. Parking is tight, and seating is tighter. There are tables and chairs outside to dine in the fine CA weather.

So we ride our bikes from Lancaster to Quartz Hill, and like to stop at Sagebrush Cafe for a quick iced tea. We try to support local businesses, and normally enjoy the experience. Today however we found the service less than friendly. There seemed to be some difficulty getting our order right, and the person who took our order seemed annoyed to have to fix it. Once our drinks were made, they couldnt be bothered to at least let us know or drinks were ready, as we waited on the patio. Todays visit wasnt all that enjoyable. It might be a while till we return, or recommend sagebrush Cafe to friends and family.

Their chai tea latte is very good. Better than any Seattle based coffee shop. Their mocha cappuccino is also very good. Nice atmosphere and tables outside.

This place is a perfact place to just sit and have a conversation with freinds and family. This small business has freindly and personable employees that always seem to have a smile on their face. The only negative thing that I have to say is that it always seems to be a chilly inside.
