I have never experienced such terrible customer service. My package was listed as SHIPPED and my credit card was billed right away, but nothing ever arrived. Tracking was never updated, although my package was given a tracking number, the carrier never received the item. The customer service reps were rude and had no answers. For a company thats been in business for 20years, its a shame. Basically stealing money from people. Taking orders and never fullfilling them. They should be ashamed. Do not be fooled by their low prices!
It was pleasure talking with Mike S for getting update of my appliance delivery date. He helped me update that and also got my login password reset for future update, He also suggested to cancel one product on order if I could procure it locally because this was delayed too much.
My fiance and I ordered a sectional from this place of business. After we paid for the sectional in full, we were told it would take 7-10 business days for our product to arrive. After 20 days, still no product, and no communication from Appliances Connection end, we decided to call and find out what is going on. Appliances Connection informed us that the manufacturer has not shipped the item yet and we were then given a new ETA. 2 weeks go by, again, nothing. So we reached out again and they gave us the same excuse and pushed the date back once again. Another few weeks go by....same thing. This happened one more time and the date was moved to September 30th 2021. Today is the 29th so I called just to make sure everything was all set to arrive tomorrow. Guess what Appliances Connection informed me? Yup, thats right, same excuse and an ETA push back to supposedly 4-6 weeks now and blamed it on the manufacturer. I asked if they communicate with the manufacturer at all and their response was, yes sir, of course we are! Well how come the date keeps changing? They never communicated with me, the customer, that the date was pushed back; I always had to call them to find out what was going on. So if theyre not communicating with the customer, I highly doubt they are communicating with their manufacturer.So I guess order from here if you have a wait time of who knows!? 5 months? 8 months? A YEAR!?!
Horrible experience. Ordered a king-sized bed and it never showed on the promised delivery date. They lost it in the warehouse. When the finally found the item weeks later and delivered it, it was a Queen size. Had to wait several weeks for them to look for the item in the warehouse before finally cancelling order. How does a company lose two items? Customer service wait times up to 30 minutes, and they were unhelpful. Were looking for it was all I got. Terrible customer service, terrible operations. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
Ordered an oven and a microwave. They arrived but there was another cable that was needed to install them. I got the cable pretty fast but it has been so hard to coordinate an installation. Appliances connection says to call the logistics company. Logistics company says to call Appliances connection to set up the order. Now still pending and the oven sits in the living room for almost 2 weeks. Appointment still to be scheduled...Not the customer experience that you want.
Do not order anything from a vendor that delivers though YF Logistics.I have my oven and microwave in the living room for 3 weeks now because when they delivered it they did not get the right equipment to install it. Every week they say they are going to come and finish the job, however, they dont show up after several missed appointments. If I call them they hang up the phone.At this stage I am wondering if I am ever going to get my appliances installed...
Overall a good experience for our 3rd time using them. Their prices have been good, and as long as you dont need the product immediately, they are a great source for new appliances. We had a dishwasher ordered in January for a Bosch dishwasher and it didnt arrive until May. I talked to a number of companies selling the same product, and they were having the same issue with getting these in stock. I do wish they would have been more on top of keeping in touch with us on estimated arrival.
I have had a terrible experience. I ordered in January for an April delivery. My appliances were delayed when I called, I was given a shipping date. It came and went. I called again. The same thing happened for weeks with each representative telling me that either my order had shipped or was about to ship. I came to learn it wasn’t even in stock. Part of my order did arrive — damaged. The customer service reps still have not processed the refund for the missing parts of the order addressed the damage. I have ordered with another who was able to ship and install within a week. Still waiting for my money back from appliances connection.
The item I ordered was much cheaper from here than some of the other websites I browsed, like Home Depot and Lowes. Shipping and delivery were timely. Everything was extremely professional and simple. Overall really great service. Thank you!
Great experience all the way around. Clear pre-delivery communication on delivery windows and then the specific date. The delivery showed up right on time, after a good heads-up message that they were almost arrived. We had a large, old appliance removed, and that was handled quickly and neatly. Installation of the new appliance was great, and the guys kept me updated on the progress as they unpacked and assembled. There was also virtually no mess left at all. It was a sloppy, snowy day, but I had just very minimal cleanup to do after they left, and they took all packaging waste with them. Just a great experience all the way around. I would highly recommend.
I dont write many reviews. But.... What an awful experience. Product listed as available on website so I ordered it. Immediately after ordering I got an email saying it was out of stock. Contacted them multiple times for refund. Got delayed responses and incomplete information. Check a local appliance store first. I should have. They had the exact item and matched the price. Just a HUGE waste of time trying to keep a 2nd rate company and disengaged staff honest.
Delivered a damaged product and refuses to replace it. Will not return phone calls. When we call, they say maybe they can repair. Way to much money to spend on a repaired product when you buy it brand New. 2 months still no stove.
I ordered a high end fridge from this company. It was a 48 inch counter depth and they epically failed to come through. I called and spoke to the sales rep Giorgi multiple times to ensure I had all my ducks in a row. Upon delivery and removal, they refused to take away the old fridge that was scheduled to be removed. They didnt have all the parts to my new order either. So, with not being able to take out the fridge, they couldnt set up the new one and I had to refuse the whole order. When the delivery service was here, I was accosted by one of the delivery men. They didnt want to take the new fridge back that sat in my garage, either. When I called the company, I spoke with Giorgi, Monika, Vince and Brisilda and the best they could offer was for me to cancel my order or take $400 off the fridge and I would have to find my own set up and removal services. The reviews that are all over the internet about this company are true. Be forwarded!
They lied about having my product in stock. When I finally reached them to get a date of arrival of my product they said, yes this is backordered and will be in in approximately 3 months. I paid for concierge service yet when they arrived the driver was unable to install my equipment. I then had to pay someone else $250 to install the washer and dryer.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever gotten to experience. Avoid dealing with them if possible. You maybe thinking you are saving a few bucks but really you are getting a huge amount of trouble.I have ordered a range and a microwave from them (two different orders).Never got the microwave, I called after waiting two weeks and was told it was out of stock, even though when I ordered I got a confirmation that it is in stock, and noone bothered to email or call me to convey that it was out of stock or cancel the order.The range arrived damaged, I pointed out damage to shipping company but was told to deal with ApplianceConnection and they told me because I didnt refuse delivery I was now on the hook for $150 restocking fee. They have also charged me for replacement item, so I paid for two ranges!!! And I am still waiting for a refund on the damaged one that was picked up and sent back over a month ago!Again, worst company ever, save you nerves and take your business elsewhere.Update: It has been two months now since I returned the damaged range and I still havent received a refund... I really hope that my review would help somebody avoid dealing with this horrible company and will save them money and nerves.
Pending legal action. Sold me damaged refrigerator delivered by two absolute criminals, and now say it’s my problem, even though damage was clearly noted on the delivery paperwork. Drivers then demanded $200 cash to install dishwasher I paid the company for ‘professional installation’, and became confrontational when I refused. Delivery drivers also broke stairs on my deck. Appliance Connection is a complete scam of an organization. Pitiful and embarrassing. Do not order anything from these thieves.
Who knows how the dishwasher we bought works. The guys who came to deliver and install it couldnt install it, but because they didnt speak any English we couldnt really decipher what the problem was. So we get to spend today trying to figure that out. Worst of all, one of the delivery guys took his mask off--twice--while standing in our kitchen next to my boyfriend. I asked him to put it back on (difficult when people dont speak English), and all I could do was point to my own mask and say please! Please! All in all, for white glove delivery, this was a total bust. No installation and a safety risk in my own home. Id go with another service, at least until COVID is over.

I purchased 2 air conditioners from AppliancesConnection.com. One worked fine bot the other was damaged. I have spent 3 months and countless hours communicating with them to process a return/refund. Do not purchase from this company. Any small savings you may get is not worth it. It has been so frustrating. I still have a damaged air conditioner sitting in my house waiting to be picked up for a refund. I have lost hope at this point.

So disappointing. My refrigerator was damaged by ACs delivery people on the way into my house. Was told I needed to BUY A SECOND refrigerator from them in order to have them swap out my damaged unit for what I (thought) I signed up for: a working refrigerator. Will never use them again.
Terrible costumer service. Rashima was rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional.Ordered a fridge and a stove in October, immediately after I was notified they’ll arrive in November. I had to call to find out where are the appliances and the woman on the phone said they’ll arrive the first week of December. In December I called again asking about the status of the delivery and the woman on the phone, which didn’t even let me finish my sentence, told me they’ll arrive in February. Stay away from this company.
I do not like to offer negative review but I like to share my honest experience with this appliances connection wish I called them appliances disconnection, do not waist your time and your money, they are not responsible company, order for 2 months at end I did not get my order, I ordered my bedroom set and TV stand since first week of the May 2019, after 30 days I get notice of delivery I was excited, the third party has right to hold this notice for 10 business days, first attempt I was waiting in my house all day long no delivery no call nothing, next day I called and email them online, they promise the delivery will happen next week, did not happen again all day long in house the driver called me at 9PM to delivery a bedroom, the windows I was giving windows 3-8:30PM, I told him I left the house, the 3rd delivery no one shows up, I asked the company to gave my refund they took more 33% because of delivery that not happened, I complained again over the phone, they offered $250 credit for the damage and promise to delivery within 7 days wish did not happen after 12 days I get notice of delivery I refuse it because I can not wait any longer .the story short do not waist your time,
Ive used this company a few times. They seem to always have a good price and a good service. The website is easy to navigate, easy to find all you need and checkout process is straight forward. I also had to call in a few times to go over the details. The staff is very helpful, good experience there as well. The delivery is a bit inflexible in a sense that you cannot pick a day, so this is not the most convenient feature given that for appliances you have to take time off work to be there to meet the delivery. Other than that, everything is great.
Have sent an RFQ for a commercial project a month ago, spoke to a sales specialist about it and I havent received any document from these guys yet.
