How can you not like this 3 in one Asian market?! More like 4 in 1...This market were the only one I knew of that carried the elusive Del Monte Pink pineapples (It was quite good) once. There is also a bakery with so many great items but Amazing cakes. Our Summer go to birthday cakes is their Mango Cake since mangoes are in season. Then last but not least, their deli & prepared foods section is wonderful if youre craving some char siu, roast duck or you can get a roast meats rice box for $10 & up or some prepared hot food section for around $9 for 2 choice entree with rice. Boxes comes with soup of the day. There is a HUGE variety of pantry staples: sauces galore, seasonings from every region, even many vegan options. If youre looking for it, they would most likely have it. There fresh seafood dept is good as well as the meat dept where the guys will cut what you need. This is my go to Asian market since I can grab a meal if Im too tired to cook & even a bun for breakfast the next day.How could I forget! There is a decent beer & wine section so you can grab a bottle or a case right before you check out since its right across from the registers.
A lot of Asian variety of food, delicacies and kitchen wares. The vegetable aisle is a must go if you need fresh veggies that cant be sold elsewhere. Some goods are pricey but considering the availability of these, I would rather buy them than wait and pay for shipment. They also have liquor if youre interested in Asian drinks. Will certainly visit every now and then.
I love going to Kam Man so much, they have SO MUCH variety of products here from Vietnamese products to Filipino products. If you want to find a new favorite snack or treat I highly recommend checking out their snack selection. It is a little dirty and does have a bit of a funky smell that can be a little odd to someone who is new to the market. I think that the incredible selection and variety definitely make up for some of the flaws (we all cant be perfect and our flaws make us all unique.).
Love this place. Has some of the best selection of Asian produce and shelf-stable groceries in the area. Home-goods section is also relatively large and well stocked. Prices recently arent as low as they used to be, but I think that has more to do with COVID and inflation than a fundamental shift in their business. Recommend that you check out their bakery counter and the Vietnamese sandwich shop in the lobby. (Note that the other businesses in this strip-mall are also worth checking out if you want to make a day of it.)
Really amazing. A must try. Great selection and prices. Awesome produce too. You can eat while you shop at any of the food stands from dumplings, banh mi, pastries and Peking duck. Ill be back over and over again.
Great market. Visited with my brother and his family. You can find about anything you are looking for; except broad noodles. but this seems to be the case in all the Asian Markets I have shopped the past few months.
Always fantastic finds here. They have all the exotic fruits and veggies that you can get at regular supermarkets in Massachusetts
Love it, love it, love it!!!!!! Theres a great variety of fresh produce, condiments and teas, and if youre looking for a healthy lifestyle change, you should definitely check it out. Theres a great variety of dried mushrooms and stuff. They sell cookware and kitchen gadgets, as well as other household items, toys and there is a great selection of gifts there too. Before you enter the store, check out a few other small shops that are also there. Youll love that place 😉
Easy parking. Good selection of food, grocery, dim sun there. Clean and spacious
This place has everything you can think of. I looked at one point and saw guitars for sale on the main support poles. I bet I could have found much more if I kept looking. This is my go to place for stocking up on food while I am in boston. They have everything you need including pigs hearts and chicken feet.
There are so many different food products in this place. Many are completely unrecognizable to Westerners. Ive found it worth the time to buy some fruits and vegetables that I havent tried before, check out the wide array of cooking wines, sauces, vinegars, and other interesting products. I usually buy some things that Im unfamiliar with, take them home, and cook them. Most of the time I like what Ive made. If you havent been here, be prepared to spend a few hours. The place is huge and there is far more variety than you will see in most Asian markets in the US. Its worth the trip for an afternoon.
Great little fish and grocery store but there is a language beriror not many speak the language but they mean well 🌝
Great experience. The place is huge and has everything since clothing, kitchen wear, all kinds of Asian food from different countries. I really recommend it.
I liked this store! It’s huge and you can basically get anything that you need from here. It’s an Asian Market but I found some Hispanic foods too so it’s perfect
Very decent grocery store with lots of options. There prices for certain items are pricer compared to other Asian grocery stores in Quincy
I love this place. I can buy my goods and then grab a Banh Mi on my way out. The aisles are pretty narrow but other than that, great place for Asian products.
Great place.George and the boys know their stuff.
This place is crazy! They have so much!Parking is a pain in there but your patience will reward you!
Great selection of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, & Phillipino foods.
Kamman was a great asian supermarket when they were the only ones in Quincy. Now there are many better and newer options so one should only come here for convenience or desperation. The market needs a good overhaul. It appears very dated and worn down. The prices are typically higher than their competitors and the produce selection is limited. I highly suggest going to C-Mart on Hayward St in Quincy instead.
Excellent variety of cuisines and unique household items. Dont go hungry!
Best place to go for asian food or house stuff and more great prices and clean and friendly
Affordable market. Have to be careful with expired goods.
Kam Man Supermarket is probably one of the biggest if not best Asian themed super market in the South Shore area. They stock a variety of Asian type foods, snacks and condiments. Inside the supermarket has some small shops and food court. They also sell hot pot ingredients including soup base and the shabu meat.Theres a Tasty Dumpling House inside the food court that is very good that I highly recommend.
This place is the best...the bakery is soooo good....love this place
I believe Kam Man is the biggest Asian Market in the area (I havent been to any outside of Quincy yet), but its also a big headache. I went on a Sunday, and I shouldve remembered going to an Asian Supermarket on a weekend is asking for a headache. The parking lot alone was a hot mess; so many cars trying to park, trying to get out, etc, and the parking lot was big, but there was just so many people and cars. The supermarket itself is unorganized and crowded and overwhelming. It just didnt flow well and there were so many people and buggies. There is more variety since it is a bigger store, but I actually ended putting all my goods back. 2 of the things on my list to get was cooking wine and fish sauce. I found the brands my dad uses and got it and just happened to look at the expiration date and they were expired! On both the cooking wine and fish sauce! One of the bottles said it expires 5/25/17.... I went on 3/31/19... thats almost 2 years! I tried to give them a chance though because I wasn’t sure if I’d find it at another market so I actually looked through all the bottles of the cooking wine I wanted and they were ALL expired! I then went to look at some ramen noodles and they were expired too! There was maybe 6 bags of the flavor and brand I wanted and every bag was expired. Really disappointing, so I put the rest of my items back and luckily, I found a much better market across the street!
You can find everything in here. Starting with onggi and ending with a peking duck.
Great place to buy Asian ingredients. Only reason I cant give a 5 star is we often have difficulty finding certain items on our list and there arent really employees available for assistance.
If you enjoy a good cup if tea, go to Kam Man Foods. Excellent choices to choose from and a great price. Fruits and veggies very fresh and great price. Check it out.
This is a full size market with all the asia grocery item and some more. It carries items of chinese, taiwanese, cantonese, southeast Asia, japanese, korean groceries for your special recipes. Fresh meat (every part of pig), seafood (heads included) and exotic vegetables. There is also hot food and bakery as well as the vietnamese sandwich to die for. There are also stalls selling seasonal asian gifts.
All what you need for Asian cuisine. Lots of fresh fresh varieties.
Big store but not what I expected
Lovely supermarket that has a much better vibe than before it’s renovations. A touch of modern to really improve the shopping experience for asian groceries
Great supermarket! Great variety! Good cooked food too!
The food selection, as well as the selection of household products are amazing! I love their red bean buns. The prices are pretty decent as well.
Amazing, tons of fruit and vegetables that Ive never seen before, it was much bigger than I expected, the fruit was so fresh, and the bochoi was so good, I look forward to spending more time there..
Be aware that this place sells fake vegetable, the Japanese pumpkin sold in there taste so different than any other grocery stores. I have heard that the manager had been ordering cheap merchandise to make bigger profit. Start from today, I would not get anything from there since they lied to me!!!Update: One of my family member bought the cooked chicken below is the picture he sent me!!! It is a freaking raw 🐔!!
Great place to buy asian specific products, not just food.
Hello! All the shopper out there! We had a very unfortunate thing happened to us today, April 2, 2021 Our car was badly damaged by some horrible, no-good person. They used a sharp object( key, or knife) to draw a very long and deep line on both the drivers door and the passenger door. According to the auto repair shop, It will cost a couple thousands dollars to repaint the doors. We reported the incident to the store but they said they have no surveillance cameras in the parking lot. Just be careful when you are there. There are some bad people out there who like to cause pain and harm to others.
Plenty of variety to choose from when it comes to Asian produce. Bought some live crawfish there at very affordable price.
One stop shopping for all your Asian grocery needs.
Loved this grocery store. So many unique items that cant be found anywhere else. Ill be cooking Asian food for weeks! Great prices too.
Huge international food selection, extremely fresh produce, and very competitive pricing
I found blood pressure tea. I love this market.
This is a popular, no frills Chinese supermarket. It also carries many popular items from other Asian countries like Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, and Taiwan. It is extremely busy on the weekends.
Great Market with an international Flavor of various Asian Foods ...
I love shopping here
Always a full shopping cart. Fresh pork liver, fresh seafood selection, many varieties of green tea, great prices on mango, international sauces, spices!, something for the sweet tooth, many coffees, soy sauce, household items that are hard to find elsewhere, pre-made food at great prices.
Awesome place, huge selection of foods and goods.
Very big with spacious parking lot and lots of choices for things. Its especially great if you want to buy other Asian foods that arent necessarily traditionally Chinese items. However, the meat department stinks and overall cleanliness is a c- at best. I personally would pretty much only buy nonperishable items/food from there because of that. (Woks, canned sauces, packaged dried foods, etc)
They have all your asian cooking ingredients. Hundreds of ramen choices
Have pretty much everything.
This Chinese food market has a lot of fresh vegetables and meats. Also has many dried noodles, snacks, rice, soft drinks, etc, etc. from different Asian countries. You should go there and take about an hour or more and explore every isle. There is one isle dedicated to teas from different countries. Go see for yourself.
Good selection of everything. Has food court and separate pastries area. Live seafood and non frozen as well as frozen.
So much variety. However if you are looking for something in particular good luck trying to find it. This place is huge with lots of narrow walkways and tons of nook and cranies. The price is very good considering what you are getting, and a fun place to spend the afternoon.
Great food choices. Average prices. Clean and safe. Customer service ok as expected for Asian service.
Come here once a month for random asian ingredients and fresh produce
One of the only Asian stores in Boston area with an incredible selection of groceries from all different Asian countries. Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, you name it. Seafood and meat sections have such a great variety. Their bakery and the bbq/deli to-go food are also excellent.
Great place to get everything.Plenty of parking and great friendly associates.
I love Kam Man Store for their fresh Seafood. They have a large selection of all different sea life, they sell poultry .Their prices are fair as well. Kam Man sells not only foods but household Appliances too.
Good selection of ethnic foods. Clean. Not orderly and people not so friendly.
Great prices, variety. You can get just about anything there. Fresh fruits and vegetables? Check. High quality meat? Check. All kinds of asian candy, instant noodles and desserts? Check. Rice cookers? Check. Mahjong table?? Check. Alcohol? Check. Cabinets? Check. Mattress? Check. Also has a bakery and dumpling section at the entrance. Absolutely love this place!
Nice place clean and lots of food
Best market on the South Shore to find all of your asian essentials.
Very good asian market! You can find anything from Japanese snacks to Taiwanese fruit flavored Beer!
Cheap price & a lot of choices for typical asian grocery item, spices, etc
When I cant go into Bostons China Town I go to Kam Man market. Its the next best thing!
Always the best shopping at the best prices & the best food & bakery! been going here since a was a little kid! ❤️🤍💙💙🤍❤️
Why do we still need a mask if we are vaccinated?
Didnt go in there
Great Asian grocery store, they have all kinds of seafood. The cooked food from their kitchen is very tasty too
Idk why but I love this store. Its huge easy to get lost in, I do t read chinese so it takes me forever to find what I am looking for but I keep coming back because they have everything. If you are planning to do hot pot or any authentic asian dish this is an absolute must. I drive all the way from Brighton to shop here.
If you are looking for fresh fish, I am really recommend this place. They have variety of fresh fish, chicken, duck, and special pork. I am also loving their assorted of baked goods. From the sweet and sponge cake, their sweet buns bread filled with pork, chicken, bacon and chives. Very delicious. What a about their hot meals are serving during lunch, special their roast chicken and duck very roasted and crispy. Every time I go to visit Boston I like to go to Quincy city and stop by this market and enjoy to eat those delicious baked desserts. Very highly recommended this place m
I havent been here in long while but it looks like they renovated the market area and it looks GREAT! Very clean looking and organized as well. Was very impressed! They also have a lot of snacks that ive been trying to find outside of this store, so I was very happy when I found them here! Definitely reccommend if youre in need of an asian snack/food fix and want to get lost in this awesome store.
This place is huge. Need to be a little cleaner. Other than that good customer service.
Very large asain grocery store with a decent selection of asain alcohol as well.
Great selection that you cant find anywhere else! I love coming here.
Great selection. This was my first visit so I havent figured out how the products are organized. Prices are competitive. Will definitely come back.
The worst service ive ever received from their cashiers who are always in a bad mood and the poor service of the lady who creates the bahn mi the grilled beef had dry steak as dry as their customer service overall KAMMAN i hated it. Wouldnt even give them 1 star.🤬
