I’m so happy I chose to return my lease and purchase a new car at this location! From the moment I walked in, until I left I received nothing but superb customer service. Rachel was kind, understanding and extremely professional when it came to helping me choosing my new CX-5, along with answering any questions I had. Overall, my experience buying a car from the Quincy location was a 5 star plus. My partner and I just leased with Quirk Mazda and they are by far, the most professional car dealership company I have ever encountered! This place was recommended to me by my good friend who said they were great and easy to work with and indeed, she was right! Weve been searching around for a second car for a while. We visited a number of dealerships in the area and did not like the interaction or experience we had with them; they fit the stereotypical car sales people that left us feeling uneasy and uncomfortable.Upon entering Quirk Mazda, we were immediately greeted by Rachel, the manager, who is phenomenal! I told her we had an appointment to try out some cars and she immediately had someone grab the car keys for us to try. Tony was our sales representative who assisted us in the process and he was patient, easy to work with, and professional. We didn’t feel any pressure whatsoever from him and allowed us to have side discussions to think things through. Admittedly, we really werent looking to lease that day, but they offered us a great deal that we couldnt refuse and ended up committing that day.We had a few hiccups with our initial paperwork due to incorrect addresses listed and had to redo and re-sign the paperwork remotely. The process was easy and Rachel was so patient and timely with her emails and her responses.It took Mazda awhile to send the title over and it took us about a week to get the car. Rachel was so accommodating and gave us a complimentary loaner car since my partner and I were anticipating on having the car by then, we had planned our whole work week having two cars. When we finally got the car Tony spent his time to walk me through the features and helped me set up everything! It was something I’ve never experience with any car dealership before!I can’t say enough great things about this place and they are truly wonderful. I highly recommend this place and will likely be a long term customer!!!

I leased a Mazda CX-3 from quirk Mazda last week and just got it this Monday. Victor is a very helpful, friendly gentleman and a very nice person to chat. He offered me a very reasonable price, so I close the deal in one hour. The whole process is quick, transparent and painless. I like this car, which is very suitable for young professional person to use. Based on the above reasons, I highly recommend this place and the gentleman Victor.

Horrible Experience! Rude salesman! Misleading information provided by online team!I talked with them before going there and they provided misleading information about availability! Price! financing situation!!!Wasted so much time and money to get there!The salesman did not even bother to stand up while we were there standing in front of him! He remained behind his desk!!! He told us that he can sell the car at full MSRP sticker to others (well! good for Mazda! Congrats! Poor customers!!!) ...and he does not give us any discounts-many places do give you some discount- they dont do it!He said he could only change the financing situation (3-4% APR), and then can give us some discount! I had asked about the financing situation on the phone before going there and that was not what their online representative had told me!SO BE VERY CAREFUL !While I was the one who wanted to buy the car and get a loan, he was talking and looking to my husband all the time! (It is 2021, you should learn to respect women :| )Seems like I was not the only one who had this experience (Based on other recent reviews!)They are blocking/ hiding negative reviews!

Very nice show room, however the sales people were really pushy and made some rude comments about other buyers while we were there. Saying if they didnt want to pay the price they should hit the streets and look elsewhere. We were asked three times if we would leave with the car we test drove, which wasnt even the color or trim we had requested. We also asked for paperwork on the different trim levels they offer and instead they came back with pricing options. After we specifically said we were just looking today. The sales person even said most people who say they are looking around dont normally come back, what can we offer you today to leave with this car This was very off putting, and has now made us want to look else where.

EDIT: I appreciate Quirk Mazda reaching out to me and understand that miscommunications sometimes happen. For that reason, I am increasing my rating from 2 to 4 stars. 6/22/21.Went in looking at a Mazda 3 Hatchback and was prepared to pay in full in cash. Felt very patronized to and demeaned to by my salesman, who walked away and left me outside for over an hour. I was really turned off from Mazda from this experience and am now buying an Audi at Audi Brookline. If you’re a younger looking person who isn’t expensively dressed, be aware that salesmen may talk down to you and not take you seriously.

Went to a few different Mazda dealerships in the greater Boston area, and while all passed the litmus test, we ended up buying from Quirk. Our salesman Victor was great, and everything has been ready when they said it would be. Theyve followed up with us to make sure we were liking the car and that we didnt have any questions. Its only been a few days since we picked up the car, but all in all it has been a very smooth experience so far.EDIT: We had purchased the car based on a price we got with a perk we got from providing a college transcript. We made sure with the salesman that what we gave would be acceptable, and he assured us it would. Now, months later, they are claiming what we provided was not what was required, and threatening to send us a bill for the difference if we dont send the required information. It just doesnt seem morally right or acceptable. Will follow up with how this plays out.

We went to Quirk Mazda in ordered to check out used Mazda CX-5/CX-9 and the sale rep had told us to wait a second and he quickly left and disregarded us to help new customers, by the time he came back he had told us to sit in a car to check it out. Once that happened and we went to go look into the car, another sales rep came to us and told us that car was sold and that we can’t do that. This dealer wasted our time completely and disregarded us as customers. Extremely disappointed and frustrated and will not be coming back here.

First off, want to state that the showroom is very nice and I have enjoyed driving my CX-5 very much.This is about the dealers and my experience shopping there. First, when negotiating the car price, everyone treats you nicely of course. When I said I’m ok with the price, suddenly everything is rushed. I saw him snatch the car keys from another customer and curtly tell the customer “it’s been sold”. While I was happy I got the car, I felt pretty bad for the other customer who was just left sitting there (there was no “sorry this has been sold, we’ll come back to see if there are other options for you”). This should have been a red flag for me. After just getting into the car to test drive it, the dealer knocks at my window saying I have to go back in and sign the papers “now” even though he let me go drive the car.Signing- First time getting a car, it’s a big deal for me, I want to know what I’m getting myself into. When I said I wanted to read the contract, the dealer scoffed and said it’s gonna take me five days to read it and basically implied he didn’t want me to read through it. When I was initialing the contract, he stood by my shoulder as I signed and this really pressurised me to feel like I couldn’t read what I’m signing to. Then I asked him if I should sign “here” and he said yes. Then he shouted “no ! Don’t sign there I already told you that.” Again not great customer service. He sighed and said he had to redo everything over…Offline communications- After getting the car, emailed him asking him for an update on vehicle registration and for the license plate so I could sign up for my residential permit (takes a week to do) while I was on vacation and have everything settled when I came back. Took him three days to reply. Then sent a follow up question about monthly payments. I emailed him 11 days ago and have not heard back from him on this. Of course, why would he care about me incurring a late fee when he is enjoying his commission?No desire for self improvement and bribery ?? - He calls me to explain to me another question I had, which I appreciate his response. On the call, he tells me to complete a customer service survey (which I didn’t even receive because he put in the wrong email..) and offered a $50 gift card and two free oil changes if I gave him full tens. (Is this common practice?)This doesn’t sit right with me… I would feel a lot more comfortable if he offered that for just completing the survey (for say…self improvement) or even asking me “how was your overall experience? Was there anything I could do better?” instead of just straight up “bribing” me to arbitrarily inflate his performance reviews. Absolutely ridiculous and totally dishonest.Pick-up experience- Car interior and exterior was mostly clean when I picked it up (had a lot of pollen in the trunk still and some bird poop around the tyre area). Another associate told me to wait in the car as he needed to explain to me some details. He proceeded to come in and out of the car, explaining in bits and pieces, while making me wait for extended periods of time as he simultaneously was attending to another customer.Hopefully not all associates treat their customers like that, but in hindsight, I should have waited and visited another dealer to lease a car. Fortunately, I do like the car very much.

I purchased a 2017 Mazda CX-5 from this dealership at the end of September 2020. I began to have issues with my BSM system where it would turn off and stop working with NO WARNING while I was driving on the highway almost daily. In November 2020, I brought the car back to be fixed under warranty. The car was brought to them on 4 different occasions between November and January and they eventually blamed my after market remote car starter that was installed AFTER the issue began. They told me that they could remove my remote car starter to see if that was causing the issue (even though it was well documented that the BSM malfunction started BEFORE the remote car starter was installed) but they would not replace it nor reinstall it even if was determined that it was not causing the issue with the BSM. I said no initially because I realized that I would be at a loss either way with no sufficient replacement for my remote starter. I eventually went back to the company who installed the remote starter and had it disconnected as asked by the dealership on the 4th visit and the issue continued to persist. I eventually turned to a lawyer as a last stitch effort to aid in resolving my issue with this dealership. After calling multiple Mazda dealerships to inquire on if an after market remote car starter would cause and issue with my BSM system (in which they stated no) and with my lawyers advice, I bought my car to a different dealership in May 2021 and the issue with the BSM system was identified and repaired in under 1 HOUR with the after market remote starter being reinstalled by the original company and functional. With the system repaired and working properly, I did not continue to pursue legal action. This company does not value their customers and instead tries to place blame to avoid taking responsibility. I put my faith and trust into this company to fix an issue time and time again and instead was left with aggravation and time wasted as well as a failing safety system that put my safety at risk. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and will never do business with them again. From the front desk staff to upper management my whole experience was very distasteful.

In just five days, my adult son and I found, purchased, and took delivery of a pre-owned Mazda Cx3 from Quirk Mazda in Quincy. We were in a hurry because he needs a car for his job sand his old car had died. The process of replacing it could have been complicated and time-consuming because of the pandemic, but Quirk had the right vehicle and Victor Cirino and the rest of the staff kept everything moving quickly. I only had to go to the dealership once to pay for the car; the rest of the paperwork was done by phone and email. Quirk even brought the car to my son in Worcester, complete with new plates and its insurance card in the glove compartment. This has been the fastest, smoothest, and altogether best experience of buying a car I have ever had!

The service was lacking. No one approached when we arrived, finally no negotiating on used cars. They will let you walk out. Go somewhere else! Ended up buying a car later that day at another dealer that offered us a seat and knocked of a couple hundred of the price.There is no excuse to not offer a visibly pregnant women a seat. At this Mazda they wont.

Polite and pleasant, they do their best to be helpful.I had my 2014 Mazda3 updated with an Android Auto / Apple Carplay head unit here, it suddenly stopped working after 6mo for no apparent reason. After restoring my phone to factory settings I brought it in. They claimed that it must be my phone, that an employee had tested it on theirs. Fast forward a few months, Android Auto still doesnt work on my car, I plug the same phone into a 2020 Mazda at another dealership and it comes right up.

I went in today with the plan to look at the Mazda first, and then the Jeep Cherokee later in the day. It was a perfect process from start to finish, and I ended up going with the Mazda based on my experience. I worked with Kevin Valdez, and he was an amazing representative for the company. Very professional and willing to work with me so it made sense. Most likely would have proceeded with looking at the Jeep if it werent for him. I really wish I could just rate the car itself. The car (Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition) is literally the best. My experience on the other hand.. was stressful and very unpleasant. I took the time to research before I bought. Contacted a few places and decided I’d go to Quirk Mazda. That morning I was texting with another sales person at a different dealership. I went with a price in mind but open to being sold. I walked in and with a stone cold face Kevin nods his head at me and says, “what can I do for you?” No hello. Nothing. I tell him I called to make a appointment, I’d like to test drive the Cx5 carbon. He brings it. Doesn’t go over anything about the specs, nothing. I drive it. Love it. Go back and Kevin immediately puts me in the negotiation office. He starts rambling all these numbers, pointing here, pointing there I’m guessing to make my head spin as it did. I stop him and say I had a price, I talked to another dealer (which stopped him quick cause I just showed up a different price than what he just finished telling me was non negotiable) and I knew he could do better. He had me call the other dealer and ask the other dealer questions on speaker phone while he was there not saying anything. Fast forward, we negotiate a price. I say “said price, that includes sales tax per month?” He says yes absolutely. He lied to me. I go home. Next morning, he calls me to tell me it’s my job to call my insurance company to get the registration. I play phone tag back and forth while trying to get ready for my client coming for work. After my insurance tells me it’s not my job to do this, Kevin’s tone changes a little. I talk to the GM Rachel. She was the only positive thing besides the car about this. She gets the car delivered to me no charge. I feel a little better. Car gets here. THERES NO INSPECTION STICKER. I call Kevin, who’s super nice to me by now, he tells me, ITS MY JOB TO TO PUT THE STICKER ON. But he wanted to send me a gift card to go get one anyway. So as you can see, my experience was far from great. I don’t have it in me to rate less than three stars...but if they knew how big of a deal it was for me to even get a car right now.. maybe they would of been a little nicer. I love the car.. but you should go to another dealer.

Service Center Review: Went in for service on 7/1 after hearing some odd noises while driving. Quirk quickly diagnosed my issues and provided me with fixes. Throughout the process I worked with Nam, one of Quirks service advisors. Nam was professional and considerate. When I asked if I could access my car to grab a phone charger he quickly provided one of Quirks loaner cables. This is a beautiful modern dealership with plenty of amenities, but its the incredible attention to detail and caliber of the employees that compelled me to write this review.

I just bought a Mazda 3 yesterday with the sales guy, Nami, and it was a great shopping experience. We negotiated and agreed on a price before I came in, and Nami honored the price he promised. When we arrived in the afternoon, their system was down. Nami worked very swiftly and adapted to the challenge by helping me manually filling out the credit score application. We finalized all the paper work, insurance, registration, state inspection, and drive the car off the lot in four hours. Namis ability to work under stress and execute in a timely manner is impressive. The price he gives is also very good, probably because they are the largest dealership in the Northeast. Anyway, highly recommend.

I was basically told that I wasted the salesperson time by not buying a car lol. Actually guy didnt even want to sell me the car. He told me there is no room to haggle even a penny for the used car than asking price. And he offered no more than $1500 for my car although kelly book value of my car is $6500. Never in my life I had such experienced while buying car. Now I know how not to waste my time by going there.

When I leased my car, they waited until I was driving off the lot to tell me about the yearly taxes when I had asked them to disclose all costs of the car during the contract negotiations. Outside of that the dealership is modern, clean and has a good inventory of cars to choose from. Getting my car maintenance done has been easy and quick during every visit. I cant endorse this place though because they werent very transparent with me.

First off I want to say this review has nothing to do with the kindness of the staff, in fact they’ve been very nice. That being said I’ve come into Quirk Mazda 2 times now for a humming noise my Mazda6 was making while turning right on the highway. I told them I thought it was the bearings or joints but they said everything was fine it was probably the tires and I needed to get them replaced. I’ve unwillingly spent now 900 dollars on new tires and it still makes the noise. I would’ve thought that this being a Mazda dealership they’d be able to uncover the problem in my new car but I’ve just wasted time coming here and money on tires that didn’t need to be replaced.

If youre considering a new Mazda, or heck even if you arent, check these guys out!My girlfriend and I visited Quirk Mazda two weeks ago with no real intent of purchasing a car that day, but after the service we received and the overall vibe we got from Justin, Victor and the rest of the crew, we decided to do business with them and left with a brand new 2016 Mazda3.When we first arrived at the dealership, Justin greeted us promptly, in the pouring rain Ill add, and welcomed us inside to talk about what we were looking for. We took a test drive, talked numbers and eventually agreed on lease terms that worked for us. Dont be afraid to have a back and forth conversation about financing with these guys. Obviously they have their numbers and you may have yours, but they were more than willing to work with us and in the end I felt like they did right by me.There was one thing that they did that day that stood out to me more than all of the others. We had an unfortunate family incident occur while we were at the dealership, and the team went out of their way to help us get out of the dealership and on our way much faster than we might otherwise have been able to (specials thanks to Rachel!). I have a lot of respect for the service they provided and the flexibility that they showed. Do they want to sell you a car? Absolutely, that is their business. However with that said, these guys do it the right way.If and when you stop by Quirk Mazda, ask for Justin, hes one of the good ones!

Got my second CX-5 at Quirk last week, and the whole process was as smooth as could be. From sales associate (Aisha), to finance and management. My Mazda experience at Quirk was pretty smooth. I test drove quite a few cars but Mazda beats all others in design and engine and thats what I was looking for. We met Chris about 3-4 times before making our decision but he was very patient and welcoming each time and really took his time to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend this place if someone wants to deal with Mazda- best prices, great customer service! Ask for Chris- very personable!

The entire Quirk Mazda team are extremely thorough, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have been going to them for about two years and every single maintenance checkup or any other type of visit is thorough, efficient and they take time to explain things about the cars to help you also become more knowledgeable. I frequently work with Kim in service for routine car checkups and she is very proactive in reaching out to me with updates and helpful in making sure service is thorough and ways to avoid extra maintenance costs. She treats everyone with respect and she makes you feel very comfortable that your car is in good hands. Yesterday I went in to trade my car in for a new lease and our sales guy Chris was so friendly, energetic and took time to explain specific feature differences in each type of car so we knew what we were signing up for. He worked really hard to get us the best deal possible and made sure to explain all of or purchase and lease options so we could make an informed decision. The manager was also extremely helpful in ensuring all of the moving parts of our transaction were handled correctly and by the way her entire staff is trained you can see that she takes a lot of care in her work. Everyone from the finance staff to service, to sales were all exemplary in their customer service.

I brought my 2013 CX 9 in for servicing and the service representative was very pleasant I explain to them that the car had a bad shimmy in the front of the car and I couldnt understand why they took it in at the last minute with no problem even though I didnt buy the car there but that was really nice of them ..when I came back to pick it up that night and they explain to me in great detail the problem was simple the lower control arm was badly worn and I needed to replace it and how much it would cost and that the car was no longer under warranty it couldnt be replaced by Mazda I thought it was very professional. They then set me up with an appointment immediately for next week since they had the part in stock so I didnt have to wait, I found them to be very professional and inexpensive and pleasant to deal with.

It was a pleasure to do business with Quirk. Everything was straightforward and staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was high pressure. I knew which car I was interested in so I was able to get all of my questions answered over the phone and made a decision to purchase prior to a visit. The transaction was simple; Quirk handled the RMV1 form with my agent in advance and paperwork was ready when I arrived to pick up the car. Phil was pleasant, friendly and helpful. He showed me how the car worked and set up Apple Play while the paperwork was completed and the car registered. While waiting, my husband was even helped by a mechanic who made the cup of coffee for him. Says a lot about the dealership. Staff at the parts department (went to purchase mud floor mats) was equally friendly and helpful. Great people, will be back.

I have made a deal at Quirk Mazda 3 times now. Staff is nice and easy to work with. I would give it 5 stars if the delivery of the vehicle was a bit faster. After coming to an agreement it takes too long between signing regular purchase documents and receiving the vehicle to drive away. If this end of the deal were to improve I would gladly give 5 stars.

Get a Mazda, just don’t get it from Quirk.They are not transparent at all. I gave back my 2016 lease to get a 2919. I was reassured I was all set and didn’t need to worry about anything. 2 months later I get a $1K bill from Chase saying I had to pay for new tires for the old car. Quirk’s response? I’m responsible. The won’t do a thing about it even though I was told I was all set during the lease of the new car.Go somewhere else for your Mazda! I will never do business with Quirk again. You shouldn’t either.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. I would have given five stars, but by the time I got home, I had lights on indicating the tires needed air, I needed a tire rotation, and an oil change. Three things, only seven days owning the car. I would have been happier if the efforts put into making it shine we’re put into making sure the tire pressure was where it should have been, and the oil didn’t need to be changed nearly immediately. Oh, and one of the keys had a dead battery so there’s another errand to my already busy week.

I brought my Mazda to Quirk Mazda in Quincy today for an oil change. I was tired of going to the cheaper places that give you low-quality oil and suggest that you repair things that dont need to be addressed yet, etc. Quirk Mazda did none of this. They gave me full synthetic oil at a great price and even changed the hard-to-get-to headlight at a reasonable price as well. Norman Kingsley was the service advisor on duty when I was there and he did a great job at explaining everything to me. There were no hidden charges and they were very transparent about it all. In the past, Ive never had my cars serviced by the dealer as Ive always thought they would be too expensive. However, the prices at Quirk really are very reasonable. Are they quite as cheap as the other places that advertise their very low prices? Probably not. But I felt much more comfortable knowing that a Mazda certified technician was working on my car as opposed to a person with very little experience with Mazdas. This peace of mind is well worth the slightly higher prices. I will surely be back for general maintenance and, hopefully neither soon nor often, any repairs that my car may need in the future. Thank you for the great service and for not trying to up-sell me on parts/services that I know I dont need right now...its hard to find that these days.

I recently purchased a new Mazda3 from Quirk and I had a great overall experience. I began with an online quote request, which was quickly followed up on by the manager. After additional research, I decided that I wanted to get the car, I went in and began working with Kevin Sanderson: a wonderful sales representative at Quirk Mazda. Kevin got me through the process very efficiently. The finance rep explained everything thoroughly and clearly, and the office turned the paperwork around in short order so that I could sign and get to my next appointment.
