Everyone is super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me with anything I need with my pool. If they dont have what I need in the store. The owner will order whatever I need without fuss or trying to talk me into buying something else that cost a fortune. I absolutely recommend them for all your backyard swimming pool needs. They will make your summer pool experience as easy as possible to manage. So you can get as much fun in the sun pool time as you can. They did mine!

Awful installation, customer service, total scam business! Posts uneven, hose broke And trying to get a hold of anyone is a joke! Do not recommend!!!! Save your money and go elsewhere

I purchased my pool in March 2020 and because of Covid the pools didn’t come in until fall of 2020.. the communication from the store has been non existent.. I have called almost every week since nice weather and have been given a multitude of excuses from Brenda as to why it isn’t being installed.. now I’m told that they have no idea that I was supposed to have a pool installed and that the owner who does the installs (who is over a year behind in installs) doesn’t work weekends!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE

I completely agree with Joe Montana in the review below. Ordered last June and was told 4-6 weeks and i would have my pool. Its now 10 MONTHS later and Ive been told 1-2 weeks for the last 2 months every time i call. I tried canceling last November and was told it was special order and couldnt be canceled even though its one of the stock Sahara pools they sell. Terrible business being done here.

My neighbor told me to go here to get my pool water to clear up, glad they recommended them to me.

Had issues with a preowned Cal Spa Avalon. Basically shut down a week before the freeze in February. Techs responded almost immediately with a supposed replacement part. Wrong one. Waited post freeze. Called back when we finally warmed up a bit and was told the tech was on vacation and would come out upon return. I waited. Finally called back asking what the status was. Another week went by and no tech. Finally came out and poked around a bit. He left without communicating what the status is. I have a tub with water, no power, and its been more than 6 weeks since the problem began. Still waiting. I love to support local, however Im somewhat disappointed so far. BTW they do have a good stock of pool/spa chems and well priced!

I have read some of these reviews and I can tell you these are great people who work very hard and try there best. Running a business isnt easy and people are very rude. And covid didnt help out with anyones business so people need to be kind and understanding. The reardons are wonderful people. Great service and a great staff.

Ordered a pool almost 1 year ago and still dont have it. Tried to stop the order several months ago and was told it could not be canceled even though the pool has not been delivered to the store from the manufacturer. Sales staff were not truthful about the pool when it was purchased. Now we cannot get a strait answer from them about anything. Horrible place to shop.

Awful experience with Backyard Adventures Pools and Spas. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. After a few months of unreturned call after unreturned call, we took our business to Keystone in Burlington, IA (and we were extremely pleased with the service from Keystone). I would not recommend wasting your time with Backyard Adventures Pools and Spas.
