I cant speak highly enough about Blake (GM) and his team at Marine Max in Quincy. I ran into a trailer issue one Saturday morning and found myself needing to get my boat towed to MM. Blake made sure my boat got in the water that day by taking one of his trailers and helping me get to my port on Cape Cod! The customer service is like no other- and he and his team have earned my boating business for the long haul. Take your boat needs here!

Third time going here for lunch with my husband. First time was good, after that have had problems. Second time only saw our sever twice, once to take our order he didnt even deliver the food he never followed up to see how we were doing. Second was to give us our check. Needless to say we tried it one more time. The heirloom tomato salad with fresh mozzarella and basil drizzle was not heirloom tomatoes and the chef tried to tell me that they were and they absolutely were the same tomatoes that my husband had on his hamburger when he ordered a cheeseburger. So I believe we will not go back to this place they do not pay attention to detail.

The food here tastes excellent. I got the burrito bowl. Another person got the baked scrod. We sat inside with a view of the outdoor dining on the deck

One of my last stops before leaving boston food was very good and it was a great day to sit outside great wait staff and a good menu will return

W e find this place very peaceful, the restaurant has delicious fish and steaks also very good service

My 2018 Boston Whaler 15 Montauk experience:The sales process at Marine Max in Massachusetts was very good. We are new to boating and our salesman Steve was extremely knowledgeable and made the buying process enjoyable. The office staff was also great.The people responsible for delivery and service at Marine Max have done a very poor job at every turn:1) The delivery was unnecessarily delayed a couple weeks and when I took delivery, the bimini top still hadnt been installed.2) My fuel tank has been leaking for over 3 weeks (when I noticed dead grass under boat) and I am still waiting for a new fuel tank. The attached pictures show the stain I am unable to clean off the floor as well as where my leaking fuel tank sits.3) The attitude and arrogance of the service staff was not expected and would prevent me from recommending or purchasing another Boston Whaler or doing business with Marine Max.

1 dinner was not cooked.

The sales team is great, however the service department is the complete opposite. No ability to give a schedule on when your boat will be ready. No communication. Everything you don’t want from a company is what you’ll get. Buy the boat there then store and service it somewhere else.

Actually, I was at the restaurant overlooking the bay. Huge picture windows along the back wall to enjoy the view of the marina and bay. Very clean restaurant and friendly waiters who really seem to love their job. Excellent seafood with good portions. I recommend this restaurant not only for the food, but for the view as well.

I love going here in the summer and sitting on the patio deck. Lunch is awesome, the salmon is always perfect. Roasted Brussels sprouts are to die for. If your looking for a decent steak at a decent price, this is the place for you. The fish tanks are the HUGE, with beautiful sea life.

Complete Crooks. Tried to sell me a boat they never had, lied about it repeatedly. Sent them funds and they even took out a loan when the boat was never even there at the dealership. Wasted my time, money and instead of being out boating with my family this summer dealt with nothing but a bunch of stress and headaches. Disgraceful, should be investigated by the AG for deceptive and unfair business practice.

We have visited Bay Pointe Marina (previously called Inn at Bay Pointe) a few times and each time our food has been wonderful, and the staff friendly and accommodating. This time our waitress was Giovanna ... her sense of humor contributed to our lovely dinner.

Bay Point Waterfront restaurant previously Inn at Bay Point. Dinner lovely views, service, delicious seafood paella. We will go back for another dinner. It was lovely.

Waited at the bar then seated. Pleasant waitress but my meal was not the way I ordered. While waiting went to the ladies room not the cleanest and no toilet paper told the hostess. Went back before leaving, still not the cleanest and still no toilet paper or paper towels. If the bathroom is not the cleanest what does their kitchen look like? Not rushing back. 🙁

Menu lacked good seafood options, food itself was bland, the atmosphere is filled with rich yuppies yelling into their phones completely oblivious that other people exist trying to eat a meal. Stay away, not worth it.

Awesome, they care about quality service and do everything they can to ensure I am happy. I have bought 7 boats from them over the years and the #1 reason I keep going back is service.

I love my 2018 Sea Ray SLX 400 but the MarineMax Boston location has the worst service I have ever experienced.
