Very on top of youre needs, and knowing what the girls wanted.I like that they mark what school they are from, so no 2 girls have the same dress.

I was extremely happy with how my visit went. There was amazing staff that made my time worth wild. I was able to find my dress that Im really happy with. When we were having trouble finding one that fit They didnt give up on me. And they were super kind and understanding. Whatever it is youre looking for, prom dresses, wedding dresses, I 100% recommend going here. It will be one of the best experiences you will have!

As a bride, I am very disappointed in the service received. I made an appointment, arrived on time, and felt dismissed by the sales associate, Vicky. I had a clear idea of the style of dress that I was looking for and design elements that did not work for me or my wedding, including showing pictures of dresses I liked. Once the appointment started we were on our own for over 40 minutes to pick dresses, bring them to the dressing room, and try on on our own. At this time, Vicky was catering to high school girls looking for homecoming dresses. When my father spoke to Vicky about how disappointed we were in the lack of attention and help I was receiving she did nothing to fix the issue, but rather started pulling dresses that were far from my vision I shared with her at the beginning of the appointment. She also mentioned, in passing, upon trying on the first wedding dress I ever put on that I could wear spanx with it to make it more flattering. On a positive note, at the very end of the appointment (last chance for a sale) Vicky did offer suggestions for altering a dress to make it into more of my style. I should also note the lack of variety of styles available - I was able to try on three dresses without beading. I would never return to this store and would not suggest brides looking for a positive experience to shop here.

We arrived and early and were promptly greeted and put in a dressing room with our picks for prom dresses. We also had a bride in our group! They accommodated both the bride and our prom girl. They were very patient and very helpful. Both the bride and prom girl said yes to the dress! The prom girl will be returning next year come prom time! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We have come to Eight Avenue Villager for daughters christening gown, homecoming and prom dresses. Im so excited to say, daughter chose her wedding gown here! She was treated like a queen and made to feel special. Kathy did a wonderful job! I had some concerns about finding a mothers gown, but again, Kathy found the perfect gown!

I wanted a Wedding gown that wasnt in the store. But I tried dress after dress. Nothing could compare to my beautiful Mori Lee Juliette gown. When I seen it. I new this was all real. Everyone made me feel extremely special. The owner even made the forehead band for me.

I enjoyed my mother of bride dress shopping. The dress wasnt my size, so they ordered another one. They said if that doesnt work well keep on trying! Really helpful. We have gone from christening gown. To homecoming and prom. Now wedding dress and they made her feel like a princess!

Very unhappy with our experience. We ordered 6 shirts and vest for a wedding and only got 2 of the 6 correct. When we went in to be sized 3 of the stores assistants keep passing us off on to each other like we was not important.When we returned the garments the girl said we would have to call back tomorrow and speak with the manager so we could be refunded or make things right for us. When the manager was called she just insisted it was our fault and did nothing to make it right but the assustant was the ones that did the measuring. They have lost our business.

Went in to pick up and pay off my dress. I felt very dismissed like I wasnt even important. I didnt even get to try on my dress again. I had envisions of things I wanted to try with the dress and the lady pretty much shot me down as if it was her own wedding dress and not mine. Very upset and not happy with my experience.

I live in Colorado and have been working with Kathy (or Cathy?) and she is AMAZING!! Super helpful in giving her opinion if youre not good with decisions to help give you a starting point/guide you in a direction, not to mention incredibly patient!! She has given me, my family and friends some of the best customer service Ive ever received even though weve been a pain in the rear. So appreciative to have solid help throughout the painful process of planning a wedding!

Beautiful dresses, but best was the attentive staff. We had a fun time and found the perfect dress.

I am a plus sized girl and it was very depressing to shop there. They only had one plus sized rack that was size 18-24 and only had about 10 dresses on it. And one woman made me feel very worthless and subtly belittled me because of my size.

Staff was very rude! It took forever to get help! I bought one of their dresses and one of the workers there didn’t even acknowledge me and when I said thank you she wasn’t even polite about it and just said yep! Very disrespectful and rude towards their customers! They lost my service and I won’t be back!

Loved Schoppinf here wish theyre specifically was a plus size area cause it was a pain looking through all dresses to find size 20. Service was nice they even stayed past 10 so I could come and get my dress.

Straight garbage. they steamed a dress and ended up making it too tight. thanks for the refund, oh wait there wasn’t one.

I always recommended to everyone Eighth Avenue previously for my first two daughters weddings; however. this time I was very disappointed. I bought a $300 mothers gown and jewelry and my daughter bought her wedding dress there and we were supposed to get free alterations. They said since we didnt reserve alterations, we had to find someone else. I spent an additional $42 on my $300 dress and my daughter spent $79 on hers. The alterations woman was very kind to rush the alterations, since we only had two weeks to go. I think when you spend $1000 there, you shouldnt have to pay for alterations.Also all 4 bridesmaid dresses were purchased there, but they each had to pay an additional $6 to get their gowns pressed, which I thought was petty.

This place is phenomenal! I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dress!
