This is the second time we have hired Kitchen and Bath Gallery. This time we had the bathroom and kitchen completely remodeled. Kevin was very helpful in choosing the design and finishes. The contractors have all been excellent and very respectful of our home during the process. I will definitely recommend KB Gallery to everyone.

Helpful customer service, very nice products.

The products are good but can be obtained anywhere that offers custom cabinetry, the one star speaks directly to customer service. Ill keep this straight forward, but with with our zero experience or contacts in the industry we were able to find products for less (one for $800 less). That would have been fine-we should have done the research ourselves- but getting emails or phone calls returned was a painful and drawn out experience, almost like words cost them something. We were led on (Ill have samples next week...two months ago, and then told we were on our own), there was backtracking depending on the audience and ultimately, it was a combination of the lack of communication, failure to take responsibility and unprofessionalism that I would not want to deal with again.As they told us many times the industry is busy--they will have plenty of other clients, just not us.

We have Merillat cabinets in our house. Needed to change one of them and they are the Merillat dealer closest to us. I stopped in while I was in town and we talked a loittle and they recomended that I bring in a door from the cabinet so that they could get what I needed. Came back withe the door and they looked at it and told me what style/color matched.I ordered the cabinet and also cabinets and panel and trim to add a storage area to our mudroom. I ordered and paid for them.I waited and when they called and told me they were in went to pick them up.the panel that I ordered had one end damaged. Was told that he sure wished there guy that unloaded it would have noticed it on delivery. We agreed that I could get as much as I needed from the undamaged part of the panel and I accepted it.Got the cabinets home and unpacked them.......the color is WAY different. I realized that the match probably wouldnt be perfect, but they were very clearly a totally different color. I removed a door from the old and new cabinets and returned to the store. Thats when things went downhill. Was informed that Merillat had discontinued several stain colors, and our stain was not available anymore. Only recommendation they had was to have a cabinet custom made/stained to match. Great plan as I had paid for $1500.00 worth of cabinets that were unusable to me.I brought the door for them to match. They are supposed to be professionals, apparently not.No mention of the inability to get the right color beforei bought and paid for the cabinets.I feel that they were quite dishonest with me.Buyer beware
