This was the first time I had been in a Bath and Body Works store since the pandemic began! The staff were very friendly and explained the changes they have made due to Covid concerns! The selection was terrific as usual! The whole experience was an excellent one!

Great store great sales staff! Drive down to Quincy mall because they particulate in app point program I am from Keokuk. The Quincy mall Bath and Body store makes you feel welcome go above and beyond to help you every time you are there, managers and staff are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. I have never been here, but according to my phone I have. Perhaps it was such a pleasant and blissful experience that it was wiped from my mind. It is often that the human mind hangs onto the things that hurt us the most while taking for granted the things that bring us joy. Its one of the strange things I have encountered many times in my travels and not something I feel I will soon forget.

Horrible managerial staff, rude and very judgemental. I will stick to online sales from here on out and have reported the store manager for her behavior. The Company itself is the absolute best and Id never shop anywhere else for these products. Online Customer Service teams are brilliant and not condescending as the store manager and staff in our quickly failing mall. I do not look for the store itself to remain open much longer once the other stores go. The Company deserves enfinity stars... the store in our mall negative one million.

7-6-2020 It said store was open. Traveled all the way from Bowling Green MO. This store was closed in the Mall. very disappointed.

Love Bath &Body Works, they always have new fragrances . so many different lotions, air fresheners, candles everything you can imagine that you would want for your house to make it smell good or yourself its just a wonderful store.

None of the classic fragrances are there
