We were there on a very busy Sunday morning. Had to wait about 7 minutes for our order. While waiting I watched the team - everyone was doing their job and working at a steady pace, with a smoothe operation getting orders out without issue.

Definitely the worst starbucks Ive ever been to across the us. No matter how many times I tried this starbucks in the last 2 years they always made my drink wrong. Baristas need to be retrained on how to make drink components. Youre supposed to melt all espresso bevarges with sugar/flavor shots/pumps. Even when being remade it just tastes like the same horrible drink. I definitely wont be returning.

This Starbucks is consistently unprofessional and I dont think they have produced a drink correctly the past few times Ive been. Baristas give attitude when you let them know your drink is incorrect. The short female Asian manager doesnt ever seen to do much besides chat with coworkers behind the counter. Their foam is never the right consistency. Asking them to remake a drink seems uncomfortable. Allset w/ this place. Today they allowed people to order on the app and then when asked why nothing looked right @ pickup it was passively agressively pushed off as a delivery issue. No its an employee issue.

This place is not busy I’m standing here making eye contact with an employee and he’s ignoring me, 20 minutes so far for a regular medium coffee with cream and sugar. Absolutely horrible service, keep my money this is absurd

Ive always been a big fan of Starbucks and the customer service here is top notch at this location. They even helped me find my new favorite drink : Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino!

My girlfriend and I come here often. Today while sitting and talking the barista came over and offered us two hot chocolates. It was so sweet of him to do that and it totally made our night. Service goes above and beyond here. I love it!

This Starbucks is my spot! I work around the corner and, I go there every Saturday and Sunday loyally. The baristas are very nice and helpful. No matter what I get it is on point. I highly recommend them.

This is my preferred Starbucks in the area. The workers are always friendly and very attentive. The place is usually really busy, but it moves fast.

This Starbucks is alright. For how nice Starbucks employees usually are, I find the employees here to be a bit lacking and sometimes rude. They often run out of things and their coffee half the time tastes a little burnt. This Starbucks is hit or miss for me. I only go for convenience and to get points.

Most Dunkin Donut & other coffee shop customers seem to think Starbucks is over priced coffee. But thats far from the truth. Starbucks is such high quality that you wont find yourself running back for a second or third cup of coffee trying to wake up in the morning. One large blonde coffee starts my morning engine every time and the price? Under $3 and thats worth every penny too. 5 Stars for Starbucks & their #1 preferred coffee to wake up in the morning.

Wake up for me on Thursdays is Starbucks. Usually they are quick enough for me to get my coffee and my panini and be on my way quick. Sometimes it takes them too long. But worth the wait.

Not enough seating/outlets. Prices for iced teas that are not black are absurd, especially since it is not brewed on demand. How could you sell tea and not have an associate spend 2 minutes cutting lemon wedges? Weird.

Good coffee and nice atmosphere, as you would expect of any Starbucks. The one downside is that this place is always packed. Theres hardly ever seating available. If you want to lounge and they dont have room here, go to Gunther Tooties right down the street and you will almost always find room and their coffee is good too.

This is a great location - the staff is always wicked friendly, even entertaining most of the time, and they always make my drink perfectly! The music is always on point (as most Starbucks). It’s USUALLY relatively clean, and not usually too busy or crowded; though there are occasionally some homeless, rowdy characters that bop in and out from time to time, but you can always get yourself a seat and even usually find an outlet to charge up at :)Super recommend. Will say, there’s like 1-2 spots for parking immediately out front but other than that, its location is much more suited for commuter’s, as it’s a perfect stop on the way to Quincy Center red line station.

I received a bag of Starbucks Christmas Espresso beans for the holidays and tried to get them ground today at this location only to be told that if I did not buy it from them, they would not do it.Their reasoning? Apparently, since they cannot guarantee that we did not add non-Starbucks beans to the package, they arent allowed to. People do this???? Why would I go around reusing some coffee packaging just to have Starbucks grind the beans for me??Mind you, it was around 3pm with no one in line and the bag was sealed shut with its tape and everything. It takes less than a minute to grind them and they can even check its new and unopened before doing so.Never coming back again even if Im running errands in the area; going back to my regular place where the baristas dont assume youre trying to get other random beans ground with their packaging. 🙄

Worst customer service ever. It was my first time in that location and certainly the last. I hope Starbucks choose better employees to serve their customers . They ruined my Sunday with their rude attitude, especially the black employee, she was the worst of them all.

Its just a Starbucks. Went in on a Monday at 9:40am, and it took 17 minutes to get a single iced macchiato. Ive seen Starbucks teams deal with a lot more volume (in-store and mobile orders) more quickly than that. Not the first time this happened.

I usually have no problem with Starbucks, but today I got my normal drink that has almond milk in it and Im not sure if I got the end of one of them, but all I could taste was almond and it was grainy as well and I couldnt taste any of the flavor in it either.

Today I was served by a very kind person, I believe his name was Josh. Not being a starbucks junkie I went in today because I had a free item voucher for my birthday. He calmly and slowly explained to me how it worked and made my experience very pleasant. I started to get flustered because the app wouldnt load so that he could scan my card. See that I was getting nervous and uncomfortable (social anxiety) he told me he would take care of it and fixed the problem. Thank you so much to this kind soul for your patience and delicious beverage! :)

The service is nice and the store is always neat when im there, BUT this store gets the worst customers. Rude and Brash customers are a constant here and if you have any moral strand in your body you just wanna throw your coffee onto the customers. Try to go after morning rush hour if you want to the starbucks to be at the most relaxed.

Starbucks is Starbucks. Dont expect much from the Baristas in terms of guest experience unless youre a long time regular. I havent had any issues with my drinks or speed of service and they move through lines quickly enough. Cleanliness of the lobby leaVES a little to be desired, especially at the sugar/milk station.

Wow...I’ve never been to a Starbucks and had a negative experience. As I waited for my drink I was watching the barista make a drink I was curious about. Very pleasantly and smiling I asked “what was the last thing you added to the drink”. He looked at me like I had 10 heads and then in a very condescending tone said “I added ice and then place a lid”. My facial expression must of made him realize that his response was not only inappropriate but also very rude. He then when on to explain that “it was a cold brew and the last step to making the drink was to add water and that the ice gives it that creamy look”. So? He did understand me? Again very inappropriate. If something isn’t Understood it’s clarified correct? Not with this guy.

Everytime I go in the wait is ridiculously long. The iced coffee always tastes horrible and the cold brew is watered down. Its always packed for some reason and the music is way too loud.

Starbucks is notorious for its blatant price gouging across the world but relatively speaking, the prices here in Quincy are marginally lower. I had nothing to complain about other than space, but thats impossible to fix without relocating.In my opinion, 4 stars is given to restaurants that make the food accurately and at a pace that wouldnt be described as leisurely, with pleasant-enough but not-quite bright and enthusiastic service. This Starbucks fits the bill 100%.

Worst customer service ever. I went in on Saturday morning after placed my mobile order, I came in and saw 1 of my order is ready or I just ask the barista about my drink then I’ll wait, I don’t even rush her or anything, just asking. Her attitude was so bad that and she was like “ I have a line here can’t u just wait?!”I was so mad because this is not the way how you respond to customer’s questions, besides I just asking, did not rushing.Terrible service from that barista.
